Always fast friendly service at a fair price. Easy in and out for any tire repairs. Will not go anywhere else for tires. Highly recommend.

Since buying the car, I have already had to bring it in for repairs four times, all for the exact same issue. My car needed a Subaru specific O2 sensor, but the dealership installed an aftermarket part that kept failing. If they sell Subarus, they should know how to repair them properly the first time. Each time I was forced to drive two hours there and two hours back, which is exhausting and completely unreasonable for a car I just purchased. One of the latest fixes only took 20 minutes and easily could have been handled locally, but instead I wasted an entire day driving back and forth yet again. Between all of these trips I have put about 1,200 unnecessary miles on my car, spent over $250 in gas, and now need another oil change and new oil filter because of it. Michael, the salesman, was great to work with and very kind, but that does not make up for the fact that this car has had repeated issues and the way they have been handled has been extremely disappointing. I expected reliability and accountability when buying from a dealership, not constant repairs, added expenses, and wasted time. I would not recommend this dealership.

As a recently 'homeless veteran', I've spent the past 5 years, trying to work myself out of that…read moresituation. Unfortunately, my truck broke down, and I needed a cheap vehicle, just to keep me to and from work. I budgeted myself for around $5k, and found a vehicle that was 5,500, it wasn't too far out of my range, and I called to express my interest in it. But for some reason, that vehicle wasn't available, and was immediately upsold a different vehicle, that was around 7k. I really didn't want to spend that much, I have too many other financial obligations, but it was only about 2,000 over my budget, and figured it might take a couple of months more, so I'd have to put everything else on hold. When it came time to sign the papers, I noticed that same $7,000 was now $9,000. When I asked about the reason I was told it was a 'service contract'... a fancy name for a 'warrantee'. I don't need a 'warrantee' of $2000 for a used high-mileage 'as is' vehicle that has a Blue Book value of around $5,500. When I said that I really couldn't afford that, I was told 'well, it's just another $2000', and apparently THAT was the end of the conversation. No one asked me if I wanted a 'service contract', and I damned sure can't afford it. If the vehicle has more that $2000 worth of repairs, then I'll just go get another used vehicle. Even when I indicated that I didn't want it, it was still applied, as if someone who is working their way out of being homeless, has an extra 2000 to just hand out, because something 'thinks' they deserve it. My original goal was no more than $5000, turns out, I'm now expected to pay DOUBLE that amount. A scam is a scam. I probably should have refused the deal completely when it was clear that I was being scammed. I'll never do business with this company again.

It is ridiculous to spend 400 on a headlight swap (parts were already paid for, so it was service alone) and then be told to go to a body shop for shims and spend even more money. Wouldn't have had you replace the headlights if you didn't know how to, don't waste your time coming here. If they can't align headlights, imagine how bad serious mechanical issues could be treated... SCARY! Now for the 2nd time of bringing the vehicle in... Dykstras has no answers for aligning headlights... I am truly fearful for anyone who has mechanical issues worked on here in their vehicles if these people can't even figure out how to line up some headlights. Thanks Dykstras, would have had anyone else work on this if I would've known the "best you can do" was in the pics attached.. just shocked a car shop can be okay ethically with having an 18 year old drive off with this... how is she supposed to see???

This place is definitely not trying to trick you into paying for more expensive repairs. They've noticed certain things on my car that could be replaced but are not urgent and they don't pressure you into getting it fixed at their shop like other places do. They also have given me rides back to campus after dropping my car off which is very nice!

This place is nothing but highway robbery. 4 reasons why you should not and don't want to use…read morethem. I had to pay $834. to get my truck back and it was literally only towed 6 miles. As a mechanic I have sent many people to Walker towing but if this is how they work with me I cannot ever in good conscience send anyone their way again. 1. I was out of country so I could not head this off but here goes. My wife and 2 daughter in a roll over onto the trucks side hung from seatbelts for about 1/2 hour upside down. They get out the police man asked her who she wants to call for a tow truck company of course wife is more concerned about kids and herself so she says whoever you think will be the best so the officer calls Walker City Towing. Because he called instead of my wife calling I got an extra $350 police called fee. If she had called no fee. After I get back home I looked at bill and called the first guy who answered said that should not be on your bill that is if you have full coverage I have a 22 year old truck so no full coverage. He says call Jim the owner and he can adjust bill. Jim obviously was not interested in my call but said he would call back in 24 hours. That was two days ago still no call. 2. We said deliver the truck to our house which also has my auto shop on site. My house is literally 3 miles down the same road as the tow company. Yes same street. Driver says no go cant do it and brings it to his yard. My son who is trying to help his mother and sisters out meets the truck at the yard its there less than 15 minutes and they charge us for a storage fee of 75 dollars. Yup they just wanted the extra tow charge and storage fee instead of doing what we asked. 3. To add insult to injury the driver that flipped the truck right side up ripped the rear brake lines off from the rear axle of the truck. Now I have another 4 to 5 hundred of time and parts fixing this. 4. Jim the owner was obviously not in the mood to deal with me as he was trying to hang up as fast as he could in our call. From other tow companies my bill would have been $100 hook up $250 for the roll over and winching and about 5 dollars per mile which would be 8 miles or 40 bucks for a total of $390 dollars plus a fuel charge. And I would not have brake line repairs on my dime. All I am asking for is they make things right and I get crickets. If a car is damaged in any way while in my care I am expected to fix no questions asked.
