Worst customer experience in my life. I recommend going to a different Polaris dealership if you are in the market for a Ranger. Beside the extremely long wait to get my unit (had to order parts, incorrect parts ordered, etc.), it was delivered with a long list of issues. Clear indication that there is no pre-delivery inspection at Fox. After returning from repair, the unit was delivered to me not tied down in a sled trailer. The Ranger ended up smashed against the rear door and parts were laying all over the floor. Strike three - asked for a full refund. Whole ordeal started in late September and ended the day before Thanksgiving. This dealership has many issues to sort out. Buyer beware!!! By the way, I went to a different dealer, purchased a newer model year at the same price as the 2025 that Fox originally sold me and received it within one week. My advice is to avoid this circus and go somewhere else. read more

Entire service support platform does anything but provide service. I called an elected service , only to get the response that their mailbox was full and was hung up. Then I tried to sales department only to be sent to an unnamed mailbox to leave a voicemail. Then I tried the operator who put me on hold for five minutes while they try to get in touch with service only to send me back to the same mailbox that was full. Going to email route was no better as I submitted a request on their website and never received a reply. Perhaps the people that service equipment do a good job, but we will never know because it was impossible to reach them. Let alone schedule an appointment and give them my business. read more

I've bought 2 ATVs from here through my credit union before, no issues. This week I've been considering buying another bike from them, different than what I'm used to. I said I was between 2 of them and wanted to test drive them. Sales guy asked if I had a cycle endorsement - yep. Then said "ok well we have to agree on the final price before we sign a purchase agreement, waivers and then letting you test drive it is the last step." Excuse me what? So I need to sign a contract to buy a bike and "reach a final agreement on price out the door" even though prices are clearly listed (yes I expect another few hundred in miscellaneous dealer fees tax etc) before I can test drive a bike that I'm telling you I want to know how I feel on it first? Is that not what the waiver is for?? This place is becoming a joke, they used to be a beacon for the Powersports community and now it's just like any other west Michigan dealer. Good thing I'm not a loan officer at a local FI because guess who would no longer be my first recommendation for powersports dealerships... Terrible customer service. Received a brand new Ducati with leaks and tire damage. They DO NOT care.

Still waiting to see what Fox does... They said they had the tires for my bike when they called me to bring it in. Four days later, they discover they had the wrong tires and ordered the correct ones. Four days later and they still don't have the right tires and say that it will go back in line to be processed when it comes in. I have lost over a week of riding and working on my bike because I was called to bring my bike in since the shop had the parts. I'm just leaving the shop and they don't have the tires, can't tell me when they're coming, and have no idea when I'll get it back. I had my oil changed this past weekend and had a very pleasant experience with Fox Powersports! First off, they texted me to confirm my appointment, which was a nice reminder. When I arrived the service tech said it would be about an hour. When he said it was done, it was almost an hour on the dot. Everyone there I encountered was very nice and often asked me if I needed any help while I was browsing the showroom floor. If you're in need of a motorcycle, scooter or snowmobile, go there and ask for Ozzy. He's a super knowledgeable sales person that isn't pushy and is a pleasure to talk to. I was looking for new exhaust for my Triumph Speedmaster, and found Fox Powersports has them listed on their clearance page as available. I wanted to be sure they were available before placing the order, so sent a request asking for confirmation. I received the automated response that someone would respond, but that didn't happen. I also tried calling without an answer. I placed the order and again received an automated response that the order was received and would be shipped. Two days later, I received an email that the exhaust was discontinued and not available. It's still listed on their website as available. They did a total rebuild of a 2021 Yamaha 250F. Really overpriced but I wanted done correctly so said go ahead. Not even 8 hours in the top end went. They charged a ridiculous amount for tear down and for Diagnostics. They stated dirty air filter and heavy scoring on cylinder walls. A clean air filter is always inserted before riding in the morning. They won't stand behind anything they did and took advantage of a young man. Plus they don't return phone calls nor do they call when they say they will. Never again between myself and friends issues with them they lost myself and quite a few other riders since we found someone way more reliable, better, and less expensive that takes care of pros and semipros. read more

