I bought a $2500 Genuine Roughhouse scooter last fall and towing is included as part of the warranty. I called today because we needed a battery and a new back tire but we needed the scooter picked up or towed in. Well you think the dealer would have that number or at least be able to direct you. Well guess what that's too far above the call of duty for them. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend finding another dealer until the owner of that store replaces that guy. Maybe the owner is blind to his antics or just an absentee owner in general and doesn't care Good luck!!

Did a horrible job of repairing the bike and even relocated the battery to the back of the bike instead of putting it back in the tube where it was supposed to go. I have nothing good to say about this "shop". The guy works out of his house, there is no "team of experienced technicians" and he is far from being an expert. The garage he works out of smells bad, like garbage and was filthy. I can not state it enough, DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON YOUR BUSINESS!

So it's perfect for mending bikes and selling bikes and some of the prices are pretty decent. It reminds me a little bit my of Dad's place back in England when he used to have a bike shop. That was at Oxford University that was slightly different. It's very cute how a lot of people around here do cycle even in the disgusting midwinter that they have in East Lance, so it's useful to have this here, and I like going in bike shops because it reminds me of my Dad's place so I had a good time browsing in here. I used to work there too actually.

When I got the bike home, the service light was on, and the battery had a low voltage warning. Turns out the bike was not fully serviced, and I had to replace the battery, Also, the bike was advertised as having Heated Grips and having the TEC Mode for riding, it turns out that the bike was not equipped with either of these features from the factory. When the bike was delivered to my house, they delivered it on an open trailer, apparently they went down some dirt roads and the bike was covered in mud. Because it was a used bike, they make you sign documents stating it purchased as is, I have no recourse of getting any of these items taken care of or resolved. If your buying a used , do not trust this dealership, take to an independent mechanic and get it checked out 1st.
