A big shoutout and kudos to Nate with Road Warrior Roadside Service!…read more My car began to lose power when I was on I-96 during rush hour recently. I managed to limp the car off an exit ramp leading to the Belt Line. Fortunately, I managed to get my car out of the way of other people who were exiting. But, it was clear to me that I needed a tow truck. I have AAA. And I called AAA. But, all it did was to lead me through a series of frustrating prompts to a website that didn't take my information. It kept showing that there was an error of some kind. I tried this five or six times and gave up. Finally, I checked Yelp to see if I could find a nearby towing service. The first business that came up was Road Warrior Roadside Service. I called. Nate answered. And he was there shortly afterwards to take care of everything! Nate took me and my car to an auto repair shop close to my house. I left a key drop for the mechanics there who I know will be working on it soon. After that, Nate took me home to make sure everything was okay. Nate is a pro! I would give Nate and this business 1000 stars if I could! Thanks again, Nate! Paul

Well, they ended up hitting and bending my basketball hoop which was less than a year old. All good, accidents happen and I truly felt bad for the nice young man that did it. However, I expected the company to rectify the damage they caused or at least communicate with me to see what could be done. The dispatch lady was nice as well, but the owner not once returned a call or responded to an email after I was told he would. This is poor service and I advice not to utilize this company as there are plenty of others who I'm sure would take responsibility if they made a mistake.

Have used No Time Flat Tire Service on several occasions. Always a quick in-and-out for patches…read moreand repairs. Most recently, had a slow-leak tire that was unrepairable, so I ended up needing a new set (the tread on the remaining tires was nearing its end). It was 4:30 in the afternoon and they called several locations to find the exact tire that I needed, as few places stock the unusual size. They even dispatched a driver to a tire wholesaler across town before they had confirmation that the tires were in stock, as their website incorrectly stated. IF they were able to get the tires, they planned to stay late past closing and install them for me. That is going above and beyond, I must say. Since they couldn't get the tires until the next AM, they had it all ready to go when they arrived, install all four and dropped it off at my house so that neither my wife nor I needed to hitch a ride to go pick it up. I certainly plan to use them again, especially because I prefer to support the local businesses and have had some less-than-stellar experiences with the "chain" shops in Grandville.
