I was fortunate enough to be able to reserve time in the conference room upstairs for a quieter experience than the rest of the store. It afforded me a lovely view of Marquette in order to better enjoy the weather and enough space to take frequent breaks from sitting as is recommended by healthcare professionals! I don't know what was worse, the drink or the way I was treated. Not to mention, while I was waiting for my drink (for a ridiculously long time, might I add), I saw him yelling at the other staff and treating them just as terribly, if not worse, than he treated me. Colleen thought that we had ordered a chocolate croissant, when we had actually ordered a cake pop. When we asked for a refund, she threw the croissant on the table and grabbed a cake pop for us. She would not admit that she had made a mistake and tried to make us feel stupid for even asking.
