I was not feeling good and I wanted a chicken pot pie. I had to wait two minutes and I got a fresh chicken pot pie. It was so good it came with two little apple pies and a Pepsi and it was only $8.99. That was a good price and it was fresh and I didn't mind waiting two minutes thank you to the drive-through guy. He was pretty nice. read more

Went in, no other customers, no one in drive through, 2 employees see me, walk out of view, person in back standing there. NO ONE EVER CAMD TO WAIT ON ME! I really to k they were all tweaked out on meth. I'll never go back read more

Great customer service! I rarely eat KFC but I recently heard about their wings and wanted to try them. I ordered a 12 piece but apparently they weren't ready yet and asked if I wanted to wait 10 minutes or get something else. I decided to wait and they gave me a 20 piece! Now I have food for a few days! Awesome location read more

KFC - Wings - Fast Food Near Me - Tulare, California

Got to kfc at 7:03pm made my order at 7:20pm was told that my wing will take another 7min....like really? They was more worried about cleaning and closing then customer service. They prioritize driver thru and mobile order and not the people that dined in and take out. I didn't get my food until 7:41pm. Do better Tulare this is why I go to Visalia. read more

Expensive, expensive and another expensive. $80 for bucket of chicken and chicken strip meal. Staff even agreed over priced. The staff actually worked great. Had order in 15 minutes, not previous 45 minutes. Manager and staff hopefully sees some of the profits here. Won't eat at again as is cheaper to eat at Chinese buffet across the street. Restaurant was clean but no body was in lobby except people using EBT card. read more

The service was horrible. I spoke with the manager to complain about the guy behind the counter who helped my husband when we picked up our food after ordering off the kiosk and I explained that that guy was rude and the manager told me that he wasn't rude he was just multitasking. So the manager doesn't know me for anything and he's trying to tell me about my own personal feelings. We did not get butter honey or silverware for our mashed potatoes and gravy and I had to wait at the counter after receiving our orders for an additional 5 minutes before I was even addressed. New customers came in in front of me the girl walked from the back and came out took their order and after she was finished taking three people's orders then she looked over to me and said if she could help me. And I told her while I was actually here before them but yeah that'd be great if we could get some forks honey and butter and then I asked for a customer service number that I could call to complain about our service and she said no she didn't have a number for me to call however she could get the manager for me to speak to and I did speak to him. I think the only good thing that came out of that place was it was clean. read more

I went to try new dunkin combo with potato poppers that they were advertising on their menu. When I ordered, they said that they don't serve them at this location. After paying over 12 dollars for 3 chicken tenders, Cole slaw and fries at 4:13pm, I was told to park on the side and wait for my order because the tenders weren't ready. 3 cars have gotten their orders and I wait for my order. I finally received my food at 4:30. Just find another chicken place... read more

If you're thinking of placing an order here don't cause it's gonna get cancelled. They're so lazy at this location. Just try some better chicken and go to Raising Canes that's not even 3 miles away instead :) read more

This location at Night is HORRIBLE PERIOD. Your order is either not right, or they sell cold, uncooked food. It's so sad. I stopped going there because of this for about 6 months pressed my luck tonight and BAM, here we are again. If I wasn't so angry, I would take it back, but because I may not be able to hold my tongue, I choose to tuff it out. I got mixed cold chicken, when I asked for extra crispy only, it was soggy and uncooked, the mashed potato and gravy was cold and really thick, the biscuit were not cooked all the way through, but the sweet corn and cold slaw was great. SMH..I am going to complain to the corporations tomorrow. They need to have a pop up food inspection at night. Beware...DONT GO HERE AT NIGHT ANYTIME AFTER 6PM.. read more

I like their food, service is pretty good too. But why don't they seem to ever have breasts after dark? They say they are out for the rest of the day. It's been this way as long as I can remember. Is this a local management thing? Corporate? So I cancelled my order today and went across the street to Popeyes. Done with KFC. read more

