From what I understand it's had the same owners for a long time The pizza is delicious here and made fresh to order If your dining in they give you an entire bottle of ranch to use during your meal which I find quite generous; with most places charging extra for ranch these days I think free unlimited ranch is a great perk for those dining in It's always clean And the staff is extremely professional and friendly I recommend this local pizza joint and will continue to visit them anytime I'm in the area read more

Yummy is all I have to say , good job weekend crew ! This was second time I was in I was on the fence from first visit but todays visit put me over the fence . The crust was soft fluffy and my toppings were edge to edge with very little bubbling . So I felt like I paid for pizza and not just bread . Recommend indeed! read more

I work in Corcoran and there isn't much of a selection for food choices. This place is always my go to. The pizza is good, not the best but deserves 3.5-4. What gives it 5 stars is the owner. He's usually always there when I go in and he always strikes a conversation. Love supporting this place. The only place here in this area for pizza. We are big lovers of pizza and we know when it's a good pizza! But this place my friends, do yourself a favor and eat someplace else! Our pizza was burned, and they gave it to us like that! My mistake cause I didn't check the box before leaving! My kiddos were hungry after a 5 hour drive... so we left to our Airbnb to eat. I also asked for sauces for the bread sticks and we left without it. So unprofessional and they are also rude on top of everything! Have no idea how this place has 4 star reviews, prob the locals. The pizza is great here and so is most of the food on the menu. The only downside is that the pizza is not consistent, which most likely has to do with the person making it. The actual recipe is really good! I eat there often because the food is good I just wish I didn't have to worry about whether they got my order right. Which about 75% of the time they messed up on it, or left something out that I ordered. If this place had solid employees it could be great but that will always be its downfall. read more

Pizza is great, good ratio of sauce, cheese and toppings. Staff keep to themselves but are very helpful. Price is standard, has an arcade and two LCD TVs with usually a sports game on. Has an upstairs for parties and such. Other than Pizza the garlic bread, sandwiches are good but the bread sticks aren't that good. All in all a great place and usually my go to pizza place in town. My family has been coming to this Pizza Factory for years since it was then owned by a guy named Roger. Being that long, my family has come to know the new owner Troy. Who of which is a great guy and this is review is for his staff only. Today May 6, 2016 I ordered for pick up around 1pm. Ordered a Turkey Sandwich with NO Tomatoes. Next, a pepperoni/Sausage Calzone with light sauce and extra cheese. Okay. And Lastly a Antipasto Salad. Upon pick up I inspected my order right there at the counter as lately upon picking up previous orders, my orders were not correct. This time they were not either. My sandwich I specifically asked for no tomatoes had tomatoes.okay that's one thing. As far as my Calzone it was just plain burnt! Upon telling the Cashier who told me his name was DAVID . (Also took my order over the phone). Told me that it didn't look burnt and also apologized for the tomatoes but I asked for my money back so I can buy my lunch else where and not have to wait another 30min to remake everything. He refunded me some cash and told me to take the salad as it looked fine. Thinking he meant as "sorry for the problem have this on us" I said okay walked to my car. Checking my change as I gave him 100$ he shorted me by 8$. Went back in to inquire and he told me it was for the salad. I said no, I wanted a full refund and will bring back in the salad I thought he gave me for my troubles. He then quickly said that since there was nothing wrong with the salad he cannot give me my money back for it. Who is he to say that because it looks fine to him I cannot get a refund because I'm not happy with my experience/inspection of food so far? Told him I Personally know Troy, my whole family does and will be giving him a call he then proceeded to tell me "Great! go ahead it will save me a call". VERY RUDE. He then walked back to the back of the kitchen and proceeded to ignore me until I walked back there myself which then he threatened to call the cops. Okay understandable, but I was livid by that time and proceeded back to the counter and told him to call the cops and the Owner Troy. He then called Troy first. Or pretended to call Troy. After a lengthy phone conversation he began to hand me money back. I asked directly for the 100$ I gave him to start. He did. I waited for him to get off the phone after he spoke to Troy to tell him a few words about customer service and began walking out. When walking out he then offered all the food I ordered and asked for my money back on for free! No thank you! Terrible customer service only to then after talking to the owner turn a whole 360 on his attitude! All my orders I have made to this location in the past few months has been wrong each time. Thought I'd give benefit of the doubt because we been coming here years but only to come into a wrong order again and a terrible cashier with a horrible attitude!!! Would have gave 0 stars if I could. Will not be returning. *update* Was informed by the owner that the manager that worked during the time this review was written has long since been fired and we have returned to this location a handful of times since then and have had good customer service and the food has been prepared properly each time. First time eating pizza factory in Corcoran after a softball game with friends and family, I was impressed with there quality and service! Pizza was extremely delicious very well served and costumer service was excellent. I did not feel as if it were my first time emloyees there made me feel as if back at home. There service was expeditiously and prompt. One of the things that caught my Attention was there salad bar, very clean and ingredients are always full. I decided to go back and order pizzas from Pizza Factory again. Mostly because of the discount coupon card the football players sell each year. The current card has buy any XL pizza and get a free medium cheese pizza. It's perfect for families with kids that are picky eaters. The food is great but the service can be hit or miss. If you get an adult or mature teen, everything's fine. It's when you get the teen that's texting while they deliver your pizza or not paying attention when taking your order when you run into issues. Corcoran's Pizza Factory makes the best pizza in the city. No other pizza place comes near to making better pizzas. Pizza factory is always a great place to chill with friends or for a family night out. Everything from the friendly workers to the two giant televisions they have mounted on the wall is terrific. There games are updated often so the kids and even adults can try to get their name on the leader board for high scores. There is also a section upstairs so that you can a more private place to eat or to have birthday parties and banquets. All of this plus the fact they make the best pizza at an affordable prices, puts them on above of the other places selling pizza. read more

Talked to the manager and SAID THAT THE REASON WHY THEY CHARGE MORE FOR THEIR FOOD IS BECAUSE MINIMUM WAGE WENT UP. Not sure if this is true but check online.
