So I'm a little bit emotional because the employee I met tonight from Round Table was truly a God-send. I'm a poor, black, college student who often looks very suspicious as I am temporarily homeless because of a very messy breakup (TMI I know). I often worry about it being only a matter of time before the police show up to wherever I AM and something goes wrong. I'm also used to people taking time out of their drives to do their business to call me a faggot (to which I say he doth protest too much methinks ). So when the young man driving past me and my dog as we tried to get some cool night air after being in the heat all day, I was prepared for a Karen to report me for sitting in less than 100 degree weather, or for some uncalled for and bigoted comment. Instead, your employee pulled up next to me and asked me if I wanted a pizza. I don't think he did it to be condescending, I doubt he even knew what an uphill battle I've had the last three months, maintaining a 4.0 while living in my car; but his kindness and love are such a forgotten thing in this world. I hope that young man (Black, sporty car like a Honda) knows just how phenomenal and special he is and that his future wife and children will be very lucky to have a man who follows the true example of Jesus. Oh and please don't get him in trouble, it was a cheese pizza that was fairly cold (not that I'm complaining) so I highly doubt he made it and stole from work. It was likely just a leftover that he didn't want to waste, and I hope he knows it was a lot more for me. read more

This location in Mary's Vineyard has friendly and service oriented staff. I'm not a buffet girl but they keep the salad stocked as well as the pizzas and it's not a bad price considering other options in the area. The pizza is always fresh and they're timely with service. If you dine in you'll see a manager come around asking how everything is and clearing plates cleaning up tables etc. There is a party room as well as a mini game room so a good option for your child's team parties. High top tables near the game room and plenty of booth and table options as well. A sat at a booth near the front door and the window was pretty gnarly dirty so I ask staff to please look at those details as little details add or take away from the dining experience. Plenty of food options for all! The artichoke veggie pizza is really good. Good service for dine or take out. read more

This rating is for delivery. You DO NOT deliver pizza/food and leave it on the ground where cockroaches and ants and spiders reside. Very rude of the driver to just leave it on ground not even ring the doorbell nothing. This was horrible experience! read more

Worst experience with delivery, food, and also with this spot. They have apparently outsourced their delivery to door dash (unknown to us) and I was waiting for the delivery. No notification, just us calling and asking if it had been delivered and found forty plus dollars worth of food covered in the summer time flies sitting in our front door for who knows how long? No notification or a bell. Visalia, we can do better.Round table. I used to love you. You were my go to, but this is sad read more

We order a large pizza, chicken wings & garlic twist for delivery. I was told our order would be delivered in 45 minutes. After 2 hours later we still did not have our order. I call & was told our order just left for delivery. I asked if it had been sitting in the restaurant waiting all this time & was told by manager it was just out of oven that they were behind on orders. The manager said i would get a credit for the order. When we finally got our food, it was cold. The pizza had very little toppings. The pizza taste like pure salt, it was bad. We did not get a credit. This is the 2nd time we have had issues with round table. Will not be giving them another chance. read more

My family decided to have a later lunch here (1 PM), the service was great, the pizza came out fast, and it was delicious. The pepperoni was crispy and our combo had A TON of toppings! Food is great! We always get a pizza, wings, twist and the salad bar. But the service was horrible!!! This lady at the counter short girl with colored eyes kept "reminding" us that the only person that can go to the salad bar is the ones that paid understandable but when you constantly harass us for the same thing that we aren't even doing is being extreme. That person was so rude and came in to the dining area we were sitting at to accusing me of getting extra ranch that I didn't get saying how if we just want ranch we have to pay extra and that the ranch at the salad bar was only for salad. I wasn't even getting ranch I got seeds. She just wanted to yell at someone because she was having a bad day! She had a problem with us when we came in and continued to be rude to us until we left. read more

I haven't had such great customer service in a LONG time! It was refreshing to experience a company that still prioritizes it! From the second I called in to inquire about the private room, all the way to us leaving and them cleaning, up the staff was INCREDIBLE! Brittany and Tyler were such kind and helpful managers and I wish I knew the rest of the staffs name for a shout-out because they were wonderful. I had my gender reveal party and they were just as excited as we were! The food was brought promptly and they checked on us a satisfactory amount of times. We literally couldn't of had a better experience. We left a big mess and tipped them and they were so grateful for the tip and purely happy to help. I can't thank the round table staff enough for service and all the congratulations read more

