We came in at around 1:30 ,to do lunch Buffet, the only 1 person working was Jonathon the shift mgr. Poor guy the ONLY staff taking orders, making pizza serving the tables. Despite the lunch rush and he working alone,he was pleasant smiling, asking how everything was. I personally watched him handel every transaction staying calm and professional. Food was good. I want him to get some kind of KUDOs for him,my husband manages a restruant, I know what its like for them to work alone. He did very well. read more

Round Table Pizza - Great place for families - Pizza Near Me - Visalia, California

The moment you walk in, it's clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The dining room was completely filthy, with crumbs absolutely everywhere. Most of the tables were dirty and covered in leftover mess, to the point where I literally had to clean up my own table just to have a decent place to sit and eat. The neglect didn't stop there. The salad bar was a total disaster--multiple containers were completely empty, and I actually had to track down employees to tell them to refill basic items. To top it all off, when our food finally arrived, the plates had greasy fingerprints all over the rims from the server. It was incredibly unappetizing. read more

The food was ordered through DoorDash. I got a meat lovers and it was great. A bit pricey but I guess that's just regular pricing nowadays

I am not someone who does this, but I feel obligated to share my feedback. Today changed my mind about commenting on what i experienced, when my child let me know today that he did not want to return to Round Table again because of how scared he was last friday. My family and I were dining in last friday when we could hear an employee very loudly and clearly say "I swear to god im going to throw this through the f-ing wall". It startled my child and was very unprofessional. I did notice the manager on duty was cleaning tables, so he may not have heard, but other employees can verify if they were working in the back with him. Whoever that employee was, ruined our experience. We go to Roundtable not for the scenery (that place is very old), not for the prices (its very costly), but for the food. The pizza is very good and we go back for that. Unfortunately, until my child forgets about the incident, we cannot return. read more

I called in an order to the Visalia, CA Round Table in Mary's Vineyard, but the phone answering service left out one detail of my order, which was that I wanted light red sauce as too much tomato sauce affects my stomach. When I let Ginger the manager know that our pizza was not according to our specification, she made it right 100%! Going above and beyond, she gave us a fresh, hot, perfectly made pizza on a later date, free of charge! I love their pizza, and their service! I think their pizza is the best and so is Ginger and all her staff! Penny read more

Been here since 540pm waiting for a 12 piece wings order. Every time I asked the cashier where my order was, he just replied "it'll be a few more minutes." As I wrote this review, the wings finally came. And they were incorrect when they came out. Think I'm one and done on this place. read more

The food is a 10/10. My boyfriend and I keep coming back to this location for lunch or dinner and the customer service is great and our food is prepared quickly. Strong possibility I might host my child's future birthday parties here. read more

Round Table pizza does not honor the price on their coupons. They charge more and when you question it, they refuse to make it right. When you ask to speak with the area representative, the manager gives you a email that doesn't work. I wouldn't eat this shitty pizza if it was the last place on Earth ! Horrible service and loser management ! read more

Round Table Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Visalia, California

Took the family for dinner. Sticky seats, no napkins, no Parmesan cheese (even on the other tables), salad bar empty, tables not cleaned the entire time we were eating. Worst Round Table around. Get it together man. Pizza was mid. read more

We came here because I hadn't had the lunch buffet in years. My wife doesn't eat meat, but we were certain they'd have plain cheese and veggie pizza options. When we got here, they only had a veggie pizza on a cauliflower crust and no cheese. She liked the veggie pizza, but she would have preferred to have it on regular pizza dough. I went up to the front and asked them if they were going to be having any plain cheese out or maybe another veggie pizza. The guy said they weren't and they had the ones out that sell the most. But without asking, he suggested to make a personal pizza of my choice......and I asked if he could do the other veggie. He said it wasn't a problem. They did it free of charge and brought it right out to us. An absolute act of kindness and accommodation that we didn't ask for. We were so hyped on our experience/visit. We will 100% be back. read more

The pizza is always good. I have always loved their pizzas. Most items and salads from Round Table are made through perfection.the service is always exceptional. read more

