Absolutely appalling!!! I discovered that Wingstop is handing out all of our beverage cups to the food delivery people to make our drinks. This is absolutely disgusting. I asked the DoorDasher last night if he in fact make all of our drinks and he told me he had to or he couldn't take the order. I immediately called DoorDash and this is strictly forbidden, as it mounts to food service. I can only imagine these drivers hands and where they've been all over our cups. DONE with ordering from here. read more

I'm just sayin' .. we have to get a better & fair perspective on what defines a"boneless wing"! I was so disappointed they let this slide on Valentine's Day order. Like.. C'mon'!?? read more

Wingstop - Really!???? Boneless Meal Deal For 2 - Chicken Wings Near Me - Visalia, California

Ordered online. It was super easy to order and pay online. The order was ready when they said it would be. Easy hand off. The order was accurate and the wings were tasty. I would go back. read more

Food is very good. Wings are 5/5 and fries 5/5. Best flavors are Louisiana and BBQ. Wait time is sometimes questionable but only at peak hours. Restaurant is small for eating in, but I always take it to go. read more

if I could leave negative stats I would, I placed an online order HOURS in advance, I walked in said I was there, they said it'll be out soon, I watched several people that came in to order after me, walk about before my food was ever ready. shit system read more

I got some wings from here and some fries, and within an hour of eating the food I immediately had food poisoning. I suggest you go somewhere else. Do not eat here you will get sick. read more

This may be the worst wing stop I have been to. The wait is too long the place is always dirty and the wings the one thing they make might be good but most likely dry and small. read more

MY RECOMMENDATION: GO TO THE BETTER WINGS RESTAURANT DOWN THE STREET. We placed an order for $97 worth of wings & fries at 3:09 PM for a 5:45 PM pick up. I arrived at the store at 5:41 PM, & had to wait 35 MIN for my food. When it was finally ready, I asked for 2 or 3 more ranches. The employee told me I would be charged. I reminded the employee I just waited 35 MIN for my food which I'd ordered 2+ hours in advance, & asked if they would comp 2 or 3 ranches. The employee asked her manager, & the manager said no. I feel this is ridiculous. I asked for 2 small cups of ranch. I had already paid for 4, since none came with my $100 order. My son-in-law called the store & spoke to the manager. The manager didn't care that we had called in our order 2 hrs 45 min in advance, & I still had to wait 35 minutes more at the restaurant. All she had was excuses. No apologies, no offer to "make it right". I feel this is unacceptable. I've worked in food service & retail customer service. And I feel this was incredibly poor customer service, especially from the manager. This woman should not be the manager. She's going to cost Wingstop more potential customers with her poor decisions. read more

They lost us as customers today. The wings were dry and the flavor was non-existent. The fries were horrible. They were burnt and limp. It was really bad. Won't be going back again. read more

My husband ordered food for 6 to have for dinner. I got to the building at 6 and they said my pick up time was at 6:48. Which causes I'm having to wait 48 more minutes when it's clear it was ordered a hour ago. They put my order was placed later than it was supposedly ordered. The ambiance is not very pleasant due to every single person coming in waiting for food. read more

Wingstop - Ridiculous wait time. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Visalia, California

I'm not sure if it's the stores fault or the apps fault but I placed my order online app told me 15-20 mins I showed up 20 mins later then I asked for my order and was told it's going to be another 25 min wait. How is that possible does the app not calculate the right times based on order or what's the issue I'd like to getthis fixed because this isn't the first time I've had this happen. It's super inconvenient when the times are that off. I could did more or do other things I had to do if I knew it was going to be a 40 min wait. That's horrible. read more

Wingstop - Is it normal to have this many people waiting a double what the app says. We have over 12 people waiting on orders that's insane. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Visalia, California

every. single. time. I order from this location something is missing. this time over HALF my order was missing. I really don't understand how a full 10 piece and two orders of veggies and ranch can be missing from a 20 piece meal deal!? get your shit together. idk why I even keep coming here. read more

