First time eating here. Frankly I'm impressed with the generous toppings and flavorful pizza. This is a sitdown facility , a pizza rarity nowadays. It's good to have a fine tasting prepared pizza pub nearby. I definitely will be returning to have the salad bar offering for a group get together. read more

Well, it was a decent price. But I went in a few days ago and it was almost $20 for a one topping large pizza. To steep for me!

Great place to celebrate a birthday! Excellent customer service! We just celebrated our daughters birthday, pizzas were fresh and hot! Very clean place and friendly staff! The manager Brittany Ruiz was very professional and kind! All the staff were very attentive!! I would definitely return and recommend Round table on Mooney Blvd. to all my friends and family!! Thank you to all the employees that were working on Friday March 2,2018 from 4:45 to 6:30 we appreciate you!! Excellent service!! You all deserve a raise!! read more

I called this place looking for questions about a job i applied for. And I have worked in a end high restaurant. But manager was out right rude starting off with if you worked in restaurants before you know noon is busy and you took my me off the line. Call back at 1pm. Kinda don't want to even order from here if that's the management i can't imagine what it is like for customers when doesn't agree. read more

Good pizza had it delivered plenty of napkins and cheese and peppers thumbs up. Was hot and fresh ..................... thank you

Very disgusted with the guy working behind the counter that didn't even know how to probably quote me or answer my questions. When asked to speak with a manager he refuse to get him and said "oh he's in the back" well go get him. "Um" I just walked out. Called to speak with the manager and his reply "yeah I'll talk to him." First of all to this kid working behind the counter, learn to respect people, learn your job. If someone asks for management, you get them. Management do your job and train your employees better. Way to go another customer that won't be back in your store. Yes I did take my business elsewhere and got way better customer service at another pizza chain in town. read more

We had the best delivery driver ever. His name is Brandon. He was so polite giving our order I would like to request Brandon always to deliver to us. The pizza was good. read more

Just ran in to get a personal pizza for lunch on the go. Such great service from Danni and Vanessa! Lovely smiles and fast service!

My go to Pizza joint. My fav is the Gourmet Vegetarian (thin crust), it is always cooked to perfection, delivered on time and the drivers are very cordial. read more

My husband loves the buffet and we only frequent this place for exactly that. But lately service there has been dwindling. They seem to make you wait to stock the pizza buffet. I mean come on, you guys should be on that especially when you have customers waiting to eat. Its called a buffet for a reason. The employees should keep it regularly stocked. My 5 & 2 year olds were practically crying because they had no edible pizza for them. They had no pepperoni or cheese pizza. The last two times we visited this place the salad section was horrifying. Food containers were practically empty. Croutons mixed in the salad dressing. I know its not their fault croutons fell in but they could at least do checks to make sure everything was nice and cleaned AND fully stocked. Staff is rude so don't expect much from them. Seems like the new people running this place don't care about their job. Unfortunately this time we've had enough of this place and won't be returning here. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff! You order and pay at the counter and they bring your food to the table when it's ready. I'm sure people are tempted to tip poorly in this situation, but you shouldn't! People came and checked on 4 times in the 30 or so min we spent eating, and brought us the things we asked for quickly. The original crust is very thin, which is what we like. Oh, there's also a small salad bar and an arcade room in the back. read more

Yummy pizza, great choices and great prices for pizza, depending on the current special or sale. The dining room can be crazy and loud depending on the day and depending on large parties (i.e. little league celebrations) but it's still worth a trip. The buffet special is totally worth it as well. read more

The pizza is unfortunately sub par. The crust was over cooked and the toppings were sparse. But the kicker for me came down to the experience my kids had. We gave them a few dollars to play the various video games while we waited 40 minutes for our pie. When one of the games ate their coins and failed to work we had them ask to get repayment from the staff. They were told there was nothing they could do. They can't open the machines and don't have the authority to repay a child $.50 when their money is taken. And worse, they've known the machine is broken for years. So daily they take money from kids with no plans to give it back? For years? Shame on them. I was okay with the over long wait and the not so great food. But when you disappoint my kids and don't empower your staff to provide good customer service and conflict resolution I am done. read more

