I'm a huge fan of the Pizza Guys chain as I'm a longtime customer of the Apple Valley, CA location. I had a delivery for some wings, a salad and my usual favorite ..a large Taco Pizza for me and my gf. Unfortunately I got a ..base model version of a taco pizza due to a "new employee still training" which I completely understand. I spoke with Kathy and explained my honest dissatisfaction to which she was phenomenally understanding in resolving the issue and rectified it immediately. This is the type of communication and professionalism that's rare in the food service industry. Kathy is the perfect example of what a manager should strive for.. patient, professional, and proactively engaging in making sure customers are happy. Major Kudos to her & her team!

Our go to, a large pizza with half chile verde and half creamy garlic chicken was underwhelming. The pizza itself was overcooked which resulted in a dry pizza. Luckily the chile verde topping was still delicious but without ranch it was barely edible. The chicken pieces were dry and hardly had any sauce or garlic. The potato wedges we ordered were also disappointing. The potatoes were soggy, pale and undercooked. And when I mean undercooked, a majority of the potatoes were raw. The saving grace was the buffalo chicken wings. Cooked well but not spicy at all. As well as a small cheese pizza which was nicely sauced, plenty of cheese and baked well. I will disclose that the pizzeria was busy but that has never been an issue in the past. We will return as we enjoy their chile verde and creamy garlic chicken pizza.