KFC - the tiniest portions for the highest price nd they messed up my order - Fast Food Near Me - Tulare, California

The last 2 times we ordered delivery we ordered Mac and cheese and received an order of mash potatoes instead. 1st time thought an error. Now thinking it is a substitute as Mayb out a of Mac and cheese. But our order already had 2 mashed potatoes and gravy making our order have 3 mashed potatoes. This to me is neglect on their part as should have substituted corn, beans, cold saw anything but another mashed potatoes. Not caring enough about ur customer to even think about 3 mashed potatoes. Really. Chicken shopping some other store from now on. Bad service for sure. read more

Seriously you need to send this location more employees. It's not fair to force them to be open with such a short staff. Always a terrible experience here and customers are always verbally abusing the employees even though it isn't completely their fault. Either get new management that can handle this, get more employees, or close. read more

In the drive through for 1/2 hour on a Tuesday afternoon 3:30-4. Still waiting, not even a peak time. I'm very unimpressed.

Drove through no one in front or behind me and no one inside. It's 5:30pm. So you would think they could get my order correct. WRONG! Order a 3 piece meal all dark meat original. Than I ordered the #13 2little sandwiches DRY- No mayo No pickles and 2 extra biscuits. Came to $20.06. Got home the 3 piece meal was right but cold. (I live 3 miles from them). The 2 sandwiches had mayo a lot of mayo and pickles. The biscuits were hard as rocks tasted very old. Now to the sides Cole slaw great, corn cold, mashed potatoes cold. If this had been the first time, had there been lots of customers I'd been a lot more understanding. But it wasn't. Go back doubtful unless I go in open the bag and check everything for quality. Or if I just want the coleslaw. read more

Came here this evening to order a simple meal. First of all the cashier took a while to be at his register. I believe the manager had to yell for him to take my order. 2nd my order took over 15mins. Seems like they were focused on the drive thru orders. While I was waiting I heard a lot of cussing among the workers. Very unprofessional. And the manager had to yell for people to stay off there phones! read more

January 31, 2022 I was in Kentucky Fried Chicken in Tulare California and once I got what I ordered. I proceeded to go to a table. All the tables were dirty. I had to clean off my own table but after I ate my dinner I went up to the counter and stood there for at least 15 minutes because I wanted some honey and butter for my biscuit. I know the people in the back saw me there was a girl on the drive up window. Her name was Jazmine. Finally I called Jazmin to the front counter and I asked for some honey and some butter she acted like it made her mad because she had to do something. There was a Family of three a Mother with her Son and her Daughter the 10 year old little girl went up to the counter and ask a Kentucky Fried Chicken employee if they can come out and clean the table off so he comes out and he cleans the table off. The customer should never have to go to the counter and ask if someone can come out and clean the table off. These tables should be cleaned off constantly. I had a chance to talk with the Mother and her Children and I will say we both agree on one thing what is happening to our younger generation they don't want to work and when they get a job they don't do it now the Woman that I talked to She was brought up in a Family that if you want something you work for it, I was brought up the same way work builds character that's why I think it is safe to say the younger generation today they have no character. Kentucky Fried Chicken in Tulare, CA 93274. They have to do better and it starts with Management and I know the Manager was in the back and he or she knew everything that was going on. If you're going to Manage a store you cannot be their friend. you have to be their boss. I was sitting in the corner table and I watch as other customers came in and they looked at the tables and they were disgusted because these tables were dirty. They have not been cleaned I think it would be a good idea if the Health Department paid Kentucky Fried chicken in Tulare, CA 93274 a visit read more

Had a really good experience this time in drive thru. Wait time was practically non existent. I ordered the 20 dollar fill up and crunchy style. The crew member was very friendly at ordering and handing me my order. He asked if I needed any sauces, or anything else I needed besides sauces. Happy my visit was much more pleasant than last.