I've become such a fan again of Wingstop! It's so hard to find a good boneless wing! We saw a good deal they had going on through their site; they deliver through their own website now! Sold! But.. here's a few "slight problems" we've had. Pro Tip: Don't get your wings sauced, wings "naked" or "plain" with sauce on the side is the way to go! The fries are good here, but can also be hit and miss! They can either come hot and delicious or cold and floppy! I've been trying to find the right times when to order from here, but sadly they seem to be lacking no matter what part of the day you order. It's more of a miss than hit but when it's a hit, it's a hit! The best part of this place is the choice of sauces and rubs! The Buffalo sauce here has two choices, mild and hot! I love the hot version! Cause they mean it! It goes very well with a side of ranch and some veggies on the side. I do miss the buttery rolls from here though. Overall I really want to like this place more! But paying over 30 dollars for two and it's barely warm when it arrives, not a happy camper. Just hope the consistency gets more on par then what it is. read more

To pay over $30 to get burnt fries and sauce poured over the chicken tenders is not worth the money and the 40 minute wait. The way the food is handled is poor. You can tell through the fries that they been using the same oil for some time and it was gross! My husband and I couldn't eat them. The fries were so greasy, burnt, and hard that we threw them away. We do our best not to waste food but we just couldn't eat them. The fries were disgusting! The chicken tenders were ehh and I'm thankful they were cooked right but you know; to wait over 40 minutes. You think they will equally coat the food and make it right but instead they just pour a bit of sauce over the tenders and called it done. The flavors weren't that great either so don't expect much. Coming to this place was a mistake. The person who took our orders was impatience with us and didn't bother to inform us how long the wait was gonna be. We stood inside the store like idiots as people who ordered online came in and out. Even though the place was clean and some of the workers were nice (minus one lady). Our experience in the store was terrible. There were no seats available for us to sit so we had to stand as we wait for our food which was tiring and annoying. Don't bother coming here. Waste of time and money! read more

This is the worst place in town to order food from ! My kids enjoy their wings but every time we order online or call in they never get the order in at the said time or appropriate time. The workers don't care if you're upset at having to wait an additional 20-30 minutes from the time they said order would be ready. We are no longer going to ever order from them again Buffalo Wild Wings from here on out !! Horrible service! read more

I've been coming here for over 7 years and I can say this place has went downhill. My last few experiences been horrible. My last visit I placed an online order @4:00 and it said it would be ready by 4:40. I came late almost at 5 and my order wasn't ready. I waited 45 minutes inside so my order was an hour late. All the girl said was sorry for the wait and handed me the bag. My fries were cold and the wings were dry. I've had another experience where I got wings I couldn't even eat because they were so hard! It's ridiculous. Not to mention the workers look like they talk more than work. Every time I come here there's always different people working. It's honestly not worth the money for a long a** wait and to get wings that taste dry and flavorless. Avoid this Wingstop read more

My favorite part was when I walked in 20 minutes before closing time but they told me they weren't taking anymore orders. But they're still open until midnight. If you're going to close stuff down early, change your hours. For this business' own record this happened on Sunday, April 3rd, 2022 at 11:40pm. The owner can look at the schedule and see the closing staff that was turning customers away tonight. read more

My daughter in law recently placed an order at Wing Stop for delivery but unfortunately some items were missing. I called to address the issue, and while I was understandably upset about the missing items, the associate and manager I spoke to were incredibly rude. Good customer service is about resolving issues, not dismissing customers. The manager, in particular, could benefit from leadership training and customer service courses. Rather than simply offering refunds, the focus should be on addressing and fixing the problem to ensure a better experience for customers in the future. Sadly to say my family and I will not ever be giving Wing Stop our business again. read more

Don't use Apple Pay here, they gave us a hard time for picking up an online order due to paying with Apple Pay and they wanted us to have the physical card. Staff are nice but the wait is crazy. I ordered a 6 pc combo and a sandwich. I waited a little over an hour for our food. Pretty ridiculous!

