The staff at the register set our expectations really low saying it would be at least 30 minutes before we ordered even though there were only five people in the restaurant. Every time I order from here it is disappointment after disappointment. In particular I ordered here through Uber eats. Received the wrong items. I order tenders and received nuggets. I don't raise a stink over it, take the cup, and patiently wait. 20 minutes later, I get my food, head to the hotel down the street, and when I open my box of wings, they're not extra wet, they're not extra crispy, not oven crispy, chewy'ass skin, just lightly coated in hot sauce. You guys, you can be pre frying your wings for those who want extra crispy, which in my opinion is the only way wings should be done. I'm hard pressed to believe any sane person would prefer a chewy wing. Otherwise, 375° for 18 minutes should be enough to do it right. The only reason crispy, or extra crispy ever began as a request and later became a standard option is because folks started making wings without knowing what the hell they were doing.
