Tracy, though not in an official title, worked tirelessly behind the scenes doing the jobs no one else wanted and caring for customers just as much as Lon did. They were restoring my faith in what a car dealership could be. Together, they created a culture of honesty and community that set this dealership apart. Without them, Graff has lost what made it special. I can no longer recommend supporting a business that treats its most dedicated people this way. I went back to the shop for two more repair items on the same vehicle and brought attention to the issue. When made aware, the shop response was "how can you prove we did that" and said that they would conduct a diagnostic, however when it would be revealed that they didn't do it, I would be responsible for the labor costs. Rather than accept the two repair jobs I had brought to the shop, and rather than offer to help with some diagnostics in the wake of accusations questioning the shop's integrity, I got argued with by 3 employees in the lobby. Mind you, I never once raised my voice, lost my temper, or anything undignified like that. We're not lying, you are. That's what I've come to understand of the shop. That - and all vehicles I've had enter the shop leave with new issues. The two techs that worked on my vehicle are no longer there, either, so doesn't seem like they can keep a consistent trained wrench under their employ. HUGE lack of confidence in this shop techs, and less in the management. Regardless of what the break and fix is - as a manager I would be embarrassed to see my staff address clients that way. The only correct way to stand behind your work is to prove it is quality, not calling your customers liars when your integrity is questioned.

He bought this cart at Auction and it is discontinued none of which he disclosed to me. I learned this from the manufacturer after he dropped off vehicle at my house and it was sitting totally crooked, I got in it and seat fell off due to him stripping screws out, the top screws were not even installed & the windshield fell off (bad seal) shocks are bad, alignment is pulling to the left, multiple screws are stripped, steering wheel screw stripped and wheel is fully crooked, loud rubbing noise from left front wheel because alignment and wheels are visually tied crooked! He advertised "NEW" with solar power roof, Bluetooth, sound bar with on screen display none of which was on the cart. Solar roof was the only thing that it had but the representative that came to look at my cart had to disconnect because of a bad solar roof/box that damages the batteries. Also NO power steering (it was advertised with power steering!!) Dave Hekhuis came all the way from Rockford to deliver and had NO sales receipt, NO title and lots of excuses. I've asked him several times for a detailed receipt and title with no resolution. This man is dishonest!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do NOT purchase from him, he buys from auction, is very dishonest and shows a lack of integrity.