Pizza is amazing but the service is horrible. On two occasions I've had horrible customer service. Once I ordered to go and watched as my pizza sat at the window while the employee ignored it to talk to her co worker. I had to walk up and ask for my pizza. The second time 'Sophie' ignored her manager over and over again while he let her know I was at the register ready to order. The worst customer service and seems to have inadequate management. Tuesday night buffet would be great if they kept it stocked and cleaned the tables. I've met one nice employee here and his name is Chris. He seemed yo be the only one working. read more

Went there this evening for with a reservation for a large party. They ended up having a cancelation for their private party room so they moved us into there. It was perfect! The staff was so cooperative and helpful and the food was great! The salad bar had many options and was very fresh. The only downfall was the restrooms were pretty messy... I will definitely book the room again for any future parties. read more

Good pizza very dirty tables are never clean when I come and they are sticky. I've had to clean my table myself.

Today was different! The gal with the blue lipstick and all was the most pleasant, friendly, courteous, most generous service I have ever experienced at this Round Table! I hope she sees this. Please keep her! read more

Usually I am a lover of Round Table Pizza but today service was awful. As I was going to order a customer came up and said they had made a mistake with the crust... ok no big deal. Also ordered a trip to salad bar. No forks, they had to wash some so had to eat with a spoon. Came back to get a fork about ten minutes later, forks were dirty in the clean canister. Doubt they were cleaned. They brought pizza to table, it was wrong pizza, now this is starting to be a trend. Have to wait again. Just not the day to go. read more

Love love the pizza!!' But come on mangers CLEAN the restrooms. Disgusting..., now I wonder about the kitchen. The one in Mary's Vineyard is super clean. Won't be back! read more

Their service was great, delivery time was fast and the pizza was delicious! Haven't been here in a long time but I will definitely come here next time I'm craving a good pizza. read more

Came in for the lunch buffet which is all you can eat pizza and salad bar for 7.99. Amazing lunch special that has brought me back to round table since I always felt the regular pies were a little out of my price range. Was greeted nicely by Priscilla. She was in the middle of cleaning a table and turned around to make sure she gave me a warm welcome which was nice. She then helped me at the counter and let me taste a beer i wasn't sure about. The food tasted great and salad and pizza bar area were very clean. Within 5 minutes of sitting down and eating Priscilla walked by after bussing a table and checked on me with a winning smile to make Sure everything was good. Very surprised by the awesome service. Overall Great service, and great buffet! read more

I usually come eat here during buffett hours. They have alot to choose from and salad bar is fresh and delicious :D

the reason why i'm giving this place a 2 is because: i came and ordered at 9:15 for one LARGE COMBO. There was only one other family here besides our family of THREE. we waited almost 2 hours. one hour and 38 minutes to be exact from the printed receipt. Plus the guy taking our order was rude and gave us DIRTY cups . after the one hour and 38 min they announced THEY HAVEN'T MADE OUR PIZZA! after the 45 min mark we asked and they responded with it's almost done. after the one hour and 15 min they said the same thing. this place is horrible. Us, my bother, my self and my father, came to celebrate my brother making Advanced Orchestra. this is ridiculous. read more

Round table pizza is my favorite. However I just had a pizza delivered and the delivery person asked to see my card that I paid with. I understand that they need to confirm the owner of the card. The delivery person then took the carbon receipt and pressed it onto my card making a copy of the card number. I called the store and talked to a manger who stated that this is a new procedure to protect round table from fraud. I then asked what keeps the delivery person from writing down my card number. To this he had no answer other then "we hope our employees are honest enough not to do that". I will never use my card for delivery from round table again. read more

Best round table I ever went. The pizza taste better than any other place in California.

