Food: When I tell you I LIVED in the south & have had Real Fried Chicken Wings... This is as CLOSE as it gets! My husband is not a boneless fan, I am normally not a traditional fan -- however, here.. we like Both! Haha I don't have a favorite sauce yet, I still love to try them all, maybe you should too But, here are my personal take on the sauces: Honey Parmesan - salt / sweet / got a little stank on it.. if you a cheese eater, then you know ! The Hawaiian one - sweet / salty / tangy The Sweet sauce - reminds me of a spicy sweet & sour :) House sauce - Ranch or Mayo based / chipotle / thousand island like / mild sweetness ? I had their Asian zing and their Parmesan garlic chicken wings. I surprisingly preferred the Parmesan Garlic. They were soft but slightly crunchy at the same time and the flavor was sweet and savory. They have wing specials on Monday and Tuesdays. The only thing I would say is I wish I knew before hand they don't provide a side of ranch with the wings unless you purchase it. So funny story... my husband and I did not plan to eat here. We had a fancy dinner at the darling hotel but it was so expensive we couldn't afford large meals. So afterward we were so hungry and this was the only place open late on a Sunday night that was close by. I have to say I've never had fried chicken that was so sticky and sweet like this place. I got the 8 piece wings, Parmesan and buffalo. My friend ordered Asian zing. The Parmesan was incredible, sweet, juicy, cheesy, garlicky, I will absolutely try it again! There's nothing better than crispy wings after a late night out on Main St in Visalia. We had the 10 piece boneless wings, half lemon pepper & half Buffalo. They were generous pieces, soo flavorful, crunchy outside, juicy inside and TOTALLY hit the spot! Yum!! Danny is the owner, and he was actually working. What an excellent example of customer service!
