I called to address the issue, and while I was understandably upset about the missing items, the associate and manager I spoke to were incredibly rude. Good customer service is about resolving issues, not dismissing customers. The manager, in particular, could benefit from leadership training and customer service courses. But.. here's a few "slight problems" we've had. Pro Tip: Don't get your wings sauced, wings "naked" or "plain" with sauce on the side is the way to go! The fries are good here, but can also be hit and miss! They can either come hot and delicious or cold and floppy! I've been trying to find the right times when to order from here, but sadly they seem to be lacking no matter what part of the day you order. It's more of a miss than hit but when it's a hit, it's a hit! The best part of this place is the choice of sauces and rubs! The Buffalo sauce here has two choices, mild and hot! I was browsing through YouTube the other day and came across a review for Wingstop's chicken sandwich. This sandwich quickly sold out when it was first introduced and I missed it. I wasn't going to miss out this time. I immediately drove to the closest Wingsto and secured a sandwich. You can have it covered with any of their sauces. I ordered it with the Original sauce because honestly, that's about as much heat I can handle. The chicken was white meat, pounded to a half inch thickness. It had a crispy coating which absorbed the sauce. The meat was moist and perfectly cooked. The bun was slightly dry which seemed to help to absorb the sauce and maintain the structure of the sandwich. If the bun was soft like a Filet o Fish bun, the sandwich would be a damp mess before it was totally consumed. The price for the sandwich combo was around $12, which is reasonable. read more
