Worst customer experience in my life. I recommend going to a different Polaris dealership if you…read moreare in the market for a Ranger. Beside the extremely long wait to get my unit (had to order parts, incorrect parts ordered, etc.), it was delivered with a long list of issues. Clear indication that there is no pre-delivery inspection at Fox. After returning from repair, the unit was delivered to me not tied down in a sled trailer. The Ranger ended up smashed against the rear door and parts were laying all over the floor. Strike three - asked for a full refund. Whole ordeal started in late September and ended the day before Thanksgiving. This dealership has many issues to sort out. Buyer beware!!! By the way, I went to a different dealer, purchased a newer model year at the same price as the 2025 that Fox originally sold me and received it within one week. My advice is to avoid this circus and go somewhere else.

Then I tried to sales department only to be sent to an unnamed mailbox to leave a voicemail. Then I tried the operator who put me on hold for five minutes while they try to get in touch with service only to send me back to the same mailbox that was full. Going to email route was no better as I submitted a request on their website and never received a reply. Perhaps the people that service equipment do a good job, but we will never know because it was impossible to reach them. Let alone schedule an appointment and give them my business.

We bought a used 2015 Subaru crosstrek from Good a couple of months ago. Initially, I was pleased…read more The customer service was good and the process was fairly easy. The car was clean and drove well during our test drive. Everything seemed to be working properly and we checked the carfax. We were happy with the purchase. Until now. I learned today that the tires on the 2015 car are likely the original tires and are (and have been for some time) unsafe to drive on the highway. The mechanic at the Subaru dealership told me that we're lucky we haven't had a blow out and gotten into and accident or hurt. We have taken this car on long trips already and a lot of that has been on highways-- I am so glad nothing has happened. But I am furious that Good felt comfortable selling us a car that is unsafe to drive. We have not put so many miles on this car in two months that we have worn the tires down this much-- the mechanic today said they should have been replaced 2-3 years ago. I am sure that Good knew this but didn't want to spend the money. Sure, I can be blamed that I didn't check the tires. But to be honest, I wouldn't even know how to. And I think it's terrible that Good sold us a car with tires that they not only knew were unsafe, but on top of that, didn't bother telling us, either. I would have still bought the car and negotiated the price down and happily replaced the tires and given a good review. But the sneakiness about it is disgusting to me. Now I have to buy brand new tires on top of the price of the car and negligence of the staff. And thank the heavens that nothing happened to us before I found out. I wouldn't recommend buying here but if you do, bring someone who knows what to look for to check it all out. Don't blindly trust a dealership who clearly doesn't care about the safety of the cars driving off their lot!

I had been looking for bikes for a really long time, and a friend suggested me to take a look at…read moreAlger Bikes because it seemed to have a really great reputation. I gotta say, they definitely live up to their reputation! I am a beginner bike rider, so I didn't know much about bikes in general. The person who helped me, Josh, was awesome. He was very helpful, kind, and patient helping me figure out which bike to try out. I was most worried about sizing, but he walked me through the process and helped me find a height that was good for me. After I finished my purchase, he walked through some things with me to keep in mind as a new bike owner. He even helped me put my bike into my car! The other workers were so kind there and had a wonderful sense of humor. It did seem like a great group of people working there. They have many options for bikes, and are also listed on their website. They have their own parking lot, but there is another parking lot behind their building where you can ride a bike around to test it out. All in all, the workers really know their stuff and were so nice. They have a cute dog there too that roams around the place! I'd definitely recommend this place if you are a beginner bike rider and nervous about making a purchase. But obviously, if you are an extremely experienced bike rider, this is also the place for you.

These guys do business online as Gap30Cycles…read more (EDIT: Gap30Cycles co-brands itself online as Alger Cycles, not the other way around.) I ordered a key part for a bike I'm building from them using eBay's function to find a nearby seller, assuming they could expeditiously get a part from Grand Rapids to Chicago. After 3-4 days of complete inaction on their part (took my payment but never shipped the item) I messaged them to see what was going on and whether we could get things moving, and their only response was "do you want to cancel?" By then they had delayed too much for me to order the part on time from somewhere that WOULD have shipped promptly so I decided to take my chances, but asked them if they could please ship using a faster method. This was completely ignored. I would have GLADLY paid for upgraded shipping. It's now 8 days after my order, I was not able to get my bike built before the weekend to ride today, the part has been sitting in a bargain basement shipper's warehouse stalled for 4 days, and I still don't have a polite answer from this shop. They use a non-trackable shipping method like FedEx "SmartPost" or something similar, guaranteed to result in frustration and disappointment as you watch your shipment sit stalled in a warehouse for a week. I ordered parts for this build from ALL OVER THE COUNTRY, some of them with short lead times, and watched all the stuff flow in from the far corners of the US, within two days is some case, but it's my friends 170 miles away who can't seem to get it together. Worthless shipping method, unconcerned seller, no customer service, and unable to get an item a 2.5 hr drive over to me (normal USPS time in transit: 1 day) in less than a week and a half. Either these guys are a drop shipper front, selling inventory they don't actually have in stock, or they just don't care about their customers. UPDATE: it's 15 days after my order, and now USPS has just lost the package. Wonderful. Another week has gone by, and no New Bike Day. The status is "held at the post office at customer request," which is a lie. I don't even know how to do that, and we have a mailroom that accepts packages for us 24/7. I wonder if this seller didn't like my eBay feedback and "helpfully" did that for me. UPDATE: it's now been 3 weeks and these guys have failed to respond to repeated emails with anything but tracking information I can look up myself, and have not been willing to send a replacement or help with USPS. I just went ahead and ordered the part from a different vendor. Apparently the people at Alger don't care about their customers even a tiny little bit. The absolute worst eBay transaction I've had in over 10 years. I've paid for a part twice, and the second one I paid for is now slated to arrive four weeks after I placed my initial order with Alger.
