It could have caused a significant accident. When we called to report the damage, the staff was totally unsympathetic and said it was my fault. They were not willing to take any responsibility for a significant lapse of customer care. They were unwilling to rectify the damage to a brand new trailer caused by their negligence.

At first, they weren't going to be able to help because our camper is too tall to be towed which is what we were running into with the insurance company. Ryan called back shortly after and had similar tires to what we needed that would be able to get us home.
