My very large family came stumbling into this restaurant after my little cousins baseball game and we truly could not have asked for anything better. They genuinely sell the best pizza I have ever tried. Their dough is thick, crusty, and fluffy and you can tell everything is fresh. We got pepperoni pizzas, the New Mexican Pizza, and BBQ chicken pizza. We also got wings and potato wedges. Every single thing we tried was absolutely Devine. The only thing better than the food was the customer service. This is a family owned business and the woman working the counter was one of the nicest people you will ever meet. The pizzas are also a really good deal too and they are constantly having different specials. Incredibly affordable. They've been in business for almost 4 years now and above all value the quality of their pizzas and customer service. This is the best pizza I've ever had. We ordered the breadsticks, spicy butter chicken pizza, and veggie-loaded pizza with a curry sauce base. The pizzas were delicious--definitely a 4.5/5. Just knocking off half a star as the seasoning could've been a touch better. Overall, I'm giving the place 4 stars. Two things brought it down a bit: first, the breadsticks were a letdown--just plain bread with no seasoning or flavor (2/5). The dipping sauce didn't help much either. Second, the restaurant had a strong musky odor, which made us opt for takeout instead of dining in. That said, the service was excellent. Read the reviews and had super high hopes! Thought we would be having "the best pizza in town". Unfortunately; this was not that. We ordered from DoorDash tonight, paid the express to make sure it came extra hot. It was not. Even got a side of the potato wedges, paid the 8 bucks thinking we'd get a good amount; we did not. $43 dollars for Luke warm pizza and wedges, after paying for express delivery. Not too happy right now. Pizza looked very good! But it tasted just like an average pizza. It reminds us of any other pizza place in town. Same boring flavors. Sauce tasted like any other sauce. Cheese wasn't really flavorful, just tasted like any other melted cheese. The crust had a nice softness with a light toasty crunch. But again; no flavor. The ranch helped out, but even that truly didn't taste homemade. More like hidden valley. If you like that, that's fine, but once you've had ranch made in house, you can't go back. Wedges were ok, but certainly not enough for the $8 price tag DoorDash is pushing out to the customers. I'm just disappointed. Can you tell? Maybe things would be different if we went there instead. So maybe out of anything you take from this, if you're not next to this establishment, don't order delivery. Go pick it up instead. Maybe you'll have better luck than we did tonight. They didn't have the items listed on their website. They also covered my pizza with jalapeños, and I don't like jalapeños. To me, jalapeños are an add-on and should not be added, unless asked for. Other than that? The pizza was pretty good. read more

I have met a lot of business owners in my life, and I've never been impressed so much as I was with Maria. She is genuine, friendly, creative and kind. While I waited, Maria offered me a slice of a hot dog pizza to try; which was awesome, and a to go box for my husband. After she was finished with making my pizza, and it was almost closing time. She volunteered to push a guy in his wheelchair to a store down the street. He was homeless and he barely had the energy to get inside the pizza place. He was inquiring about the cigarette store next door. This was my second time there at 5 Star pizza and the pizza is excellent. I just recently saw several posts on Facebook about this place and how amazing they were, but they were facing closing their doors. Tonight we decided on pizza and decided to order from 5 star. Ordered delivery...they have a HUGE delivery range...and forgot to order ranch. I called 20 min later and asked if I could add it to my order and the lady who took my order said she had already added it to ours because we forgot to add ranch when ordering. I'd order from here as my sole pizza place simply because of that. Everyone knows how pizza places are with their ranch!
