Generally, Roundtable is pretty decent although it has been probably 2 years or more since I have had Roundtable pizza. Yesterday on my way home from work I picked up a large pepperoni, a large meat lovers and cinnamon bread. I typically will order pizza with a little extra sauce because most places skimp on the sauce for some reason. Roundtable never was a place that was stingy with the sauce but I swear they must have run out of sauce Yesterday evening because the 2 pizzas I got had virtually none. They were dry, dry, dry. In addition to them being dry, the dough had no rise on it whatsoever. I see some of the pictures posted and the crust looks decent and what I associate with Roundtable pizza. What I got last night was like a Tombstone pizza but at least a Tombstone would have had some sauce on it. I paid way too much to get pizza of this quality. I hope this isn't the new norm for Roundtable. read more

Picture posted. Cannot believe they would send pizza out the way it was received. They call that pizza? Are they trying to cut costs and make crust as thin as a tortilla? They replaced it but having to wait even longer for dinner wasn't what we had expected. They only got two stars because they redid our order. read more

The pizza is alright - still better than Pizza Hut or Domino's - but this location's pizza is not as good as the Mooney Blvd. location's pizza. Had the same pizza at both locations and this Noble location had significantly less toppings. So, if the food is just alright, one would hope the service would make up for it. At this Noble location, the service is horrible. We have been there twice - once to eat in for their Tuesday night buffet and once to pick up. During the buffet night, no one was cleaning up the tables so we and the other customers started piling our used plates on an empty table. Also during the buffet night, we asked when they might have more cinnamon twists, which were gone. The employee said there should be some out in a couple of minutes. TWENTY minutes later, we asked again because they still were not refilled. The employee seemed bothered when, after saying "a couple of minutes" again, we reminded him that he said that twenty minutes ago. We really should have just left. And never returned. But we did. We gave them another chance. We ordered a pizza for pick up. When we walked in, it was about 5 minutes before an employee came to the counter. When he did, he seemed annoyed that we pulled him away from whatever he was doing. He found our pizza, rang us up and gave the pizza to us and promptly left. (This behavior is different than the Mooney Blvd. location. There, when they give you your pizza to go, they open the box and let you look at it and make sure everything is correct.) While the pizza was technically correct, it was lacking in comparison to what we had before - from the Mooney Blvd. location. But, we couldn't ask him about that because he was already gone. So, I highly recommend heading west to the Mooney Blvd. location. You'll be treated better and get a better pizza. read more

Good customer service! The lady at the register is so friendly! All the of the staff at the back all look like they're having fun!

Called in a take out order for 6 pizzas. The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant and patient over the phone. He even helped me with pizza specials and saved me some $$. It was nice to not feel rushed off the phone, he out me on hold so he could ask his manager about changing the special they were running to meet my needs. When I went in to pick up the order I noticed the store was nicely remodeled and appeared clean. The lady at the register greeted me with a smile and was also patient and kind. She even offered a few extra condiments for our large order. My family enjoyed the pizzas, they were fresh and the crust was perfect. I regret not getting names of employees, it's because of their customer service we now have a new favorite pizza place. read more

Waited for 2 hours for delivery. Still didnt get my food . Called the store . The lady who picked up a call didnt even ask my name but told me my food is out for delivery. She must have some type of supernatural powers or something. Guess it would be the last oder from here ever. Never again. Delivery service is crucial for pizza read more

Ordered a small Italian sausage pizza last week. Worst pizza I have ever had. It seemed as if there was no sauce on it at all. So dry.

