Good pizza and salad bar buffet. Also. Ones with fountain soda - all you eat and all you can drink. Service was good, but somewhat seemingly unfriendly. A man and a women, who seemed to be managers of owners, each at a different time, walked do by our table without a word spoken or an acknowledgment given. I guess that's where the staff learned. With several T.V.s soundlessly playing sports games, the restaurant seemed lifeless. It was also very cold inside. All in all, even though the food was good. I really like Mountain Mikes Pizza or at least the Hanford Pizza location. I had an issue with their website charging my card and me not getting the delivery or the order even placed. Pretty good little pizza place with an awesome fresh all you can salad bar. Okay I take that back. It's only all you can eat if you purchase the $9.99 option and not the one trip for $8.99. So for a $1 more you can go unlimited times to the salad bar and for what it is, it's pretty tasty. All the veggies are brightly colored and fresh tasting. To my surprise, both the pasta salad and macaroni salad didn't have that funky taste most other salad buffet places taste like. They both tasted fresh and delicious without the funky after taste. The seating area was freezing cold as of the air conditioning was running, it was cold enough to almost change our minds to leave and find someplace else. There wasn't much of a beer selection even though they had a variety of signs advertising different brands? Was told it would be a 30 minute wait...not a big deal. I would love to give this place zero stars if I could. Service was horrible. We ordered at 5:48pm and by 6:40 no pizza. My friend ordered at 4:30!to pick up by 6 pm an had to wait a half hour more for her pizza. Girl at the register had a line of people and would ignore us all when she walked by. Person bringing out pizza kept giving people the wrong orders. When my husband went up to inquire about our pizza twice she told him to sit down and she would be out and never showed up. Third time she told him it was in the oven. The group that was with us were told to get ranch from the salad bar but it was frozen or old and clumpy. After debating what to eat this past Monday. We decided on pizza. Lately we have been just ordering Dominos. However their quality has been horrendous. So we ran over the list of pizza in town. Nothing sounded remotely good. Then my grandson recommends Mountains Mikes. I've always wondered if they were any good. The building they are in has been several pizza businesses. But my grandson insists it's owned by the same owners. Idk if that is true. But we went over to check it out. As you would expect they're doing the social distancing silliness. Good thing there was no one in there. I found the place clean and the menu to my liking. They had a great special menu as well. We didn't get real crazy with our choice of pizza. I placed an order day before, and I couldn't understand the person taking the order so I politely came in the later that day just to make sure that my order was correct we made a change but I could not get a receipt at that time when I paid, they told me I'd get the receipt when I picked up my order but I took a picture of the receipt before I left but when I got home and review the receipt I noticed that I was getting more food than what I expected because it wasn't explained well very. When I came in the next day to pick up the order I came a little bit earlier to discuss the order and asked if the order had already been started he said yes, so I went to the store to get other things that I needed when I returned the manager was there I seen my order coming out of the oven which it wasn't started by the time I had gotten there and before I left to the second location for other items and the manager was very rude and made rude faces, and Pizza Parlor and I just now know to go somewhere else in the future for large orders. The Owner got mad because we shared salad bar with the two year old baby he made the employee come over and tell us we couldn't share the food. We were there for my nephews birthday the kids started playing the games, one person brought in food from a neighbor restaurant and the owner again made the employee come over and told us no outside food. I ordered 2 specialty pizzas and a small pepperoni; the pizza was not cheap, it was pricey. The Snowy Alps hardly had any toppings on it, and the Sizzling Bacon Classic was okay. I bit into the slice and as I was chewing, I bit down on something really hard. I thought maybe it was a piece of bacon that was too crispy but nope, it was a huge olive pit! I called the restaurant to let them know hey you got pizza going out with olive pits in it. The acknowledged it has been an ongoing issue with their olive cans they get from cooperate. I advised if the pain didn't go away by tomorrow, I would have to go to the dentist to have my tooth checked to make sure I didn't crack it or anything but that most importantly they needed to be more careful with cleaning the olives as it could have been my child eating the slice and they would have choked. Rather than the owner calling me to see what happened, he had his employee call me to relate a message stating if i needed to go to the dentist it was going to be on cooperate because they got their olives from them, that he had nothing to do with it. I have been ordering pizza from here for the past 7 years. I have never had an issue with the quality of the pizza or with any foreign objects being in my pizza.
