I got the props, took boat and the appropriate tools to the lake, Put 1st prop on, dropped in the water, tested, pulled boat, removed prop... Rinse repeat. Picked my prop. Shipped the other 2 back. Was refunded quickly. I'm VERY happy with my ACME and their customer service! I've had 4 boats in the last 20 years (90 Supra Comp, 2003 Tige 20V, Mastercraft X-7, 2005 Tige Switch). Seems like I always end up buying a prop (bigger diameter, different pitch, spare, upgrade from 3 to 4 blade etc...) I've always bought ACME, very happy!

Whoever heard of an owner of a shop working 4th of July setting up orders, working the parts counter and delivering boats - no matter how many hours it takes? That's what happens at this business & it's pretty amazing to make customers feel so incredibly special.

We dropped it off in October to have factory recalls done and for them to try to figure out what could be fixed with the wiring. They haven't even looked at it and haven't fixed the recalls in the 7 months they've had it! Out of pure frustration asked to talk trade ins- I spent several hours on their website trying to find something - when we got there they said, oh the prices don't include what's listed in the description! Classic bait and switch! Unethical, lazy, and all around horrible business! I have bought several big ticket items over the years within this franchise and they have just become unbearable! He is also a rider and very knowledgeable of all the brands they sell. They have a pretty good selection of SkiDoo and Polaris sleds on display so you can see all the different features. After the purchase they introduce you to the service and parts people and I also got a great demonstration on how all the new goodies work. These new sleds are just as hi-tech as cars these days! As much as new toys cost now it's nice to deal with a company that appreciates your business. There is a reason they've stayed in business for so long.

Per Jessie, "we do not put coolant or oil in the jet skis." So---we asked, "What are we paying $400 for?" His response, "we just check the fluids." He didn't tell us the results either. So apparently they were low but we didn't get the report. So when our jet ski ran out of oil he blamed us cause "we don't put oil in the ski, we just check the levels." The boat was within the price we received for our 2016 pontoon. Unfortunately, it was Saturday, I was in a panic that it would be gone by Monday. My husband emailed the website, wrote that we were very interested and specifically what we wanted. Tim D. called us right back, said he could do everything we wanted and that the boat was ours. He actually called us back 2 times during his night off to answer our questions. I was so relieved and excited that the boat was ours and didn't have to worry it would be gone. We went in That Monday, saw the boat, and it was beautiful, just like the photos we had seen. They made our purchase very easy and we found the perfect boat for us. They had everything installed perfectly and ready to go in a very timely fashion. Tim even helped us order the diving board and had it installed. First time we had ever been there but in the future I will always go there for our boating needs.