I was watching TV the other day, and saw that Hearthstone at Red Rock Casino, was having their normal weekend brunch; but with Santa and a cookie decorating station. The kids and I went and had such a wonderful time! We had a wonderful server Maurice, he was professional, fun and engaging with my kids! The restaurant was decorated with that Hallmark inviting Christmas look, that just made you happy the moment you walked inside. We had to order the Warm Sticky Bun because it's amazing and we have to get it when we get to come here! I ordered the plain golden waffle, um incredible!! My daughter got the kids grilled cheese and my son ordered eggs and bacon. My daughter loved going to the kids cookie decorating station and visiting with Santa. It was the first Christmas event that we got to do this year, and it was so fun!!! Thank you Hearthstone! read more

Ordered Pizza on the app for delivery. Smooth ordering. Order was accurate and the delivery was fast. We really like their pizza. It's so good. the dough isn't super thick which is nice and they didn't skimp on the toppings. We signed up for text alerts and received a discount so that was nice. I'd order from here again. read more

My favorite pizza chain, but wow, they've gotten really expensive. (I know, so has everything else.) Used to do their lunch buffet once a week or so, but it's now $13.99! At that price, it's more like a once a month treat. Anyway, just went for the first time in ages, and it was still great. If anything, the salad bar had actually improved a bit. Wish they still had their buffet club card (buy 10, get one free), that would certainly entice me to eat their more often. read more

Today from Round Table Pizza off Mooney Blvd., my son ordered a Large Pepperoni Pizza with extra pepperoni and sausage, to be delivered. The sausage was left out and the pizza was very greasy at the bottom. The bill was $36.88. Very disappointed the ingredients you expect are left out but yet we still pay for it. Staff must have been in a hurry and didn't bother to read the Pizza order. Usually the Pizza is good but not today. Again my son didn't want to complain so I took it upon myself to do it for him. Round Table Pizza - Large greasy Pizza from Round Table off Mooney Blvd. - Pizza Near Me - Visalia, California

I'm amazed I've never reviewed this place. Been coming here at least once a month for about a year or so. Always come for buffets. Their salad toppings are always fresh and usually very well stocked. The pizza is always hot when it comes out and they seem to always keep them coming at a steady pace. Not much of a complaint in the food dept. Now for the service, the cashiers always seem like their missing a few brain cells but what can you do. Needless to say this also affects their lack of keeping the tables cleaned if you come on a day or time when they are busy. So don't let that discourage you, the food usually makes up for it. read more

This round table is my favorite. The pizza is always good because it's round table but also, their customer service is always amazing every time i order from there. I feel like now a days it's hard to get good customer service anywhere so it is much appreciated. Thank you round table employees for always being super friendly and nice. One of the main reasons why we always go back. read more

Stopped at Round Table pizza with our niece right when they opened. To our suprise there was already a line and a ball team ahead of us. The line moved quickly and we got up to place out order we were greeted by Nicholas. He was impressive for what seemed like such a young man. He was engaging, thorough and still able to allow his personality to shine through. While the pizza was great (as always), it was Nicholas who made the visit pleasant. It is hard to find employees today who get off their cell phone, make eye contact or even acknowledge you. Nicholas is a credit to the team and made a good morning GREAT!!! read more

Thought we would try them again after a couple years, new logo and commercials worked. Unfortunately same as before! Totally messed up order from YELP Asked for it to be ready 45 min out and they never got it done. Very incompetent and will never go back to this location again read more

Placed an order tonight 3/13/21 on round table website. round table put the right address but door dash had a mix up with address, so it was delivered to wrong address. I contacted round table and the manager was very helpful in getting our order replaced. I really appreciate his service. Their food is always top notched as well. I wish I could remember managers name. It might be Tyler or Taylor. If I butchered it, then I'm sorry. Thanks again for correcting this! read more

First time at this particular location and it didn't disappoint great pizza and good service.

The pizza always comes out good and we always order the garlic twists. I recently got the wings there and I'll be ordering them again when I go back. The people there are always so nice too. read more

I love this Round Table Pizza. Good pizza and the staff is so nice and polite. Hard to find these days. read more

Well, it all started when I walked in to the restaurant and wanted the pizza. I was greeted by Tyler who's hair bothered me to the point where I couldn't even eat my pizza. It looked so unmaintained and greasier than the pepperonis that came with my pizza. But besides that he wouldn't stop talking. Just keeps rambling about video games and going to the bar after work and telling me "I'm more than welcome to join him" but I'm just trying to get away to forget about the experience. Pizza was alright. read more

