However the manager refused any compensation and proceeded to hang up on me. The rest of the staff is normally so nice and friendly and the food is usually great. But this was a really upsetting experience and disappointing that their management would be so unprofessional.

The Round Table app has a place for a "gratuity", which I've always given to the driver. They do not extend this gratuity to the Door Dash driver. I asked the Dasher if they received my $10 tip. They said no, they had no idea there was a tip added. I would never give "the house" a $10 tip for baking a pizza, but it appears Round Table just pockets this extra money.
