These guys charged $450 to replace sway bar links saying that would fix tire cupping and highway…read moreshaking. When that obviously did not work instead of offering to refund the "diagnosis fee" they said "we can take it off the next repair to fix your car". They charged another 328 to replace the the rear lateral bar. I cannot believe the predatory nature of this shop. A BBB complaint is going to be issued. Absolutely sickening.

Not sure what other issues people had in these reviews but I've dealt with car places for decades and this has been the best experience I've ever had. We paid under 7k sticker on an older van. We didn't make anyone's month or probably even week when we walked out the door with a car. The old van we got started to have some malfunctioning of a door from an electrical panel getting wet about a week after we took it home. They fixed it at no charge to us and it wasn't because we complained or threw a tantrum. They wanted us to be happy with the purchase even though it wasn't a big sale. We will absolutely go back there for service and look there any time we look to purchase because of our experience. Side note: the waiting room is stocked with kids play table and loads of things to keep the kids busy.

Not one person acknowledged me until a young gentleman in the very back finally spoke to me. He said he was newly transferred there. Overall, it was NOT a very welcoming experience in Marne. Later that day, I went to the car lot and asked whether paying cash would help with putting some money down or getting a better deal. I was told, "No, because we make less taking cash." I then asked if the price was negotiable and was told no, they wouldn't come down on the price. Later that evening, I used their online chat. A woman took my name, phone number, and my offer and said she would pass everything along to the manager to see what they could do. That was 8/21. Today is 8/23, and I still haven't received a phone call, text, or any response whatsoever. Communication and customer service go a long way when someone is seriously considering purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience here was enough that I would personally avoid this place.

When the girl in the collision shop was checking my vehicle over she noticed it was an accessible vehicle (converted in the rear for my daughter's wheelchair). She asked me about it and if I had rental insurance. I told her that the conversion is for my daughter, its the only way I can transport her. I told her I have rental on my insurance but it only covers a small sedan but we can make it work, we always do. She asked me where you rent converted vehicles and I told her I always do business with The Creative Mobility Group in Byron Center. At that time she told me "We'll cover the extra rental fees". I was shocked. I knew that was at least $100 a day they were offering to pay. I assured her that we could make it work without a converted van (I just wouldn't be able to bring my daughter anywhere for the week, but we could manage just fine) and she insisted on helping us out and paying that extra fee for us. They ended up having our vehicle for 5 days and they paid the extra fees for the van. They did NOT have to do that and I didn't even ask. They saw a need and they went above and beyond to help make sure my daughter could be transported if need be. I will always use Preferred Ram Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Henry street for any of our repairs, etc. They have always done good by us but this was beyond what they had to do. They swore it would be inspected Monday never happened. On Tuesday, they actually had the nerve to call me and guarantee it was finally being looked at. Once again, a total lie. Nothing was done. After three days of worthless promises, blatant disrespect for my time, and endless excuses, I'm stuck paying another $90 tow fee just to drag my truck away from this place and drop it off with professionals who actually work. Zero accountability and absolute zero competence. Save yourself the massive headache and the extra money take your vehicle literally anywhere else.
