I ordered their special Shark Week Chili Bucket and not only was the chili served in the cutest collectible Shark Week bucket, but the chili itself was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I'm not even exaggerating when I say this is some of the best chili I've ever had in my life. It was rich, flavorful, comforting, and downright delicious. Honestly, this chili deserves an award! We ordered calamari and two combination phos, but the food took over 15 minutes and only one pho came out at first. The calamari was extremely crunchy, dark, and overdone. The redid it free of charge but I really hated to be that guy putting more work on the workers. Still... the pho was also below its usual quality. Th beef was chewy, the noodles were too soft, and the broth wasn't as rich or flavorful. We've been coming here for years, so the drop in service and food quality really stood out.
