Quite a difference, and I never received a phone call to update the estimate or indicate new problems. Before I left, Mike started the bike to show it was running, and it was, however, the starter sent a large spark across it's ground wire during the start and we asked if this was a problem. The answer he gave was: That's the first time I've seen it do that! I got several miles down the road and stopped for lunch. The bike never restarted, and when I called Mike back complaining, he told me I should try running the bike and jump starting it, which I did, but really? When I got home I replaced a small insulating washer on the starter and it solved the problem. I also checked the carb work, and the number one carb had adjustment screws loose; the number three plug wire was detached, and the new fuel line added to the carb project was unclamped and leaking at the base attachment point. Needless to say, I felt pretty ripped off by the less than expert service. I will not be taking any of my bike projects back to Mike's Cycle Station.

She responded " I don't know what that is" I tried explaining her what it is but she said couldn't understand. So I asked if I can speak with someone else that could help, she said "no" and continued to struggle understanding what my bike was and what I wanted done. Found out Iron eagles only work on older stuff which is cool, that's not my problem with that. The issue is the lady didn't know what my bike was, and you would think if she is dealing in the motorcycle industry she would have above average knowledge of makes and models out there. It's 2024 and it's hard to believe that she didn't have a smart phone or a computer near by with google to have a better idea what my bike was, and to know for sure if they can work on it or not.

Upon receiving the incorrect part for my atv, I filed for a return, but deeper down in the smaller print, it says electrical and fiberglass parts are returnable. Why would that be? Does shipping it interfere with its performance, if so, why ship it to me. I believe they purposely have parts listed properly and make it unreturnable to con customers into buying stuff and having them sruck with it. Clear indication that there is no pre-delivery inspection at Fox. After returning from repair, the unit was delivered to me not tied down in a sled trailer. The Ranger ended up smashed against the rear door and parts were laying all over the floor. Strike three - asked for a full refund. Whole ordeal started in late September and ended the day before Thanksgiving. This dealership has many issues to sort out. Buyer beware!!! By the way, I went to a different dealer, purchased a newer model year at the same price as the 2025 that Fox originally sold me and received it within one week. Perhaps the people that service equipment do a good job, but we will never know because it was impossible to reach them. Let alone schedule an appointment and give them my business.
