I told her no, because it's not my fault that your employees forgot to include the wings I already paid for. I also paid for delivery, so either send them to me or refund my money. The manager then told me they couldn't give me a refund and also couldn't deliver the wings. The only thing she could do was give me "free wings" on my next order. I said okay, but then I asked, "So when I go next time, are you giving me the free wings PLUS the wings I already paid for today?" And this "very smart" manager tells me: "No, they're the same wings you already paid for." So first she says she's giving me free wings, then suddenly they're not free anymore -- they're just the wings I already paid for in the first place. And to make it even worse, I paid for delivery and now I'm expected to drive over there myself to pick them up because of THEIR mistake. Seriously... who made this woman the manager?