I mean by now something has to be done! Every single time we call it's a 1hr and 30 min to 2 hr wait! WTH! And when you do show up to pick your food it's still not ready! Where are the managers at to fix this situation by now. And it's not even that it's packed inside because it's NOT so what is the wait! Wings are really good here but honestly loosing service with all that wait time. I hope this gets fixed because it's every single time. read more

I was browsing through YouTube the other day and came across a review for Wingstop's chicken sandwich. This sandwich quickly sold out when it was first introduced and I missed it. I wasn't going to miss out this time. I immediately drove to the closest Wingsto and secured a sandwich. You can have it covered with any of their sauces. I ordered it with the Original sauce because honestly, that's about as much heat I can handle. The chicken was white meat, pounded to a half inch thickness. It had a crispy coating which absorbed the sauce. The meat was moist and perfectly cooked. The bun was slightly dry which seemed to help to absorb the sauce and maintain the structure of the sandwich. If the bun was soft like a Filet o Fish bun, the sandwich would be a damp mess before it was totally consumed. The price for the sandwich combo was around $12, which is reasonable. read more

Service very slow. Took over 30 mins for 10 wings... Food didn't taste as fresh as it could be. Environment was very scattered and dirty.

The food is rather good if you're craving buffalo wings but if you want, french fries bad idea french fries are always soggy and greasy and never come out how they appears in their ad advertisement picture. Service is OK but waiting time you're gonna be waiting there for a while. It's a small kitchen and it gets hot in there fast sometimes it's clean but normally it's filled with teenagers and children. Prices are OK depending on which day you come on and if you know what your ordering, I normally have the teenager order for me because she knows how to get the most for the money that we spend. read more

If you order in person they take over 45 minutes even when they say its 20-30 minutes, if you try to order online it's well over an hour and 30 minute wait. Forget about trying to get a refund with employees that don't know how to properly do it. The best thing is that you think your food is going to come out hot since you've had to wait so long, but instead it's over seasoned and cold. Don't even try to get a drink from the freestyle machine that's never restocked, apparently it's too difficult to change out the cartridges. I like Wingstop, just not this location with employees that stand around with a dirty lobby and sticky floors. read more

This place is terrible, currently sitting here with food poisoning and unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened from this place. When they first opened many years (2011 I think) ago it happened, I said to hell with that noise and never again but decided to give them another try several years later (present day September 2022). Should have stuck to my gut (no pun intended) now I'm regretting even bothering to think it would have been any different. Wings were swimming in grease, over sauced, over cooked. Staff members don't use PPE (gloves, face or hair coverings) when preparing food and it's obvious there are other health code violations happening in this place. Unless you want to spend your Friday night yackin up your guts in the oval office, stay far far away. read more

Not worth it. They take longer then anticipated. There were a bunch, and I mean a bunch of workers but they seem to always be just standing around. Apparently we were waiting on the fries but when we got the fries, they were not as hot as they should be when coming off the fryer. They need to learn customer service, and how to work better as a team to get the stuff done right. We understand it's a popular place, but if they keep going down this path, it won't stay open any longer read more

The food is good. I love the garlic parmesan wings. The problem is in the service and the speed of service. The individual in charge of taking orders, today October 14th at 4:00 p.m., is super slow and does not help the rest of the team. She could easily jump in and start dropping food into the Fryers to get things moving, instead she's just wandering around aimlessly in between customers. She moves slow, she talks slow, there is zero sense of urgency. Also I find it quite strange that on a Saturday at dinner time, they don't have chicken dropped and ready to be seasoned when there is a huge group of people inside waiting on their orders. There is no pre-planning for a dinner service. An hour wait for just 8 tenders is ludacris to me. read more

Chicken really good, crunchy, full of flavor. Sauce good, I had honey mustard. BUT, what's up with the fries? Why are they sweet? They were terrible.