I would rate this place 0 or -5 stars if yelp had that option. The wait was so freaking long. Moreover, the waitress who took our order at the register was incompetent as she didn't put our pizza order through and came out 30 mins later asking us what we ordered again. I asked her if they hadn't even started making it yet, and she said she just works the front and was trying to figure out what was going on. I think it wasn't a mistake but was intentional, as I had previously corrected her when she made several mistakes while repeating back our order, and she saw that I got annoyed. So when she came out and said they somehow missed our order and could start making it then, I really just don't believe that excuse. She said it would take another 20 minutes. Mind you, we ordered and paid at 9:05 PM and she came out at 9:40 PM to tell us they forgot our order, one medium pizza and one small order of wings, and that's after we asked what was going on. And it's not like they were super busy, so its pretty ridiculous that they would have made such a mistake in these circumstances. Especially since they brought out orders from customers who came in after us while we were still waiting. We ended up speaking to the manager, getting a refund, and leaving. Conclusion: This establishment has the SHITTIEST service I've ever seen. Unbelievably subpar. I was really looking forward to pizza after a long day hiking, and this place ruined it for me. read more

Worst Round Table ever. Small extra pepperoni pizza, thin crust. Average amount of pepperoni, crust burned to a crisp. Actually crunched loud enough for someone in same dining room to turn all the way around and look at me. This restaurant is under new ownership....that was my last hope here. Later RT! Update: Same night Mateo from RT messaged me & offered a credit for next time. I declined, but nice gesture. read more

Sorry but I really disliked the pizza I just had delivered. It looked really good. Kings combo but one bite was bad so I Tried a bite of another slice and no way. The only good thing about this place is the night manager. The employees I've dealt with while ordering pizza are SO rude. I called tonight because I forgot to add ranch to my online order and was told k I'll add a note and hung up on me. When the door dasher gets there...I ordered from round tables website not door dash. I asked for him to make sure they added the ranch and he was told they won't do that because they didn't charge me for it. Even though I asked for them to charge me for it. For extremely overpriced slightly better than average pizza....the customer service here is terrible. My business will be going to Tony's only from now on. read more

Myself and my wife decided to go to this Round Table pizza for dinner around 5:45pm. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a young man who appeared to be a manager. The manger acknowledged we were waiting to order, and would be right with us. A few minutes later he politely took our order, gave us our drink cups, told us it would be about 30 minutes. About 20 minutes later our pizza arrived, honestly it looked appetizing. We were greeted again and asked if we needed anything else. What stands out to me is that this manager actually cared about his customers, and secondly the pizza was fantastic. Bottom line I was expecting a pizza, but I got fantastic customer service. read more

I wouldn't normally write a review for a pizza place, I mean pizza is pizza. But what made this family outing extraordinary was Pearl. Generally, Roundtable is pretty decent although it has been probably 2 years or more since I have had Roundtable pizza. Yesterday on my way home from work I picked up a large pepperoni, a large meat lovers and cinnamon bread. I typically will order pizza with a little extra sauce because most places skimp on the sauce for some reason. Roundtable never was a place that was stingy with the sauce but I swear they must have run out of sauce Yesterday evening because the 2 pizzas I got had virtually none. They were dry, dry, dry. In addition to them being dry, the dough had no rise on it whatsoever. I see some of the pictures posted and the crust looks decent and what I associate with Roundtable pizza. What I got last night was like a Tombstone pizza but at least a Tombstone would have had some sauce on it. I paid way too much to get pizza of this quality. I hope this isn't the new norm for Roundtable. read more

Picture posted. Cannot believe they would send pizza out the way it was received. They call that pizza? Are they trying to cut costs and make crust as thin as a tortilla? I wish I could give this place negative stars. I was in town visiting family, and was really craving a Round Table pizza. The Noble location was closest to where I was staying. I made an online order, with a pickup time of 3PM. When I arrived, the Assistant Manager, Billy was surprised that there was an online order. He checked in the back, and then informed me that his 'buddy' accidentally inputted my time for AM. When I asked him if they were open at 3AM, he laughed and said no; so I am not sure how this mistake in time could happen. To make up for it, Billy did only charge me for a medium, instead of an x-large. I should have left though. As I waited about 15 minutes for my pizza, I looked around. It was disgusting. I counted 5 tables just in the open area in front of the salad bar that had plates, glasses, and trash on them. The salad bar was disgusting as well. There was food all over the front of it, along with napkins and straw wrappers. In the time I sat there, no one else had come in to place an order, and yet no one was up front cleaning the area. When I complained to the Shift Supervisor and Billy, the Assistant Manager both provided excuses of why the front wasn't cleaned. They just made 6 deliveries, they had no time. However, it sounded like a bunch of clowns playing around in the kitchen while I waited. The pizza looked good, but I couldn't force myself to eat it. With the way the front of the house was maintained, I could only imagine what the kitchen looked like. So in the trash it went, what a waste of money. I hope this place gets some serious management in there, or Billy can get his "buddies" to start doing what they get paid to do. Save yourself the disgust and go to the Mooney location! read more