Service dept leaves much to desire. My ducati had a recall on rear brake. I live 3 hours so scheduled a time to come down in advance that I knew I would be in that area for the day. Got up super early so i could have bike there when they opened at 9 am. They said it was a 6 hour job so the plan was to come back at 4 and pick it up. I walked around and shopped and didnt leave store till 10.my bike was still sitting outside which made me wonder why i busted my butt to get it to them at 9 like they wanted. went back at 4 and bike wasnt done because supposedly the tech assigned wasnt very knowledgable. So now I have to get a trailer again and waste a day going and picking it up with my truck that gets 14mpg. It is now four days later and still havnt heard from them and my calls go to voice mail.. read more

I ordered a set of rock sliders for my 2020 Can-Am Max X3 @ $334.99. The first set came in damaged so they replaced them, after i paid for shipping of course. the 2nd set came in with chipped paint (Manta Green) i decided to use them anyways, by the time that i decided to install the rock Sliders on my Maverick it was obviously that the Rock Sliders did NOT even fit my Maverick. Honesty is not the fox powersports policy A couple months ago I drove over 2 hours to go see a used motorcycle that I was promised "had never been dropped or laid down before". When I show up to see it in their poorly lit sales room I could see a sizable dent on the left side of the tank. I didn't mind this too much because I was promised the internals were sound and that the only issues with the bike were the cosmetic ones that I had seen in the showroom. After purchasing the bike and getting it out into the sun, more scrapes and small dents started to show themselves. Still not a big deal. But it gets worse. Before I purchased the bike I explicitly asked if there was going to be any future service needed soon. I was reassured that there was NOTHING wrong with the engine and that it was ready to ride. Upon further inspection I found that the aftermarket exhaust had not been tuned to match the compression levels of the engine which can lead to serious issues if not taken care of immediately. I called the salesman, Dallas, and he simply responded with, "yeah you should probably get a tuner and get that taken care of." This cost me almost $1000 more. I also recently performed an oil change at 2000 miles. Dallas had also told me that the bike had been through the fox powersports service department and all fluids had been changed including the oil. This was a lie. The oil that came out of my bike was jet black and had probably only been changed once in the 11k miles it had on it. As somebody that holds a degree in Marketing and has run their own company, there are certain ethics, morals, and basic business practices that need to be followed. These salespeople are scum. Bought a brand new 2019 850 free ride and have had nothing but issues with it. There communication is a solid 0. They take forever to get anything done and they defiantly don't run a shop or business I would feel comfortable running. Take your money somewhere else even if it's a farther drive. I bought from them because they where close... well I've driven there about 7-10 times and pulled my trailer to work multiple times because they said it would be done the next day about 10 times. There is always an excuse and they can't own up to anything. The manager then took on my sled to make sure things where done right, that didn't work either. Absolutely 100% do NOT bring your Rec vehicles to Fox Power Sports in Wyoming, MI. This has been the most infuriating experience of our life. They have had our side by side for SIX months and the ONLY communication have is when we call them. And EVERY SINGLE conversation is circular. We've had instances of talking to the SAME manager hours apart and have no recall of our previous conversation. We brought our Can Am in in JANUARY for a warranty issue and a 'rattle'. It took almost 3 months for the fuel line to come in (not their fault) but another 2 months and at least a dozen phone calls to finally get it looked at. We finally got to bring it home (May 4)and the 1st ride realized the rattle had not been fixed. We returned it to them on May 10. We called on Monday to get an update with the response being 'you're my 1st call tomorrow morning'....as of TODAY we called and we are 'top priority' which we've literally heard from every person we've talked to in the last six months. I have literally never encountered more incompetent management in my entire life. Save your sanity and go somewhere else! read more

The General Manager at Fox Powersports in Grand Rapids came through for my cousin. If you ever purchase a plow for your ATV, be sure to ask about warranties. My cousin, purchased a Moose Plow from Parts Un-limited and had several problems and metal tore in first 60 days where the plow connects to the frame. Parts unlimited and Moose said it was collision damage and not covered. Yet the only thing he collided with was Snow. After he complained to General Manager at Fox Powersports in Grand Rapids where he purchased it, they are going to replace the part and make it right. (This may have something to do with the fact that my cousin is in law enforcement, you think? But, what success would John Q. Public have?) My cousin stated that he will do more research about warranties on after market items in the future. read more