Although we've frequented this RT since childhood for family outings and various sports parties and birthdays, we ordered delivery last night since this is just about the closest pizza place that delivers. We ordered a large King Arthur's Supreme for our family. It was kind of pricey $26 with the delivery but it was very good. The lady who took our order over the phone and the delivery driver were both very friendly. Pizza was hot upon arrival and everyone enjoyed our dinner. We were originally told it would take an hour for delivery, but they surprised us and only took about 30 minutes. read more

Worst service ever. Ordered my pizza just after our friends. We were all sitting at the same table. Our friends received their order and were half way through eating when our order was ready. The front desk lady was on the phone taking an order. We waited patiently and still no pizza. We went up to the front to get someone's attention to get our pizza. The lady one phone said she would bring it to our table. And continued on the phone. I then sent my son to the front counter. And she again said it would be sent to our table. In the 5+ minutes we waited and she was on the phone. She could have easily asked the phone order to hold and turned around, collected our pizza and brought it to our table. Instead she made us wait and then was so rude when another employee came from the back. She rudely told the gentleman to just taken them their pizza. No apology or acknowledgment that our pizza and wings got to our table cold. read more

One of mine and my family's favorite places to eat in Visalia!! Pearl is ESPECIALLY helpful! She took great care of us and made sure we had hot food, cold glasses, and quick service. The manager, Tyler, was also great, greeted us and made sure to check in with our table to see how we were doing. We would HIGHLY recommend this location. The food was also great, my son does not eat meat but they have a lot of options for him as well. read more

We had originally tried dining at the RT on Mooney but the line was long and there wasn't a clean table in the place (plenty of empty tables though). So we decided to try the RT on Noble. When we walked in we were very pleased with the inside. It had been a few years since we had visited this location and the remodel job looked great and everything was clean. We loved it! We felt very welcomed and taken care of by all staff. They were all awesome. I even talked to the manager Brittani and complimented her on our experience. I wish I could remember the names of the other two women working because they deserve recognition as well. Good customer service is sometimes hard to find these days. So you are all appreciated! Thank you! Pizza was delicious as well! read more

Came in to have dinner and ordered enough to take home leftovers for my kids. We ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza and a medium Maui zaui pizza and an appetizer of wings. Spent nearly $70, but I was fine with that. So we get our pizzas first and when I ask about the wings I was ( passively/ aggressively) told by (she/he??? ) " I only have 2 hands". I then explained that I just asked because I thought they'd come first, "they" said I'll bring then ASAP, I said thank you and "they" said indeed in the same p/a tone. So then my husband picks up a piece of pepperoni pizza and it completely droops... long story less long ... they refire the pizza instead of remaking it and it comes out burned.....my husband is pissed at this point and she ( the manager) says "this is what happens when you send it back to re fire. He got our money back on that pizza, he went home hungry and I boxed mine too so we could leave. I hate spending $48 to go home hungry and pissed off... and irritated. read more

I placed an order for pickup. A few minutes later, I received a call to tell me that they were out of sausage. Isn't sausage a staple of pizza places? How poor of a manager do you have to be that you run out of an inventory item that most people order? To add insult to injury, the young lady that called me back offered to compensate me by giving me up to 3 toppings free. If I had wanted three toppings, I would have ordered them! The fact that any of those 3 three topping can't be sausage does not make me feel better about my patronage at this Round Table. read more

Ate here today with my boyfriend for lunch. There were maybe 3-4 tables in use in the whole place and tables not in use had used plates and trash piled on them. The employees although very nice seemed to not care about cleanliness. I went to get a drink and noticed there were flies and there was food all over the buffet area and one of the heating lamps was out. This is cause for concern because food won't be kept at ideal temperatures and hello bacteria and food poisoning. My boyfriend and I both work in the food service industry and we joked about how we wished to work in a restaurant this slow because we would have the time to make sure things are clean and in working order. It seems the management takes no time to train employees on cross contamination and cleanliness. read more

Yesterday 9/20/15 I used the online order and it sucked! I ordered at 4:30pm and I stated order to be done at 5:00pm for pick up. My daughter went about 5:15pm (thought give them time to have it ready) and to find out it never got started and what the cashier reports that in the ticket just shows I paid but didn't show what I orders. Unorganized to say the least. My daughter had to wait another 30 mins. Why advertise you can Order online if it's not working--who knows what it would of been if I wanted it delivered!!! read more

