I have to praise the tremendous customer centric service of shift manager Kathy as she was a turning point in my overall experience tonight. I have been traveling for work the past few months, long days and hours type of deal.. anywho I had previously ordered on 2 occasions to my hotel. I'm a huge fan of the Pizza Guys chain as I'm a longtime customer of the Apple Valley, CA location. I had a delivery for some wings, a salad and my usual favorite ..a large Taco Pizza for me and my gf. Unfortunately I got a ..base model version of a taco pizza due to a "new employee still training" which I completely understand. I spoke with Kathy and explained my honest dissatisfaction to which she was phenomenally understanding in resolving the issue and rectified it immediately. This is the type of communication and professionalism that's rare in the food service industry. Kathy is the perfect example of what a manager should strive for.. patient, professional, and proactively engaging in making sure customers are happy. Major Kudos to her & her team! read more

The pizza is so good! The crust is chef's kiss. Anything Chile verde is bomb here, whether it's the pizza or wedges.

Solid service and my pizza was delicious -- tried the cup pepperoni pizza. They also threw in a free two litter. If I had any criticism, it'd be that the veggies in the veggie pizza my gf ordered were a bit undercooked and borderline raw. But my pepperoni was delicious. We ordered several pizzas in the afternoon to pick up on our way up to the mountains. A few minutes before getting to Porterville, we realized that we needed to order 1 more pizza. The folks at the restaurant quickly prepared the additional pizza. They even offered some ice cream for the kiddos to share while we waited. We didn't get to eat the pizzas until dinner. After warming them up, the pizzas were delicious! Everyone enjoyed the gourmet toppings...way better than the typical chains. Would certainly order from this location again! read more

Tried Blaze pizza for the first time this evening. We loved it. Service was great! All of the young men in there were very friendly and helpful and didn't seem annoyed at our questions. Ok their pizza deserves 4 stars. So why the one star? I have ordered a small pizza from this place for a couple of years. Eight bucks and some change. Three weeks ago I ordered again, $14 ! I could not believe the person on the end of the line. I went on a rant. His answer was "well it isn't $40 ! So no more for me, I can get a Me N Eds for $9. It isn't as good but it will do. Am going to keep it short . Sometimes pizza taste better then Pizza Hut , they deliver where Pizza Hut doesn't , that already makes me want to buy them over Pizza Hut even more . They have a great deal for there pizza and wings and I always get that same deal never fail sometimes deal not there but they do bring them back . This was my first time trying Pizza Guys. I gotta say this pizza by far has been the best I think I've tasted. This pizza to me was perfect. It didn't have alot of sauce like the other pizza chains around which in my opinion is gross and makes the bread to soggy and just a hot mess. The crust is perfect. My family and I really enjoyed it. I've been hesitant to eat out due to the Coronavirus. I decided to order pizza and all the workers were wearing mask and gloves. I got there early to pick up the pizzas and they were cleaning.