Waited in Line for 30 min only two people in line as soon as the attendant helped the person ahead of us she told her to wait a few minutes more read more

Had to clean my own table-- the the table next to me asked me to wipe down theirs. No pizzas in buffet line-- no forks in salad bar-- and none available -- all in wash. It is Sunday--didn't they expect a crowd? read more

Ew! Ordered a large King Arthur's Supreme today disgusting! I won't be back. Soggy. I know! A pizza shouldn't be soggy and tasted fishy and gross. Keep your disgusting pizza. I think you people were bad to begin with. Now you're getting worse. read more

Went in for lunch buffet and was greeted by the very friendly and beautiful Priscilla at the register. She was attentive and accommodating. Seemed to be the only service employee out front and she was holding it down with a big smile. I will be back for sure! read more

I was greeted by a very nice employee. I was carry out but did notice the place shined. My pizza was to die for. I will travel the 11 miles to get this pizza. BTW we have three pizza parlors in my town, one is a national chain. read more

The pizza pictures on the site look nothing like what we received. We ordered a large King Arthur Supreme. There was at least two inches around the crust that had only a little sauce nothing else. There was hardly any toppings in the center. I suggest if your going to order for take out that cost $20 dollars and some change that you open the box and make sure that you get what you pay for. The original Round Table of Palo Alto, Ca would be ashamed of what came out of this pizza place. Will not go back. read more

Great service. Had my order messed up and they corrected it without hesitation and credited my account

I ordered pizza Friday, they are always super nice to begin with but Friday we had a great delivery driver. His name was Jose, great guy. Totally recommend him!! He witnessed someone hit our employees car outside our store and came in and told us along with a description and license number of the car. Helped so much! Really honest and helpful guy and brought a delicious pizza in the process read more

Love this store!! There are two in the area and I would WAY rather come to Mooney Blvd. The atmosphere is fun and even the employees seems as though they love their job and are having fun! I came in for buffet on Monday and who ever made the pizzas, well they looked SO delicious! I am a huge pizza fanatic so I am a huge critic to pizza and the way it looks. The slices were even and the toppings were awesome. Not sure who was making them but I wish I knew! I've had them deliver and compared to Me N Eds, I only waited 40 minutes, if that. Me N Eds takes almost over an hour. Clean store, fun music, and helpful service! I will only spend my money here for pizza! read more

I ordered my pizza from the round table on Mooney(next to Ulta). Usually the pizza there is ok but today it was absolutely disgusting. Having spent $30 on my order, I thought it would be decent at least. I arrive home and I'm ready to dig in, only to find the pepperoni's undercooked and the dough was raw!! The cardboard pizza box was completely saturated with grease. I could not even salvage one piece, I ended up just tossing it in the trash. I'm so disappointed in that specific location, I WILL NOT be eating there again. Folks, don't waste your money there. read more

Good pizza, but the place needs to be cleaned. Side of Jalapenos cost $1...most places are only 50 cents. Kinda expensive compared to other places. Fast service. read more

Pizza is always great and just as I ordered. Staff is always very friendly when I go in to pickup my pizza.

Pizza had ...a little to much cloves in the sauce but talk about super greasy ewww.

Food poisoning at its finest?? I ordered a pizza here, double pepperoni for delivery. The pizza showed up and I had to call back. It was raw! They agreed to send out another pizza. It showed up, same delivery guy who was awesome, so I tried the pizza again the second time. RAW AGAIN! I called and spoke with the manager Kevin who told me they cook their pizza for 5 minutes and perhaps in the future, I should order it well done. What is the point? If you cannot cook a pizza like it should be why bother? I did file a complaint on line and Justin has been very good to work with but there was no answer as to the cooking time of the pizza. I have ordered other pizza's there which had several toppings and never had to ask for them to be cooked properly or extra well done. Google pizza cooking time and you will see 5 minutes is not enough to cook the dough. Reminds me of another company who was on Kitchen Nightmares who served raw pizza. If the dough is not cooked in the center, guess what? It is raw. If your pepperoni has not even a slight mark from being cooked, guess what.....it is raw. I have been offered a refund and to go try it again and bring family however I am hesitant. We shall see. I am going to give it one last shot and then update accordingly. read more

Went to this Round Table location August 13,2015 at 6PM with my kids for dinner to celebrate my birthday. I ordered 5 self serve drinks. 1 large Triple Pepperoni and 1 large King Arthur Supreme pizzas I used a coupon it still came out to $50. First the King Arthur Supreme comes to our table. Looked good with lots of toppings! Tasted goo too! Five to ten minutes later the cashier comes to our table to let us know they had to remake the Triple Pepperoni. Not a problem. When we get the Triple Pepperoni it was greasy. read more