I really love Round Table Pizza's pizza but as of now, this is the second time I've ordered online and had to wait 15-30 minutes past my pickup time for my pizza. When I got here both times the place was completely empty! If my address was in their delivery area I would just order delivery but it's not. I do not recommend this noble location to anyone, especially if you're ordering online and expecting it by your pickup time. read more

It was my first time there this evening and my husband and I couldn't decide on a place to eat. We got inside and it was dead; one guy behind the counter and another sitting out front in their little booth for people waiting. We didn't know what we wanted yet so we stepped aside to look over their menu. A lady came and picked up, and I decided to go sit down with the baby while my husband ordered. My daughter was being fussy so I picked her up and walked her around. Though there were nobody dining in, the place looked disgusting. Another lady came to pick up, and I did not see what happened next as my daughter and I went into their little room where the toy claw machines were. My husband came and asked if I just wanted to go eat elsewhere, and I said sure. I didn't mind. As we went to go grab our things from the booth I sat them at, the second lady who came to pick up was still there, as she came in about 5-10 minutes ago to pick up. As we walked past her, she looks and awkwardly laugh and said, "Better off eating somewhere else huh." I looked over the counter to see all the employees back in the kitchen wondering why my husband had not put an order in and wanted to go else where but I waited until we walked out to ask him. He then asked if I heard what the lady said and told me what happened. Apparently the workers had dropped the lady's pizza and had to go make her a new one. What I was surprise about was why it took all of them to make to go remake a pizza instead of taking in another order. I'm giving them 2 stars, because I work in the food industry too. And I'm hoping it was just a bad day/bad timing. Maybe one of these days I can convince my husband to let us go back. Or to try the one on Mooney. read more

Fantastic customer service! Very nice lady at the register! We got the buffet and she offered us chilled plates for our salad. When we were sitting at our table she came around a few times to ask how everything was and if we needed anything. Also a young blonde woman who I think was the manager also came around a couple times checking on us and asked if we had a request for a pizza in the buffet and we did and she got it out quickly and hot. We really enjoyed the experience and food and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service from younger people! I definitely recommend giving this place another chance based on previous reviews. read more

I already gave this place few chances after they made me disappoint for the very 1st time and the 2nd time.. The 1st time was when they didn't put pineapple in my order when I asked for it, then the 2nd time is the one in the photo where the toppings are not fairly distributed--- 2-3 slices didn't have any cheese.. And now for the 3rd time that I am very disappointed-- the lady who gave me the pizza made sure not to open the pizza in front of me--why??? Because the pizza was partly burnt (the crust part), I mean a lil burnt is fine, but his kind of burnt is not even edible, and another thing about this burnt pizza --there is not enough pepperoni --I didn't say less pepperoni or just cheese, I even told them that I will pick it up at 8:40pm (I called before 8pm) so they should have enough time to recook another pizza but they didn't because they want to serve me the burnt pizza.. I'm not sure if I'm going to give you guys another chance---I've given you so much chances, and you still continued to disappoint me once again.. It's heartbreaking because I hate to complain, but you made me want to complain... I'll post the photo so you can see it. And oh the receipt says "just cheese" under the word pepperoni --which I don't understand because I corrected the person in the phone and said pepperoni and cheese, I never said "just cheese"... read more

My wife and I recently visited this establishment. Ordered a large all meat Montague pizza. When we got our pizza i noticed that it had what appeared an excess amount of cheese and the bottom didn't look thoroughly cooked. I brought my concerns to a very nice young lady and very professional. Turns out her name is Lindsey the store shift manager. She immediately apologized that we were not satisfied with the pizza. Without hesitation she offered to replace the pizza with another. I explained that we were kind of in a hurry. She then offered to comp me a pizza for our next visit. I wish every restaurant had an individual as kind and professional like Lindsey. This place earned my 5 stars. read more
