I had an outstanding experience at Mountain Mike's thanks to Jashan! From the moment I walked in, Jashan's professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail stood out. They greeted me with genuine hospitality, made sure my order was perfect, and checked in to ensure everything tasted great. The service was fast, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food came out fresh and delicious--exactly what you hope for but don't always get. Jashan went above and beyond to make the visit feel personal, and that level of care truly sets this location apart. If you're looking for excellent service and someone who takes pride in their work, ask for Jashan. Mountain Mike's is lucky to have such an exceptional team member. I'll definitely be back! If you want it to sound more formal, fun, shorter, or even tailored to a specific experience you had, I can rewrite it--just tell me! read more

Good pizza and salad bar buffet. Also. Ones with fountain soda - all you eat and all you can drink. Service was good, but somewhat seemingly unfriendly. A man and a women, who seemed to be managers of owners, each at a different time, walked do by our table without a word spoken or an acknowledgment given. I guess that's where the staff learned. With several T.V.s soundlessly playing sports games, the restaurant seemed lifeless. It was also very cold inside. All in all, even though the food was good. The business needs to be more customer caring to be a place which makes me want to return. I didn't get that feeling today. read more

Everyone needs to go back to this mountain mikes spot! It is under new management which equals friendly faces, smiles and the pizza tasted better. Last time we were there the staff was rude and seemed miserable to work there which made the experience not great. Since going back yesterday it's the opposite. Give this spot a try again. read more

Jashen is a great employee to have. Her customer service was something I have never experience. What a great person. Can't wait to show up to the pizza party with Mountain Mike's pizza. Jashen made the sale today! read more

I really like Mountain Mikes Pizza or at least the Hanford Pizza location. I had an issue with their website charging my card and me not getting the delivery or the order even placed. I called the Hanford location and the cashier was excellent and very understanding. I gave her my order and picked up my pie. It was so good! I got wings in the side they were Korean BBQ. So good!! Really happy it was corrected. Now for the website to correct their error. read more

Pretty good little pizza place with an awesome fresh all you can salad bar. Okay I take that back. It's only all you can eat if you purchase the $9.99 option and not the one trip for $8.99. So for a $1 more you can go unlimited times to the salad bar and for what it is, it's pretty tasty. All the veggies are brightly colored and fresh tasting. To my surprise, both the pasta salad and macaroni salad didn't have that funky taste most other salad buffet places taste like. They both tasted fresh and delicious without the funky after taste. The location is nice with plenty of seating, a dated game room and friendly employees. The pizza was well made and fresh. Good bite to the crust. Surprisingly good salad bar from this local chain at a good value. Pizza was good too. read more

We went on a. Friday around 6:00PM. Call in orders and door dashers were in and out. The seating area was freezing cold as of the air conditioning was running, it was cold enough to almost change our minds to leave and find someplace else. But we were meeting others there and didn't want to hassle with finding a new place to eat. Ordered a couple pizzas, wings and a pitcher of beer. There wasn't much of a beer selection even though they had a variety of signs advertising different brands? Was told it would be a 30 minute wait...not a big deal. Pizzas and wings were brought to the table at about 20 minute mark... Pizzas were pretty good and reminded me of round table. Food was hot and fresh!! I would eat here again. It please update your draft beer selection. read more

The place was so packed when we arrive but the service was still spot on. Waited 25 minutes for our pizza, and while waiting we had their salad and it was fresh! Pizza was good too. Thanks for accommodating our big group read more

I'm a frequent patron of Mountain Mike's Pizza, and I can't help but express my genuine enthusiasm for this establishment. Over the course of numerous visits, I have consistently encountered a remarkable culinary experience that never fails to delight my taste buds. The highlight, without a doubt, is the pepperoni pizza. The distinctive way the pepperoni curls up and forms a thin, crispy, and tantalizingly crunchy edge is a testament to the meticulous attention to detail that goes into every dish. It's these small touches that elevate the dining experience from ordinary to extraordinary. The commitment to quality extends beyond just the pepperoni. Their selection of toppings is a testament to the care they put into crafting each pizza. One particular favorite of mine is the Alpine pizza, where the linguiça sausage reigns supreme. The savory and robust flavor of the linguiça, coupled with the perfectly melted cheese and thoughtfully chosen sauce, creates a harmonious symphony of tastes that keeps me coming back for more. In fact, I've made it a habit to request extra linguiça sausage - a delightful indulgence that never disappoints. It's worth noting that Mountain Mike's Pizza is not just a haven for pizza lovers. Their sandwiches are equally impressive and satisfying, boasting a level of deliciousness that resonates with the core principles of their culinary philosophy. As the age-old adage goes, "You get what you pay for," and let me assure you, Mountain Mike's Pizza lives up to that truth in every sense. The dedication to sourcing the finest ingredients, the skillful preparation, and the unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional product are evident in every bite. In a world where culinary experiences can often be hit-or-miss, Mountain Mike's Pizza stands out as a shining example of consistency, excellence, and a genuine passion for creating memorable flavors. If you're seeking a place where your taste buds can embark on a remarkable journey, look no further - Mountain Mike's Pizza is the epitome of a superb dining experience. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention the staff has always been friendly, and make me feel very welcome. read more

We've always been treated to delicious Pizza at Mt Mikes. The staff is always courteous & rarely a problem w my order. The only negative is they charge for ranch. I have a big family so my bill often is close to $100. I think if your order is $40 or more you should get free ranch...just saying! read more

Please check order before leaving!!! Look at my patato wedges. The only pizza mountain Mikes in Hanford can make is a cheese with black olives and that is a small! Meat pizza was so sad no meat on it. This was very upsetting to bring home to family- I felt embarrassed opening the pizza at home to see the disappointment:( I usually check my food for takeout however i didn't thinking pizza from mountain mikes couldn't be ruined. Oh how I was wrong. Food is too expensive to put that little effort in. I felt the pizza was going to be good because I was greeted with a smile. read more

Mountain Mikes is our go to for family pizza night! so good and the service is fast and great. Would recommend!!

