I've only eaten at Rally's once and it was the tiniest hot dog I've ever seen with a little bitty bun and mustard and that's all. I reviewed it then with the photo, and gave one star and never went back. But I've been seeing on TV that they're now offering a brisket burger, and I love brisket, so I thought I would take a chance. I didn't know they didn't have dine in seating because I only went to the drive-through that one time. So when I pulled into the parking lot, I couldn't even find the front door I've had to ask a couple who were sitting at a little table next to the parking lot with a brick wall in front of them between the building and them, which was also very odd. They pointed and told me where the window was, which was directly in front of where the cars drive to go to the drive-through. How dangerous is that? Yikes! So I stood in the cold at the tiny little window and I ordered a brisket burger - plain, because I wanted to see actually see how much brisket there was and taste it without other toppings or sauce on it. When you look at the photo you'll see why it got one star. There were only about five tiny pieces of brisket sitting on a kind of a yucky looking burger and the brisket was tender but had very little taste. It wasn't real pricey, so I can't fuss much, but when I looked at the receipt to remember how much I paid, that receipt has no price on it. which was very strange (see the photo). I do give them one kudo though, their seasoned french fries are really, really great. I don't know what the seasoning is and I don't usually like seasoning on my fries, but these are really yummy! I know everyone has their own taste in such things, but I'm picky and these were really good. read more

I understand it is he special.... 2 Big Buford's for $10, bit don't even bother putting condiments on it if you are going to do this and out 1 tiny purple onion ring that I can taste only on 1 bite. Rally's used to be my favorite place to eat. I absolutely loved their fries until they got my order wrong. I asked for the lover's fries, but they gave me loaded fries. When I called them, they said I could go back for my correct order tomorrow. Yes, I did get my fries, but they gave me very old, soggy fries that tasted like NOTHING--just soggy oiled up starch fries. I'm so done with Rally's, never returning again. Such bad customer service! If they're going to be mad that I wanted to go back for my correct order, like they should have done in the first place, do better, Rally's, or quit your job and find something better to do that won't waste people's time and money for your own ignorance and mistakes. I shouldn't be getting punished like this because YOU guys messed up. read more

I mean-- Their burgers are decent, but good LORDE. The wings here are expensive. For 10 wings It's 20$. Might as well had gone to Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing Stop. To add, they weren't even good. Garlic parmesan look very questionable and very watery, no thanks. The lemon pepper had waaaaay too much seasoning. The actual meat? Not so good either and dry. It even had a fishy like taste. I was kind of hesitant reading all the reviews, but I decided to give this place a try. I went during lunch time, they were super busy! They had a line of cars on both drive thrus and a line of people outside! But it seemed to go by pretty quickly & I thought my burger was delicious. Would definitely come back, it was fast and a meal was under $10. read more

I ordered some big bufords , it was buy 1 and second for a dollar, I paid for it and then they come back and said they only charged me for 4 burgers, so I bought four more , which should have been a dollar for each. I think they charged me regular price for all, and of course, by the time I got it, the fries were cold. Don't have specials if you don't want to honor it . It was good but disappointed in the workers. I don't go often, but the buy one and get one for a dollar was too good to pass up. I wish I did. Next time, I'll just get the cheap burger. So, its not the best food in the world, but its cheap and it gets your belly full. I've had both good and bad experiences here service wise, but at least the food is of a fairly consistent quality. Not bad. read more

My son and I have been obsessed with their burgers so we have been there a lot in the last few months. I came here to specifically praise an employee by the name of SKYLAR. He was so pleasant. It's so hard to receive outstanding customer service or just any type of customer service that makes you smile. Skylar did just that. We watched him make our Cheesecake Sundae through the drive thru window and it was like watching an artist making a masterpiece. Not only was his attitude award winning but his work ethic was superb. I literally just left the rally's drive thru and first of all they left one of my burgers out of the bag after charging me for it they never even made it then to top it off when I went back and got my burger I told them what it was and said no cheese they never made my burger the first time so I waited for them to make my burger and they still put cheese on it they suck. read more

Literally just had the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I was the only car that went through the left side of the drive through and waited for 15mins. I watched 6 cars go through the right side before I got my food. I thought at least my food was going to be fresh... The intercom system is from he 1930s the attendant could not hear me and had attitude like crazy and then the other attendant had to double check the order and the food is just sitting on the corner and not given to us. read more

I'm not a fast food fan, but the boyfriend is right, their fries are addicting. I'd give 5 stars just for them alone. Reminds me of thin version of potato wedges, but really crispy awesomeness. It was also great that the food was made to order. Excellent. The chicken strips was the -1 star. Service has gone down hill. To make short after typing a long story to not be posted due to not being logged in then logging in only to loose what I drafted ehhhhh. Horrible visit we went through the drive thru the lady there who is so called the manager gave us a name of Linda. She was very rude asked us to pull up to the front to have our food made she said it would take 4 minutes I told here we would wait at the window because there was no cars behind me. She said "LOOK YOU NEED TO PULL TO THE FRONT I AM ON A TIMER OR DO YOU WANT YOUR MONEY" after she said I asked her for my money back it took her 4 minutes to give me a refund.
