Purchased 2015 Voyager, the process was seamless, Tim, Deb, and Mike were a pleasure to work with and not one ounce of pressure from them.

xBeware!! After my experience with Cedar Cycle I did some…read moremore research and tried to correct an incorrect situation. I brought my Husqvarna lawn tractor in (which only has 300 hrs on it) because it would not start. It wasn't getting any voltage, absolutely nothing. Battery had been on a charger/tender and was already a replacement battery (of which takes about 6 minutes to install). I told the owners daughter at Cedar Cycle this & that the battery was not the problem. I asked them to tighten the bolts on the deck wheels as they were loose. The problem ended up being the solenoid ($26.95) and got 3 new deck wheels ($38.85) and 3 bolts ($31.80) & a new battery ($59.95) I was charged 4 hrs labor for a total of $468.20, of which he explained, "Sometimes it takes longer to figure out what's wrong with it). Another customer was in line before me and the owner was trying to rectify his labor saying those wires were really corroded in there. The customer was so mad he almost ran me over when he was backing his 4 wheeler out of the shop. He angrily loaded it up and left. When I went to load my tractor, it wouldn't run, died out 7 times and had to come back the following week. Never has it died out like this before. In researching this labor charge I contacted Weingartz, Tractor Supply & Bergman Power Equipment & all said this would be 1 hr of labor. They also said the most expensive battery they sell is $35@Weingartz, $30@Trac.Sup. & Bergmans. I was also charged a $20 for shop supplies (never been charged that much for any shop fees ever, even foreign cars). When I went back to share that I thought there had been a mistake ( & I said I know sometimes mistakes happen), the owner said he wasn't going to refund any money. I told him I had been in contact with Husqvarna corporate asking what their ethical expectations were for a representative of their company. They replied, all representatives of our company must uphold ethical values. He didn't care. He got disrespectful, which is what I was told to expect & be prepared for. His daughter, on the other hand, I gave the benefit of the doubt to. She turned out to be just as big a thief as her father. Neither one had any dignity to right this wrong and she said, my father has been in business for 45 yrs and he knows what he's doing. My reply was, Then it shouldn't take him 3hrs to figure out what is wrong with it, he should be able to trouble shoot it in 10-15 minutes. It all went out the door from here. I said I would let people know and he said, Good, I need the advertising! I assured him he would get it. His reviews are 2.3. Other businesses say, if you are less than a 4.7, you need work. The BBB (Better Business Bureau) says he has an A+ rating but customer rating are not used in this calculation. It also says he has zero (0) reviews which means he must be able to clear them so he looks good. I have sent a copy of this to the BBB as well. I will also contact Husqvarna Corporate and let them know that their name is being tarnished by a Fraudulent Dealer. Please beware and go to a reputable dealer. Don't be fooled by the Husqvarna sign.

I never gave them any connect to fix any thing that would coast me money. I called them 6 days later to find out they fixed it but would coast 70 dollars due to carb work. I asked them why they did not call me for approval. The person that fixed the chainsaw just did it without asking for a charge to me. He did cut bill in half but what relay upset me was if I did not pay he would pull my chainsaw apart and give it back to me in a cardboard box. I had no choose I had to pay 35 dollars. When I used my chainsaw it ran the same way I still have the problem. I really don't want to take it back to some one that threat me because they feel they have me over a barrel.
