I just ordered pizza for delivery along with an order of buffalo wings from Little Caesars. When my order arrived, my wings were missing. I called the store to explain the situation, and the manager answered. I told her what happened, and she said, "Okay, you can come pick up your wings." I told her no, because it's not my fault that your employees forgot to include the wings I already paid for. I also paid for delivery, so either send them to me or refund my money. The manager then told me they couldn't give me a refund and also couldn't deliver the wings. The only thing she could do was give me "free wings" on my next order. I said okay, but then I asked, "So when I go next time, are you giving me the free wings PLUS the wings I already paid for today?" And this "very smart" manager tells me: "No, they're the same wings you already paid for." So first she says she's giving me free wings, then suddenly they're not free anymore -- they're just the wings I already paid for in the first place. It is located in the most creepiest area of town, full of homeless people and some dark individuals you see in movies. The pizza is good for the price You Bee' s charging close to 20$ for a 1 topping and you still have to bake it. Round Table charging close to 60$ for a 1 topping plus delivery. Unless you want to drive to Costco for a hell of a deal. Way to go Little Caesar's for keeping the pizza decent and prices low. They usually have fast and friendly service unless you're being a bad or rude customer then you get what you get. Ordering online is the way to go you can call in too and still get great service but if your going to call and ask a ton of questions go online and look first full menu and prices and if it's not there they don't have it yet or they ran out of the ingredients. This place you want to avoid at all costs. Before Covid I never had an issue. Pizza was good, price was right and service was adequate. Now, nobody answers the phone. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Customer service is non existent. Manager sitting in the office not overseeing what is going on. The worst was I sent my daughter to pick up pizza and her ex boyfriend was working and he started telling his coworkers that was his ex and they all started laughing. I've picked up food here a few times for my partner and I've also gotten feedback from his personal experiences with this place. There have been a few times where I have tried to call and they absolutely don't answer their phone. Each time I go into the restaurant there is a crowd and it's not obvious who's in line to order and who has already ordered because there is no organization. The fridge for drinks and stuff doesn't often have a lot of product in it. They never seem to have hot and ready pizzas when I go in so I always have to wait. The prices have gone up a lot over the years it seems so now you're just getting a really cheap pizza for the price of a better one almost anywhere else. I guess the good thing should be that you don't have to wait for it because it's already made.. but like I said that hasn't been the case each time I've gone. I use to come here many years ago and it was far from prefect but at least it felt right employees looked more happy to what they do now. Also there wasn't no bumms hanging out like they do now. Management years ago had a control on this compared to now were they don't care. And quality of the pizza is disgusting taste like rubber if I want that I can go to my local tire shop and eat a tire cause it seems like the same thing.