Was really good, ordered myself a small pizza... with mushrooms and pineapple... the crust had a nice crisp crust! Was delicious!

Ever since change in ownership/management this place has gone downhill BIG TIME. I used to frequent the location and have noticed the change the past few months. Highly recommend avoiding this place. I've never questioned the integrity of the ingredients until recently. The quality and customer service has gone downhill a lot. So support a local family run place instead. read more

I would love to give this place zero stars if I could. Service was horrible. We ordered at 5:48pm and by 6:40 no pizza. My friend ordered at 4:30!to pick up by 6 pm an had to wait a half hour more for her pizza. Girl at the register had a line of people and would ignore us all when she walked by. Person bringing out pizza kept giving people the wrong orders. When my husband went up to inquire about our pizza twice she told him to sit down and she would be out and never showed up. Third time she told him it was in the oven. The group that was with us were told to get ranch from the salad bar but it was frozen or old and clumpy. When our pizza came out it was decent but oh so greasy. Too expensive for what we got. One large two topping and four fountain drinks for $45. Will not go there again. Will not recommend read more

Had the Greek goddess and it was amazing! They are dog friendly and have a very nice outdoor patio area. Service was great

I got a gluten-free veggie pizza with white sauce and extra cheese. "Gluten-free veggie pizza" doesn't even sound good to ME. I wouldn't be surprised if you said, "That's not pizza!" Nonetheless, this is hands down my favorite pizza I've ever gotten. My family loves pizza. They want to get it all the time. I've been bored with pizza since 1998. This pizza is SO GOOD. AND the young man on the phone didn't sigh at me or make me feel bad for asking for customization. I HATE talking on the phone, and had no anxiety during the entire call. I'm honestly impressed and grateful for the excellence exhibited by this location. Go Hanford!!! read more

Bring some boxes home and that smell will bring the whole family together! I recommend the McKinley, this is a combination-pizza that tastes fresh and feels balanced in protein and veggies. Now I understand the name of this place, each slice comes with a MOUNTAIN of toppings! If its in the budget, I recommend picking the Mountain-size option because it can easily feed multiple people for a whole week! Eating through this mountain is an enjoyable experience in that toppings never fall off, there's a refreshing garden that evens out the heavier proteins, and the dough is a crispy-cushion ready to give! Come here if you got a big party of loved ones to feed, and if you enjoy getting a bang for your buck in regards to leftovers. read more

After debating what to eat this past Monday. We decided on pizza. Lately we have been just ordering Dominos. However their quality has been horrendous. So we ran over the list of pizza in town. Nothing sounded remotely good. Then my grandson recommends Mountains Mikes. I've always wondered if they were any good. The building they are in has been several pizza businesses. But my grandson insists it's owned by the same owners. Idk if that is true. But we went over to check it out. As you would expect they're doing the social distancing silliness. Good thing there was no one in there. I found the place clean and the menu to my liking. They had a great special menu as well. We didn't get real crazy with our choice of pizza. Just two large pepperoni pizzas. Man I have say that pizza is the best I have in Hanford is a long time. The pepperoni was great quality. The crust wasn't limp everything about this pizza was how it's supposed to be. They have won me as a returning customer. Great job Mountain Mikes! read more

Almost 5 star but kinda pricey, pizza was good and garlic sticks are always a go to when ordering from MM.

took forever for food to be ready had to wait 20 minutes after saying ready on app one employee was having an attitude the whole time

The pizza was nothing short of Tostino's pizza from the frozen aisle. The jalapeño poppers were still frozen. The pizza sauce was atrocious. The pizza was still raw. Will never be ordering from here again. Fatte Albert's is a million times better. Too bad they closed at 9 tonight and we tried this place. Save your money. Would not recommend. read more

Good buffet. I always like the pepperonis that cup and crisp up beautifully. A bit pricey per pie though

I placed an order day before, and I couldn't understand the person taking the order so I politely came in the later that day just to make sure that my order was correct we made a change but I could not get a receipt at that time when I paid, they told me I'd get the receipt when I picked up my order but I took a picture of the receipt before I left but when I got home and review the receipt I noticed that I was getting more food than what I expected because it wasn't explained well very. When I came in the next day to pick up the order I came a little bit earlier to discuss the order and asked if the order had already been started he said yes, so I went to the store to get other things that I needed when I returned the manager was there I seen my order coming out of the oven which it wasn't started by the time I had gotten there and before I left to the second location for other items and the manager was very rude and made rude faces, and Pizza Parlor and I just now know to go somewhere else in the future for large orders. My daughter works at Target and I refused to be rude back. read more

This place is just ok. The prices are too high, I even brought my own ranch dressing. The pizza itself was very similar to little Caesar's. There are so many kids running wild, I tripped a few on purpose, lol. I went to the restroom to puke, (no offense, I do it to keep my weight steady, and stick to my figure) and someone beat me to it. There was puke on the bathroom stall floor, on the toilet rim, and some in the sink. Not sure what happened to the poor guy, but the restroom was a mess, and it got me wondering if they even bothered to clean. read more
