UPDATE: Since my last post, a very courteous female manager contacted me by phone. I do not recall her name, but she was very understanding and sympathetic to my previous experience. She offered my family a store credit. Today my family and I went in person to the Mooney store. The staff were amazing, and the young gentleman at the register went above and beyond with his service today. The Round Table team collectively made everything right. Thank you, Round Table. I placed an order for pizza delivery today, and after 1.5 hours I still had not received it. At the 1-hour mark I called and was told the pizza was out for delivery. Thirty minutes later I called again, only to be told the order was marked as delivered--even though I had received nothing. I spoke with Amanda, who informed me that no refund would be issued because the system showed the pizza as delivered. After going back and forth, she said she needed to speak with the store manager and would call me back. I never received that call. While I was on the phone with the call center again, the pizza finally arrived--but it was cold. I called once more and was told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to wait for Amanda to call me back. She never did. I called back an hour later and spoke with someone who refunded my account. I am extremely disappointed with Amanda 's lack of customer service, communication, and professionalism throughout this entire experience. read more

We came here because I hadn't had the lunch buffet in years. My wife doesn't eat meat, but we were certain they'd have plain cheese and veggie pizza options. When we got here, they only had a veggie pizza on a cauliflower crust and no cheese. She liked the veggie pizza, but she would have preferred to have it on regular pizza dough. I went up to the front and asked them if they were going to be having any plain cheese out or maybe another veggie pizza. The guy said they weren't and they had the ones out that sell the most. But without asking, he suggested to make a personal pizza of my choice......and I asked if he could do the other veggie. He said it wasn't a problem. I was watching TV the other day, and saw that Hearthstone at Red Rock Casino, was having their normal weekend brunch; but with Santa and a cookie decorating station. The kids and I went and had such a wonderful time! We had a wonderful server Maurice, he was professional, fun and engaging with my kids! The restaurant was decorated with that Hallmark inviting Christmas look, that just made you happy the moment you walked inside. We had to order the Warm Sticky Bun because it's amazing and we have to get it when we get to come here! I ordered the plain golden waffle, um incredible!! My daughter got the kids grilled cheese and my son ordered eggs and bacon. My daughter loved going to the kids cookie decorating station and visiting with Santa. The sausage was left out and the pizza was very greasy at the bottom. The bill was $36.88. Very disappointed the ingredients you expect are left out but yet we still pay for it. I'm amazed I've never reviewed this place. Been coming here at least once a month for about a year or so. Always come for buffets. Their salad toppings are always fresh and usually very well stocked. The pizza is always hot when it comes out and they seem to always keep them coming at a steady pace. Not much of a complaint in the food dept. Now for the service, the cashiers always seem like their missing a few brain cells but what can you do. Needless to say this also affects their lack of keeping the tables cleaned if you come on a day or time when they are busy. Stopped at Round Table pizza with our niece right when they opened. To our suprise there was already a line and a ball team ahead of us. The line moved quickly and we got up to place out order we were greeted by Nicholas. He was impressive for what seemed like such a young man. He was engaging, thorough and still able to allow his personality to shine through. While the pizza was great (as always), it was Nicholas who made the visit pleasant. Well, it all started when I walked in to the restaurant and wanted the pizza. I was greeted by Tyler who's hair bothered me to the point where I couldn't even eat my pizza. It looked so unmaintained and greasier than the pepperonis that came with my pizza. But besides that he wouldn't stop talking. Quality of food has gone down, and is very overpriced for the quality. Last order, I ordered from Grubhub. After I ordered and paid online, I got an email from Grubhub saying my payment was increased by $2 without my knowledge or consent because of a menu price discrepancy between Round Table and Grubhub. Round Table forgot my soda for which the Grubhub employee was much more apologetic than anyone at Round Table. I called the number on the receipt to ask for a refund on the soda I paid for but did not receive. The number rang and rang, and I was unable to get a hold of anyone. I finally got a call from the manager at Round Table saying the Grubhub driver told them they forgot my soda. The manager said they don't offer refunds on forgotten items, and if I want the soda, I'll have to go back to the restaurant and pick it up. Bad quality, bad service, overpriced. read more

Several slices had cheese on only about half the slice...like it was just thrown on at random. I thought RT was known for having toppings go all the way to the edge?? Rudest "manager" ever! After they lost my order I spend 15 minutes arguing with some lady who identified herself as the manager. Not once did she apologize or even offer to take my order! Great pizza, with good amount of toppings, and great service. The dining room can be a little loud (hence the lack of 5 stars). Otherwise, I don't know what else to say! The pizza has fresh toppings, and a lot of them! The original crust is our favorite - not too thick, not too thin, still a little doughy. The prices and choices of pizza are reasonable.