There was this particular model motorcycle advertised with year model and price.When contacted with as buyer/customer started off with a negotiation and they send a quotation with miles year pictures and price.However,soon they told me that the motorcycle was sold and removed the advertisement on cycle trader and on website..They came with a new advertisement over the same weekend for the same model with different year n price and stock pictures for the same motorcycle that was discussed(I realized later). On approaching the dealer they said this is a newer motorcycle with motor accessories with higher price..Upon asking them for pictures they forgot that they I already had the old pictures and price for previous negotiation and the newer motorcycle pictures show the same bike and now the representative argues that it's a different year and model:) although the print on unit speaks the year they said the title has different year.. It hurts when a store or business that sounds big follows false business practices.Reasons are clear they do not have the right staff or knowledgeable staff they are greedy on what they advertise and later decide to bump the price rather be honest with customers.What bothers is that i have an evidence of the dealers practices on two occasions of advertisement for same motorcycle showing diff year n price and then the discussion where they initially said it's a different motorcycle..I can prove it! for people reading my review and I have nothing against any individual or business it's my honest review about what exactly happened.Making sure people know whom they are having to deal. read more

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Parts department is a bunch of unaccommodating pricks. Asked if they had a throttle cable, brought in the old one for reference. Said they can't just take a look and match it up. Gave them the carb brand, said they couldn't cross reference. Asked if he could look up Yamaha Zuma and bring that one up so I can take a look at it. I decided I wanted to stop in to check out a bike that was listed. I was hesitant due to a poor experience at another branch of fox. I called in an spoke to a salesman names Ozzy. He didn't have the bike there but told me he would the next day (middle of winter and it was in storage). I got a call the next day, and sure enough they had it. I came in to scope it out and it was all cleaned up and looking great. I had some technical questions that I wanted to ask, but also some that I already knew the answer to. I wanted to make sure he was a straight shooter and knew his stuff. Sure enough, Ozzy knew every question I had on the bike. Had genuine interest in making sure that we were taken care of and bought the right bike, not just a bike. All of his awesomeness was noted before I even mentioned our bad experience across town. So he helpfulness was completely genuine. We decided the price was good, and we wanted the bike. I needed a windscreen for it, and he even helped with that. Since it was winter he even had someone trailer it over. The amount of care and concern he had can't be noted in a simple review. The guy is a motorcycle enthusiast that sells motorcycles, not a motorcycle salesman. He didn't try to oversell me, didn't bully me around on things that were important to me. Just remained helpful. I felt as if I was shopping with a buddy that knew more than me, rather than a salesman. Bike was delivered, all went well, and he even took the time to invite us to an event last weekend. No sales stuff, just watching the MotoGP race at their showroom. 10/10 I will buy my next bike from Ozzy and recommend anyone else to do so. Dan Mills. I've learned to trust Dan over the years for his relentless searching for parts for and accessories me. Along with talking me into things I thought I didn't need that I realize I should've bought sooner. He has taken good care of my family and friends when they go into the store. Then he decided to show me the Ducati line up... I met Danielle and Stephanie. I was instantly charmed by their knowledge of all the bikes. I hate to offend anyone, but this is light years ahead of where the sales team used to be. In the past I wouldn't even go to the other building because I felt like I was bothering the old curmudgeon sales guys. It really has changed. Service department, Dakota and his manager were very nice and helpful. Not a strong point in the past either. As always, seeing Ozzy's smiling face when you walk in the door is a plus. This guy is a great asset to the company. I think Tim is listening. I hope he takes good care of the people who bring us back time and time again. This is the most un-educated Ducati dealer around. I literately had cash ready to spend and waited over an hour to buy the corse edition panigale. I frankly got sick of waiting, this dealership should stop focusing on the popcorn, coffee stand and BS and get back to selling bikes to those what want to buy them. Like another reviewer here, they know nothing about Ducati and its an embarrassment. Money buys the brands to lure customers but then no follow through to the products they sell. I walked out after and hour and a half, so crazy because I was ready to buy. The sales team Is very inattentive and frankly useless to work with. I hate dealers like this who treat you like a piece of crap number and focus on the deal. Do not take your bike to Fox Powersports unless you aren't planning on riding for at least 3 months! Just got our bike back and still spent 3 hours working on it at home, putting things back CORRECTLY, tuning it up, and cleaning it! The stereo no longer works and there's some sort of burn that I can't clean off on the phone case/holder! Lesson learned! Never again! I'll drive out of town to get my bike taken care of! read more
