Well, they ended up hitting and bending my basketball hoop which was less than a year old. All good, accidents happen and I truly felt bad for the nice young man that did it. However, I expected the company to rectify the damage they caused or at least communicate with me to see what could be done. The dispatch lady was nice as well, but the owner not once returned a call or responded to an email after I was told he would. This is poor service and I advice not to utilize this company as there are plenty of others who I'm sure would take responsibility if they made a mistake.

As with most residential neighborhoods, the speed limit is 25mph, and this truck was going AT LEAST twice the legal limit. We have many families with small children and dogs who enjoy walking in peace and safety, and there is no excuse for professional drivers putting lives at risk. Based on this experience, I would NEVER use J's towing, and I will make sure everyone in our development knows why.

I managed to limp the car off an exit ramp leading to the Belt Line. Fortunately, I managed to get my car out of the way of other people who were exiting. But, it was clear to me that I needed a tow truck. I have AAA. And I called AAA. But, all it did was to lead me through a series of frustrating prompts to a website that didn't take my information. It kept showing that there was an error of some kind. I tried this five or six times and gave up. Finally, I checked Yelp to see if I could find a nearby towing service. The first business that came up was Road Warrior Roadside Service. I called. Nate answered. And he was there shortly afterwards to take care of everything! Nate took me and my car to an auto repair shop close to my house. I left a key drop for the mechanics there who I know will be working on it soon. A few weeks ago, I was heading to get my niece from school. I started my car because it was…read more20something degrees outside. I went back in the house to grab my sons and nephew (ages 5years, 2years, and 1year old) to load them into the car. Out of habit, I locked the house behind me, with 3 little boys in tow, only to come to the horrific realization that my car had automatically locked after I'd started it- my house key along with it. Panic set it and I ended up calling 911. They suggested I call a wrecker service since that particular department couldnt unlock doors without breaking a window. Being ignorant and never having locked my keys in my car I hadn't thought to do that first. Through tears of frustration and fear for the kids who were getting colder by the minute, I found and called N6. The dispatch lady was incredibly kind. She said she would have come to sit with me if her own children weren't napping. Just the mention of that gesture put some pep in my frozen step. The fact that she even thought to do something made it less stressful for me. I wish I remembered her name so I could personally thank her. She told me her husband would be to my home shortly to unlock my car, and just like that everything was fine again. Except for the embarrassment of locking myself out, and having cried my makeup down my face of course. I wish I remembered the man's name who came and unlocked it so I could thank him personally as well. He did say to bring my car to his shop to have the keypad on the outside of the door programmed so this wouldn't happen again. Anyways, if you made it through this long review, I hope it helped someone and I hope it shows what a great business this truly is. Small town folks helping small town folks, no judgment, just kindness. I hope whoever reads this only locks their keys in their car on a nice 65 degree day.
