Worst papa Murphy's experience I have ever had. Not only was it the dirtiest thing I've ever seen with my pizza being made in front of me, but also the slowest most unorganized business I have ever been to. I NEVER write reviews and I'm actually struggling to even post this since I have worked in the industry long enough knowing how hard it is when you are busy. But this is ridiculous. My crust puffed up huge when it's normally a thin crust which means they probably put the wrong size. I ordered my pizza online 2 hours before I picked it up and they had no idea how to make it. Every single person out of 5 people working had to read the menu board in front of them as they made each pizza and scrambled around each other making pizzas out of order on top of a really gross cutting board. I used to love papa Murphy's, but will not be a returning customer unfortunately. read more

This place is single handed the worst place ever. They always out of stuff. The girls that work there are rude. The phone lines always out. I ordered online they said it's broken again. I asked to speak to manger and was rudely told I couldn't. Great prices good pizza. Employees need a lesson in customer service. read more

Came in on 10/08/2021 @ 7pm they close at 8pm and upon walking in I was told they were no longer taking orders, what businesses stop taking orders an hour before closing wasn't offered an explanation as to why just very rudely told like if my business was an inconvenience to the person's working very disappointing I was already hesitant in coming in to begin with but I decided to try to give them another chance and this time my experience was worse the the previous visit would not recommend this business shop local and go to the you bakes in downtown tulare read more

Soooo today is Valentine's Day and I decided to treat my family to the heart pizza here knowing well enough that I would probably be disappointed with the toppings. Well I was certainly soooo wrong!! Both my pies were amazing! Perfection! I called about 11am and told them that I would be in at 6pm and had a coupon. They said they would honor it, and when I walked in my pizza was ready, but they at first said they wouldn't honor it..what? Thank you Robert (the manager) for turning it around and ended up honoring the coupon:) And my pizza was great, and it was ready on time, and Customer service was amazing!! We've been enjoying Papa Murphy's pizzas for some time. We have a rather large family and they are an affordable meal for all of us (less than $100, unlike most other places), and I love helping out local franchises and small restaurants during these hard times. Today the rude young man at the counter ruined it for us. I wear a face shield rather than a cloth mask and he demanded I put a disposable paper mask over the plastic face shield so I could order through the plexiglass shield protecting him. How ridiculous. I left and honestly, won't return. Happily, I discovered another take and bake place in town....You-Be's gained a customer. read more

Very disappointed in my familys pepperoni pizzas . Barely any sauce or pepperoni on both pizzas. Having pizza night for my 4 kids isnt very often so this really sucks when i dont get what i paid for. read more

This is the most stingiest place for toppings they charge me a 1.50 for extra bacon all is is crumbs. Chicken Is one piece per slice. Girls there are not very nice. Next time I will just go to traders pizza. They are not stingy with there toppings. read more

Awful service. I came in yesterday and the two messy looking workers were in the back goofing around. This long hair young guy came to the front saying he couldn't take my order unless I had called to place an order and plus that they were out of dough. I said how can a pizza business be out of dough, he refused to provide his name or a contact manager to put a complain. Even the young girl came up refusing to provide a contact number and all she said was okay bye!! I feel they were just closing early and being lazy to work! Super slow service! And way too much chatter among the employees. Talking is fine if you can do the job at a decently quick pace. Disappointed! I ordered online and picked up pizzas when I got home the order was wrong. I ordered three pizzas 1 with no cheese. What I got was the opposite. I didn't think to check before I left. When I called I was told they were getting a manger and Zac came on the line. I wasn't mad until he said "that is what came thru online and we followed it". I could have dealt with discussing the online issue but was pushed to the corporate office he said they didn't get the money for it. Not customer oriented at all. He was quite argumentative and although I wasn't mad when I called I was by the end of the call. I wanted to talk to the owner and he took my number but still have not heard back. I actually love the pizza. Have noticed that sometimes they don't use gloves. The newer people I have noticed there are actually extremely rude. One of them yelled at me for using a Wal Mart cart. Wal Mart is right next door. Sorry if he had a problem with it. The owner is generally very nice but the new people need to pick up their customer service skills. As long as they are there I won't be buying anymore pizza at Poppa Murphy's and I have been buying it there for over fourteen years now. read more

This is a great place to get pizzas. The people are so nice . They make you feel welcome as soon as we walk in.

5 bucks gets you a thin crust large pizza that as far as take n bake goes..is da bomb. Only bad thing I can say is that its too hot here several months out of the year to turn my oven on....so this pizza has to wait for cooler months. But I am going to try grilling one soon :-) read more
