Just rice wrapped up in a little plastic sandwich bag like a carb present. You simply unwrap that bad boy and take a bite. And THE CHICKEN. Crispy, flavorful, juicy, and ridiculously good. No fancy packaging. No unnecessary presentation. Just a paper bag full of delicious food at a price that feels right for the price of food you buy in the parking lot of a warehouse. Service was fast. The guy was super friendly. And honestly, I respect the process: "Here's your chicken. Here's your bag of rice. Godspeed." 10/10. Would recommend. Would return. Would absolutely unwrap another rice present.

They are basically grilled shrimp tacos with cheese. The server was nice and accommodating, and I didn't have to wait long for any requests I did. Really appreciated that. The tacos themselves were delicious and pretty big -- I should've asked for three instead of four because they were bigger than your normal taco. They came with sautéed onions and green jalapeños on the side, plus a good green salsa. The salsa tasted fresh, which is a big deal; sometimes you can tell it's been sitting in the fridge a while, but not here. The tacos also had fresh avocado which I loved. As far as the restaurant itself, I went on a Friday and it wasn't busy at all. The price was reasonable unlike other mexican restaurants on the same street which overcharge for mediocre food. What I'd change next time: more salsa and more limes. I wanted that extra kick so the flavors would mix into an even better bite. Still, the tacos were good, fresh, and enjoyable all around. Would definitely come again.

Came to Asian BBQ and Pho for the second time because the first time we only tried the pho and…read morewanted to come back for the BBQ. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The sign-up list showed that there was only one party of three ahead of us, but we were still seated after the party that signed up after us. We were told that a two-person table had become available for the smaller party, but the communication could have been much better. Once we were seated, I specifically asked our server if I could order pho instead of eating the BBQ, and he told me yes and that the pho would just be added to the bill. When we went to pay, however, they still charged us for an additional BBQ person even though I did not eat any of the BBQ and had ordered a beef pho bowl instead. If the rule is that everyone at the table gets charged for BBQ regardless of whether they eat it, they should have a big, clearly visible sign explaining that, and the server should have told us when I specifically asked. To make things worse, when we had questions at checkout, we were told our server had already left. No one ever told us he was leaving or that another server would be taking over our table. It's unfortunate because the pho here is actually good, but my family said the BBQ was bland, there weren't many options, and there were very few side dishes. Based on our experience, they should just get rid of the BBQ altogether rather than continue offering a bland, limited option with a confusing pricing policy. Between that and the poor service, we will not be coming back. This type of experience is definitely going to cost them customers.
