Called the other day to ask if they can put a lowering kit on my bike. The person who answered was…read morean older lady, when she asked what kind of bike it is I told her it was a 2019 Indian FTR 1200. She responded " I don't know what that is" I tried explaining her what it is but she said couldn't understand. So I asked if I can speak with someone else that could help, she said "no" and continued to struggle understanding what my bike was and what I wanted done. Found out Iron eagles only work on older stuff which is cool, that's not my problem with that. The issue is the lady didn't know what my bike was, and you would think if she is dealing in the motorcycle industry she would have above average knowledge of makes and models out there. It's 2024 and it's hard to believe that she didn't have a smart phone or a computer near by with google to have a better idea what my bike was, and to know for sure if they can work on it or not.

I was given an estimate of around $350 for a carburetor rebuild on a 1983 Goldwing standard. When…read morethe work was finished, I asked for the final figure and was told it was $586. Quite a difference, and I never received a phone call to update the estimate or indicate new problems. Before I left, Mike started the bike to show it was running, and it was, however, the starter sent a large spark across it's ground wire during the start and we asked if this was a problem. The answer he gave was: That's the first time I've seen it do that! I got several miles down the road and stopped for lunch. The bike never restarted, and when I called Mike back complaining, he told me I should try running the bike and jump starting it, which I did, but really? When I got home I replaced a small insulating washer on the starter and it solved the problem. I also checked the carb work, and the number one carb had adjustment screws loose; the number three plug wire was detached, and the new fuel line added to the carb project was unclamped and leaking at the base attachment point. Needless to say, I felt pretty ripped off by the less than expert service. I will not be taking any of my bike projects back to Mike's Cycle Station.

The car was clean and drove well during our test drive. Everything seemed to be working properly and we checked the carfax. We were happy with the purchase. Until now. I learned today that the tires on the 2015 car are likely the original tires and are (and have been for some time) unsafe to drive on the highway. The mechanic at the Subaru dealership told me that we're lucky we haven't had a blow out and gotten into and accident or hurt. We have taken this car on long trips already and a lot of that has been on highways-- I am so glad nothing has happened. But I am furious that Good felt comfortable selling us a car that is unsafe to drive. We have not put so many miles on this car in two months that we have worn the tires down this much-- the mechanic today said they should have been replaced 2-3 years ago. I am sure that Good knew this but didn't want to spend the money. Sure, I can be blamed that I didn't check the tires. But to be honest, I wouldn't even know how to. And I think it's terrible that Good sold us a car with tires that they not only knew were unsafe, but on top of that, didn't bother telling us, either. I would have still bought the car and negotiated the price down and happily replaced the tires and given a good review. But the sneakiness about it is disgusting to me. Now I have to buy brand new tires on top of the price of the car and negligence of the staff. And thank the heavens that nothing happened to us before I found out. I wouldn't recommend buying here but if you do, bring someone who knows what to look for to check it all out. Don't blindly trust a dealership who clearly doesn't care about the safety of the cars driving off their lot!

They not only beat everyone else's price by almost 40%, they put the tire on while I waited. The service manager told me it would take about an hour, and they rolled my bike back out in 54 minutes. While riding home, I noticed that they had also lubricated a sticky brake caliper free of charge. My one experience with them was flawless.
