I'm not a buffet girl but they keep the salad stocked as well as the pizzas and it's not a bad price considering other options in the area. The pizza is always fresh and they're timely with service. If you dine in you'll see a manager come around asking how everything is and clearing plates cleaning up tables etc. There is a party room as well as a mini game room so a good option for your child's team parties. High top tables near the game room and plenty of booth and table options as well. A sat at a booth near the front door and the window was pretty gnarly dirty so I ask staff to please look at those details as little details add or take away from the dining experience. I call & was told our order just left for delivery. So I'm a little bit emotional because the employee I met tonight from Round Table was truly a God-send. I'm a poor, black, college student who often looks very suspicious as I am temporarily homeless because of a very messy breakup (TMI I know). I often worry about it being only a matter of time before the police show up to wherever I AM and something goes wrong. I'm also used to people taking time out of their drives to do their business to call me a faggot (to which I say he doth protest too much methinks ). So when the young man driving past me and my dog as we tried to get some cool night air after being in the heat all day, I was prepared for a Karen to report me for sitting in less than 100 degree weather, or for some uncalled for and bigoted comment. Instead, your employee pulled up next to me and asked me if I wanted a pizza. I don't think he did it to be condescending, I doubt he even knew what an uphill battle I've had the last three months, maintaining a 4.0 while living in my car; but his kindness and love are such a forgotten thing in this world. I hope that young man (Black, sporty car like a Honda) knows just how phenomenal and special he is and that his future wife and children will be very lucky to have a man who follows the true example of Jesus. Oh and please don't get him in trouble, it was a cheese pizza that was fairly cold (not that I'm complaining) so I highly doubt he made it and stole from work. From the second I called in to inquire about the private room, all the way to us leaving and them cleaning, up the staff was INCREDIBLE! Brittany and Tyler were such kind and helpful managers and I wish I knew the rest of the staffs name for a shout-out because they were wonderful. I would rate this place 0 or -5 stars if yelp had that option. The wait was so freaking long. Moreover, the waitress who took our order at the register was incompetent as she didn't put our pizza order through and came out 30 mins later asking us what we ordered again. I asked her if they hadn't even started making it yet, and she said she just works the front and was trying to figure out what was going on. I think it wasn't a mistake but was intentional, as I had previously corrected her when she made several mistakes while repeating back our order, and she saw that I got annoyed. So when she came out and said they somehow missed our order and could start making it then, I really just don't believe that excuse. She said it would take another 20 minutes. Mind you, we ordered and paid at 9:05 PM and she came out at 9:40 PM to tell us they forgot our order, one medium pizza and one small order of wings, and that's after we asked what was going on. And it's not like they were super busy, so its pretty ridiculous that they would have made such a mistake in these circumstances. Especially since they brought out orders from customers who came in after us while we were still waiting. We ended up speaking to the manager, getting a refund, and leaving. The only good thing about this place is the night manager. The employees I've dealt with while ordering pizza are SO rude. I called tonight because I forgot to add ranch to my online order and was told k I'll add a note and hung up on me. When the door dasher gets there...I ordered from round tables website not door dash. Myself and my wife decided to go to this Round Table pizza for dinner around 5:45pm. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a young man who appeared to be a manager. The manger acknowledged we were waiting to order, and would be right with us. A few minutes later he politely took our order, gave us our drink cups, told us it would be about 30 minutes. About 20 minutes later our pizza arrived, honestly it looked appetizing. We were greeted again and asked if we needed anything else. Generally, Roundtable is pretty decent although it has been probably 2 years or more since I have had Roundtable pizza. Yesterday on my way home from work I picked up a large pepperoni, a large meat lovers and cinnamon bread. I typically will order pizza with a little extra sauce because most places skimp on the sauce for some reason. Roundtable never was a place that was stingy with the sauce but I swear they must have run out of sauce Yesterday evening because the 2 pizzas I got had virtually none. They were dry, dry, dry. In addition to them being dry, the dough had no rise on it whatsoever. I see some of the pictures posted and the crust looks decent and what I associate with Roundtable pizza. What I got last night was like a Tombstone pizza but at least a Tombstone would have had some sauce on it. I paid way too much to get pizza of this quality. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I was in town visiting family, and was really craving a Round Table pizza. The Noble location was closest to where I was staying. I made an online order, with a pickup time of 3PM. When I arrived, the Assistant Manager, Billy was surprised that there was an online order. He checked in the back, and then informed me that his 'buddy' accidentally inputted my time for AM. When I asked him if they were open at 3AM, he laughed and said no; so I am not sure how this mistake in time could happen. To make up for it, Billy did only charge me for a medium, instead of an x-large. I should have left though. As I waited about 15 minutes for my pizza, I looked around. It was disgusting. I counted 5 tables just in the open area in front of the salad bar that had plates, glasses, and trash on them. The salad bar was disgusting as well. There was food all over the front of it, along with napkins and straw wrappers. In the time I sat there, no one else had come in to place an order, and yet no one was up front cleaning the area. When I complained to the Shift Supervisor and Billy, the Assistant Manager both provided excuses of why the front wasn't cleaned. They just made 6 deliveries, they had no time. However, it sounded like a bunch of clowns playing around in the kitchen while I waited. The pizza looked good, but I couldn't force myself to eat it. With the way the front of the house was maintained, I could only imagine what the kitchen looked like. So in the trash it went, what a waste of money. I hope this place gets some serious management in there, or Billy can get his "buddies" to start doing what they get paid to do. Save yourself the disgust and go to the Mooney location! read more
