I just ordered pizza for delivery along with an order of buffalo wings from Little Caesars. When my order arrived, my wings were missing. I called the store to explain the situation, and the manager answered. I told her what happened, and she said, "Okay, you can come pick up your wings." I told her no, because it's not my fault that your employees forgot to include the wings I already paid for. I also paid for delivery, so either send them to me or refund my money. The manager then told me they couldn't give me a refund and also couldn't deliver the wings. The only thing she could do was give me "free wings" on my next order. I said okay, but then I asked, "So when I go next time, are you giving me the free wings PLUS the wings I already paid for today?" And this "very smart" manager tells me: "No, they're the same wings you already paid for." So first she says she's giving me free wings, then suddenly they're not free anymore -- they're just the wings I already paid for in the first place. And to make it even worse, I paid for delivery and now I'm expected to drive over there myself to pick them up because of THEIR mistake. Seriously... who made this woman the manager? read more

So what can you say about Little Caesar's? No matter which location you ever visit, the quality of food and service is usually consistent. If your craving pizza on a budget this is the place to get it at. The only negative issue with this place is the location. It is located in the most creepiest area of town, full of homeless people and some dark individuals you see in movies. The small parking lot it has doesn't help and make you wonder if your car will get hit or not. So order ahead through the app so you don't have to be there much more than you need to. read more

App use is easy and quick pickup when scheduled. People are friendly at restaurant. Use frequently and conveniently close to house

the pizza here is never good gave it 3 tries & this is coming from someone who loves little Caesars

The pizza is good for the price You Bee' s charging close to 20$ for a 1 topping and you still have to bake it. Round Table charging close to 60$ for a 1 topping plus delivery. Unless you want to drive to Costco for a hell of a deal. Way to go Little Caesar's for keeping the pizza decent and prices low. They usually have fast and friendly service unless you're being a bad or rude customer then you get what you get. Ordering online is the way to go you can call in too and still get great service but if your going to call and ask a ton of questions go online and look first full menu and prices and if it's not there they don't have it yet or they ran out of the ingredients. This Little Caesar's is normally clean and fast with the order it's in a good location but the parking lot is really small. read more

I came in to pick up my phone order. Worst service as being ignored and showing no type of customer service. There were 4 to 5 employees working there. As 2 of them showed eye contact but didn't greet me at all. One end up hiding under the register texting after looking at me with a rude smirk as she see I'm waiting to be helped. One walked by 2 times near the register. They made it pretty obvious that it was funny to them. As the impression I received. Looking at the old reviews I see why now. If any manager planning to look into it. This happened on May 7 around 9pm. I went to Dominos near by and had a 5 star service. Food was hot and ready. Customer service on point. Everyone walking by was greeting. read more

So last night I waited in line inside the store for over 20 minutes and once I got up to the cashier I was refused service due to not wearing a mask. WAIT WHAT?!!! Why let me stand there for so long before saying something to? Don't make excuses that none of the employees saw me because I smiled and made eye contact with at least 4 different staff members. You realize Domino's pizza is about the same cost as little Caesar's don't you and right around the corner? There isn't a county mandate to wear masks so if YOU THE STORE OWNER OR MANAGER are unlawfully mandating your now lost customer to wear one inside then YOU should provide your customers with the mask at the door. Thank you for taking 20+ minutes away from my life my children's lives read more

prices went up for sure but hey at least get what you pay for. them wonky ahh breadsticks lookin like crooked chicken feet. still bussin tho. they added a new dessert as well but it's too sweet n doughy. staff ight just a bunch of homeless people around asking for money. needs new location tbh. read more

This place you want to avoid at all costs. Before Covid I never had an issue. Pizza was good, price was right and service was adequate. Now, nobody answers the phone. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Customer service is non existent. Manager sitting in the office not overseeing what is going on. The worst was I sent my daughter to pick up pizza and her ex boyfriend was working and he started telling his coworkers that was his ex and they all started laughing. The twit at the register was cackling like a pea hen. He belittled her in front of customers. I called the manager to report. Does that not call for termination? He was put on suspension for 3 days. I believe the managers are proficient at convincing customers that they will look into the problem because they get complaints daily. Once you doing something enough times you get pretty good at it. read more

I've picked up food here a few times for my partner and I've also gotten feedback from his personal experiences with this place. There have been a few times where I have tried to call and they absolutely don't answer their phone. Each time I go into the restaurant there is a crowd and it's not obvious who's in line to order and who has already ordered because there is no organization. The fridge for drinks and stuff doesn't often have a lot of product in it. They never seem to have hot and ready pizzas when I go in so I always have to wait. The prices have gone up a lot over the years it seems so now you're just getting a really cheap pizza for the price of a better one almost anywhere else. I guess the good thing should be that you don't have to wait for it because it's already made.. but like I said that hasn't been the case each time I've gone. Half of the employees are rude and don't care and the other half have been very kind. The cleanliness of the place is not bad. I'd suggest a different place for pizza. read more

I have to say I REALLY appreciate Manager Anita! We get pizza from there at least once a month. Today's visit, I might just stop going. There's too many group of people asking for money. Some of them I see every time I go there. I have gave them money before, but now I'm just done with it. Even with the renovation it still doesn't hide the fact that management is just plain unprofessional. I use to come here many years ago and it was far from prefect but at least it felt right employees looked more happy to what they do now. Also there wasn't no bumms hanging out like they do now. Management years ago had a control on this compared to now were they don't care. And quality of the pizza is disgusting taste like rubber if I want that I can go to my local tire shop and eat a tire cause it seems like the same thing. I don't recommend this to anyone just stay there are better places to get pizza from might cost u a couple bucks more but in the end you won't get sick from it like this place. read more
