The food was like any normal Taco Bell, however they did mis prepare some of our food. They had left meat when my wife and I are not able to eat meat, which usually we don't make a big fuss about. However, when we went through the drive through tonight (5/28/23, 11:27 pm) the woman preparing our order tried to argue that we were incorrect without even looking at our food or receipt. I'm being nice by giving this location even one star. I was actually excited to eat here because I haven't eaten at a Taco Bell in years since I've moved to a city that is Del Taco driven. Needless to say, I ordered something easy, Mexican pizza and 2 Taco supremes. The tacos were so nasty and half of it was stuffed with old lettuce and nasty sour cream. There was hardly any meat in them. At that point you can call it a veggie taco. The lady in the drive thru was slow and didn't even offer me sauce with my order. When I asked for sauce, she gave me attitude and threw it in the bag. Then when I asked for my drink, she double checked the screen assuming I was lying about a drink. The only reason why I was nice enough to give this place 1 star because the Cinnabon treats are amazingly good. That's the only thing I didn't end up throwing away. Management: Make quality food for your customers especially the ones that live in this area. Also, train your staff to provide better customer service. Ridiculously long lines and wait in drive thru, cold food, miss made food and forgotten items. We used to go here pretty often since it's close to shopping or errands were running. We know the service isn't great and the food is either okay, or a mystery bag. It seems like if you eat inside it's better than the drive thru. I didn't want to wait so I ordered on DoorDash while I was at home unpacking the groceries. I paid for extra cheese, onions, and red sauce in a burrito and it wasn't more than usual. The items with no tomato had pieces of tomato in them. It looks like they put it on, and tried removing them, but forgot some. The 2 large Pepsis were see through, since they were out of syrup. Fast service, conveniently located on the way up to visit my fam and the way down to go back home to LA. Food is consistent, the place is pretty clean. Drive thru service has been patient when I am decided on whether to get a burrito or a taco. They always give me more than enough napkins and sauces which I truly love. Food has been hot and the wrappers on my burritos have always been clean (there is a few places that will give you a mushed up burrito, falls apart when you take a bite or the wrapper is just a plain mess). Well I used my app again for the mobile ordering and have to say, compared to my experiences (with the mobile ordering) compared to Fresno Tulare was awesome. Every time I go here, they mess up my order in some way. I always order the same thing 3 supreme nacho Doritos tacos and 3 regular nacho Doritos tacos.. they ALWAYS fail to give me supreme no matter how many times I correct and ask them they can charge me for it but when it comes down to the food when I check all my tacos none of them ever are supreme, and usually I'm okay about it I'll deal with it but today I specifically asked the girl and yes everything was right.. I check two tacos and they're okay so my mistake there I get home and I have 3 regular tacos, 2 supreme nacho Doritos tacos and 1 regular nachos Doritos taco. HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE?! Today was by far the worst experience in the drive thru. I literally was stuck in the drive thru line for 30 min, along with everyone else before me and after me. To top it off as I pull up to the window to pay and receive my food, the person was busy talking to who know who but I still had to wait for them. Either they didn't have enough staff to cover, or they were having technical difficulties, but no one cared to apologize for the inconvenience.
