They were able to squeeze my roommate in to check out her car right after she called! They called us back shortly after we dropped her car off to let us know the issue was fixed. There was just a line caught in her hood. When we came back to pick it up, they didn't charge us anything. Later that day the called to say that they noticed my sway bar was loose and my tie rods were bad and strongly recommend fixing it. The next Day when the parts came in and they went to replace them they noticed my strut was attached to nothing except the bad tie rod. They sent me a video and everything so I could see what they were talking about. They saved me from a potential bad accident if that had gone out while driving it. They did an excellent job and did it in an expedited fashion. They are also very friendly. I recommend a visit, they aren't the cheapest option, but you'll leave feeling like your vehicle was properly fixed. My only slight negative was they charged for the initial inspection, but that is what it is.
