I grew up eating this kind of food. My grandma was Danish, so æbleskiver and "skinny" pancakes were a regular part of family breakfasts growing up. We finally made it to Valhalla, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive, and the food was outstanding. Easily the best breakfast we've had in Visalia. The restaurant has a fun atmosphere and a unique layout. We came with a party of seven and were seated in a private room, which made the experience even better. My kids ordered the Smiley Pancakes and the presentation alone made their day. They loved it. Great food, great service, and a great experience all around. Saturday 4pm 2 adults 3 children Immediate seating This is our first visit here so we took a minute to look at the menu before ordering. The kids decided on breadsticks $8.99 and cheese pizza (Large $19.99) and 2 drinks for the adults and water cups for the kiddos. The nice girl taking our order asked if we wanted ranch or pizza sauce. I asked for both. Drinks: Pepsi products, Dr. Pepper After ordering we found an open table. TV was on and playing the basketball game, great! While we waited on the pizza we filled up our drink cups and the kids asked for quarters to play a video game. Pizza Factory is a great place for a group to get together in a casual atmosphere. The service is great and the pizza is awesome. They have a huge selection with a great variety of toppings and sauces. We take a group of 10-15 adults there about twice a year. The only cautionary point is it can be a little noisy . read more

The food is amazing, the service is mediocre because staff seem upset, the ambiance is nice i like the inside the shop My main issue with pizza factory is they offer no deals and charge a pretty high price for the pizza so it ends up not being worth it in my opinion. They make you pay for every little sauce even the the marinara sauce that's supposed to come with the breadsticks we had to pay for, three ranch's sauces cost 7.50$, the women in the front was being rude and looking us up and down, our orders for one large pizza and breadsticks and three drinks with sauces we had to pay for came out to 65$ when in Fresno our order has never been above 40$ they just want money and the food isn't that good ether highly recommend going to a different pizza place. read more

Had not had their pizza in years so I decided to go for their lunch buffet which is from 11:30am-1:30pm. I arrived about 12:50pm and my choices were 2 Hawaiian pizzas. 1 combination and once slice left of Pepperoni. Which I asked if they were making any fresh pepperoni and worker didn't know. Pizza had been sitting there since 11:30 I'm assuming as it wasn't so fresh. I had myself a salad bar and a slice since no pepperoni was available. Salad bar was decent with average toppings. There was also some sort of breadsticks available which I passed since they looked old already. Also it is extra for a drink. Place was clean from what I saw but then again there want many people eating at lunch time hours. I'm sure I won't be back for buffet but I will order pizza to go as I do remember enjoying their pizza. read more

Great pizza loaded with toppings. Fast service. Would've given 5 star but the price per pizza is high. If you customize at all it will cost you plenty $$. So we have not been here in a few years. The people seem about the same as well as the service. But the building has definitely deteriorated inside. The kids play area was disgusting! Hands down foul. Filthy with germs and gum all over the floor and gunk build up on walls and machines. Bad visit. We waited 45 minuets for our food. We waited patiently and watched as other people who came in after us Get their food before us. We didn't get all the orders all at once. Slowly the pizza and other food items came. When we finally got all of our food, it was over an hour. The worst part of it all, There were another family that sat next to us that got it even worse. They never received anything. Got lied to. No manager in sight to take care of their problem. I felt so bad for The kids, as they were watching all the other people eat. All bad. We called to order pizza and wings and got hung up on twice while on hold. They said Pizza would be ready in 20 mins we show up 25 mins later and no pizza. Another 25 mins pass and I go ask about our pizza and was told they don't put the pizza in until we arrive. WHAT'S THE POINT OF ORDERING AHEAD!?!?!?!?!? Or worse why tell me its going to be ready in 20 mins. 20 mins after I ask I get my pizza. 40 mins to make two personal pizzas? Shouldn't call in be taken ahead of all others? The pizza is great we drove from Hanford to go pick it up, but I ordered it before we left town and got there 25 min later and it wasn't ready. I can hear the girls talking about how no one made the pizza. I sat there for another 20 min waiting for it to be made and ready.
