Lon brought integrity, transparency, and genuine care to every interaction. Tracy, though not in an official title, worked tirelessly behind the scenes doing the jobs no one else wanted and caring for customers just as much as Lon did. They were restoring my faith in what a car dealership could be. Together, they created a culture of honesty and community that set this dealership apart. Without them, Graff has lost what made it special. I can no longer recommend supporting a business that treats its most dedicated people this way. I still love my Jeep, and don't regret my purchase, but will not be getting it serviced here in the future.

North End was the most reasonable and had name brand tires that had great reviews - as well as the sales guy letting me know he just put these tires on his wife's car... which I think says a lot :) We dropped my car off that night and it was ready to roll the next day at like 9AM! I went back to the shop for two more repair items on the same vehicle and brought attention to the issue. When made aware, the shop response was "how can you prove we did that" and said that they would conduct a diagnostic, however when it would be revealed that they didn't do it, I would be responsible for the labor costs. Rather than accept the two repair jobs I had brought to the shop, and rather than offer to help with some diagnostics in the wake of accusations questioning the shop's integrity, I got argued with by 3 employees in the lobby. Mind you, I never once raised my voice, lost my temper, or anything undignified like that. We're not lying, you are. That's what I've come to understand of the shop. That - and all vehicles I've had enter the shop leave with new issues. The two techs that worked on my vehicle are no longer there, either, so doesn't seem like they can keep a consistent trained wrench under their employ. HUGE lack of confidence in this shop techs, and less in the management. Regardless of what the break and fix is - as a manager I would be embarrassed to see my staff address clients that way. The only correct way to stand behind your work is to prove it is quality, not calling your customers liars when your integrity is questioned.

Changed prices, refused to give me a receipt after paying $7,400 for a Kandi red golf cart. Advertised it with things that were not on the cart. ie: advertised with power steering...no power steering Advertised with blue tooth & sound bar....none of these were on the cart. Had 13 issues, he expected me to bring him the cart, once I mentioned "Court System" he then agreed to "pick -up" my cart to repair it! First off, he still refused to give me a receipt, Why would anyone with common sense release a cart w/out a receipt for proof of purchase to someone who is a known liar? Look on the website, many people have said the same. Secondly, if he could not put it together properly and clearly see the issues w/this cart, then why would I have confidence that he could "repair" this cart?! These carts were discontinued due to power issues from faulty solar panels too! It STOPPED working 4 weeks after delivery! I'm gladly taking him to court for false advertisement, no receipt and dishonest/questionable behavior. He advertised as brand new, then changed the story. DO BE AWARE OF WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM!
