They will find any discount possible, are competitively priced, and will even take you into the garage to show you what's going on in your vehicle. For anyone with a laundry list of repairs, (because that unfortunately happens), they help prioritize what NEEDS to be done now and what can wait another pay period or month later. Today, i witnessed them bringing another customer home because the wait was going to be a good number of hours amd they didnt want him to have to sit here all day. Absolutely remarkable. Great, caring people who know their stuff.

The pricing is extremely reasonable, the service is high quality and timely, and the results are amazing. Everyone is extremely patient and helpful, and will take the time to explain things to you and walk you through your options. I think it's fantastic that they do free consultations, and this is not a place that will try to upsell you on anything. They actually told my dad how to replace his starter last summer so he wouldn't have to bring it in to them and spend more money than necessary! I've spoken to Nate quite a few times when I call about my car or receive a call about my car and he is awesome. The parking lot can be a bit intimidating at times because they do pack it very full, but don't let this discourage you from going in. Find a spot wherever you can and they will make it work!
