Offshore took a look and said it definitely had an issue and needed a water pump impeller. Problem fixed. The second time was for a hull wet sand, polish and wax. Looked great. I only asked that she call me before the card was charged. the driver showed up about 45 minutes later I helped them load my plow truck I told him more to take it. I only asked him please call me before you charge my credit card. A week later I found out they charged me almost double what other towing companies had quoted me for the tow and they never called me to tell me what the charge was or that my vehicle got to the repair facility. I called the manager to complain and all he said was he would talk to the driver and the dispatcher. No offer to make it right not even an apology. Between little to no cell phone service they were able to tow our vehicle to their fix it place and had it fixed for us before we had to leave. The staff that I talked to was very friendly and polite. There wasn't much communications between my husband and I do to bad phone reception so things got a little mixed up. I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them.

They were restoring my faith in what a car dealership could be. Together, they created a culture of honesty and community that set this dealership apart. Without them, Graff has lost what made it special. I can no longer recommend supporting a business that treats its most dedicated people this way.