Our first time having pizza inside in over a year and the staff here has been so attentive, kind, and gone out of their way to ensure their guests are having a great experience and not missing any items they've ordered. With so many businesses still struggling post-Covid shutdown and people not wanting to work, we really appreciated the service. Thank you round table! Food was awesome as well. read more

Quality of food has gone down, and is very overpriced for the quality. Last order, I ordered from Grubhub. After I ordered and paid online, I got an email from Grubhub saying my payment was increased by $2 without my knowledge or consent because of a menu price discrepancy between Round Table and Grubhub. Round Table forgot my soda for which the Grubhub employee was much more apologetic than anyone at Round Table. I called the number on the receipt to ask for a refund on the soda I paid for but did not receive. The number rang and rang, and I was unable to get a hold of anyone. I finally got a call from the manager at Round Table saying the Grubhub driver told them they forgot my soda. The manager said they don't offer refunds on forgotten items, and if I want the soda, I'll have to go back to the restaurant and pick it up. Bad quality, bad service, overpriced. read more

We are very satisfied with our dine In experience! The staff was super helpful food was great and quick to reach our table! The cashier that closes on Friday night informed us about the current deals and was very friendly! We also got to meet Sam the manager and let me tell you he introduced us to a new way of ordering wings which by the way were amazing!! He even went and grabbed some samples of new flavored sauces and made some unique suggestions! This now became our favorite pizza place! Thanks Sam for the excellent service! We will be back! read more

Rachael is the bomb. We came in last minute I am from winning a softball tournament and these guys were able to accommodate us so last minute with only 50% capacity. They were able to clear out the party room for our party and accommodate us. Rachael checked on as frequently to see if we need anything and we just had a overwhelmingly great experience! read more

Usually round table is great, expensive so we don't go that often. Tonight was horrible. Simple pepperoni was over baked and burnt. Combination pizza paid $2 for each topping. Spinach was one topping and there was only 2 leaves. Sausage was the same. I guess it means $2 per topping piece. Won't be going back. Gave it 1 star for the online ordering. read more

Brought my kids for dinner after having a fun time at Defy and staffing was very kind, service was fast and food was so delicious. We ordered a meat lovers pizza and classic hot wings. We have had Round Table many times. Usually it's worth the much higher price. The last two or three pizzas have been very disappointing. Several slices had cheese on only about half the slice...like it was just thrown on at random. I thought RT was known for having toppings go all the way to the edge?? It made for very dry pizza with skimpy toppings, too. Next time, we'll try Domino's or a take & bake. read more

Stopped by for lunch and was greeted by one of the nicest, most positive people I've met in a long time. The restaurant was very clean, the food was very fresh, and the service was great. I really want to emphasize how great the service was. The young man running the front was constantly cleaning, greeting everyone, announcing the pizzas, and checking on everyone. He really made this place shine read more

This is second time Ive come here they said 25 min on the phone I get here 35 still not ready 45 to 50 to find out not even in the oven. So they said next time you have a free large specialty pizza I call to get yeah they deleted my name and number. Never gonna order from them they are way over priced for what they are. read more

When we called to order a pizza they told us 20-25 mins and when we got there at the 30 min mark, they didn't even have our pizza in the oven. I think corporate needs to shut them down or retrain the people on how to service the customers. Never coming again. Better off going to Costco where they don't charge you an arm and a leg for pizza read more

This place did not specify that they were not going to take a $50 bill online I waited for my food they showed up denied to take my money because I had a $50 bill willing to give them the $9.33 tip and they still denied it even though I said I was going to tip that amount online and then they acted like it was my fault when they showed upAnd they acted like it was my fault again when I called the manager read more

Rudest "manager" ever! After they lost my order I spend 15 minutes arguing with some lady who identified herself as the manager. Not once did she apologize or even offer to take my order! Apparently she missed day one of customer service training. Mistakes happen but when they do....your focus should be fixing the problem not blaming the customer. I will never go to this Round Table again because of its ghetto employees that do not know how to treat their customers read more

Great pizza, with good amount of toppings, and great service. The dining room can be a little loud (hence the lack of 5 stars). Otherwise, I don't know what else to say! The pizza has fresh toppings, and a lot of them! The original crust is our favorite - not too thick, not too thin, still a little doughy. The prices and choices of pizza are reasonable. The buffet is a terrific deal. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. Huh, guess I found a few more things to say. ;-) I will return to this location every time I want pizza.
