Fly and shine service is where it's at. I had been wanting to get my car detailed, but I could not be away from my vehicle because of the nature of my sales job. If a customer calls, I need to have access to a car. I was able to drop off my car when my family went on a midwinter break and returned five days later to a spotless vehicle and no parking fees. People may argue that while you're paying parking fees in the cost of detailing your vehicle, but I was gonna pay to get my car detailed anyway so actually, it's saving me money. We booked my husband's truck for spring break. read more

The request for an appointment very quick. For paid services for my car I wasn't happy. My only reason to get it done is to get my dog's hair and leather conditioner, but they didn't get it out completely and there were still water spots or waxing spots. I called and let the front desk know, he was very nice about it but I didn't get my car back to get touched up, I paid too much and am unhappy! read more

Visited Crystal Clean Auto Detailing for an interior and exterior clean. Extremely happy with the work done -- everything feel refreshed, buttons and dials feel new, and every surface is sparkling. It's a bit pricey, but when compared to other alternatives, I think you get the best value here for both an interior and exterior wash. read more

We absolutely love Crystal Clean. They have been detailing our personal vehicles for over five years now. Most recently we tried their Fly N Shine package and it was an amazing service. There is nothing like leaving your vehicle at the airport and having it returned fully detailed when you come back from your trip. Thank you to everyone at Crystal Clean and a special thanks to Kyle for the great customer service. read more

Had 4 OEM Audi wheels refinished due to major curb rash, and they came out flawless! Quick turn around, quality customer service, and great work! read more

Crystal Clean does a phenomenal job! My 8 year old car looks brand new!! Highly recommend this place.

I had my Black 2023 Cadillac CT5 V Ceramic Coated with the Ceramic Pro Gold Package. Kyle and the staff had my car for 5 days to allow for the multiple ceramic coats to cure. They even ceramic coated the wheels and the red brake calipers. They did a GREAT Job-- it looks and shines wonderfully. I recommend them for Ceramic Coating new vehicles. read more

Got a great exterior detail and paint correction. The price was very reasonable and Kyle was super easy to deal with. I was bummed that they didn't initially do the roof of the vehicle so I had to bring it back to get that taken care of but overall good experience and I would recommend. read more

I scheduled a full exterior detail after having an issue with white overspray on a black car. They told me it shouldn't be an issue and they'd also fix my wax job after the clay bar. The car definitely came back looking sharp and my wax job was fixed. The overspray is still in spots but it is better than when it went in the shop. The staff was friendly and they had no issue accepting my yelp check in deal. read more

Crystal Clean did an incredibly amazing job on my SUV. It looks and smells like a brand new car!! I had years of spilled pop, food, Frappuccinos, puppy pee, dog hair and slobber, ground-in dirt, road salt, etc, etc. Crystal Clean got it all out!!! Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Incredible results!! 100% would do again, 100% would recommend to others!! Also did incredible professional photos so I could sell my van. read more

I have had my car cleaned with Crystal clean auto detailing now three times and I have been very satisfied each time. The car feels brand new Inside and out. I live on a dirt road and they were able to remove all the dirt/dust that gets in the small crevices of the car that my car wash is unable to remove. They have removed salt stuck on the carpet with ease. I have three children and the backseat of my Honda pilot is always full of crumbs and they cleaned every last bit of evidence of any children in that vehicle. Would highly recommend and plan to use them again in the future. read more

This is the second time using Crystal Clean Auto Detailing and once again they did an amazing job. They made my 2014 Enclave look like a brand new car, inside and out! I am a very satisfied customer! read more

They did a great job on my filthy car. What I love is the Fly and Clean service. Planning to leave your car in long term parking? For about the same price as the parking (depending on how long you will be gone) they come get your car and detail it and return it clean. It's like getting your car detailed for free! Good email communications throughout the process. I recommend them :) read more

I bought a used SUV, and it was not terribly clean. I had originally planned to detail it myself, but thought this would be a good opportunity to hire a professional. I wanted it as clean as possible. I so badly wanted hiring Crystal Clean to be an awesome experience. It simply wasn't. First, their customer service reps are very nice, polite, and willing to resolve problems. I really do like them. That being said, the customer service rep should not have to bat cleanup for a pathetic attempt at detailing a car. Cleaning cars is their ONLY business, and there is NO excuse for returning a car to a customer without having done what you were hired to do. I hired Crystal Clean for an interior detail. First visit, the SUV was returned with - filthy carpets - filthy seat belts - stains in the headliner - cargo area that had no obvious efforts for removing soil/stains * Keep in mind, these are all items that are specifically called out in their interior detail package.* Second visit, the SUV was returned with - clean carpets - clean seat belts - no stains in the headliner - acceptable effort at cleaning the cargo area - liquid damage to the console clock. Literally somehow got cleaning solvent inside the clock - having been hit in their parking lot by an employee Third time's a charm, right? - They took my SUV to the dealer to replace the damaged clock. - when it was returned to me, it had black hand prints/ smears all around my steering wheel. My steering wheel is light camel color, so the black mess was painfully obvious. - the reality is that the black handprints could have been left by the car dealer that replaced the clock, but if I am the porter that was delivering this back to the customer, I would have noticed the stains and thought...."we need to clean this before giving it back to the customer." - I ended up scrubbing my steering wheel myself to remove the filthy handprints, AFTER my car was returned from the DETAIL SHOP. So, it felt strange, sitting in my garage, cleaning my SUV, after writing them a check to clean my SUV...but I didn't want to send it in a 4th time. I'm done. Still searching for a reliable auto detailer that can deep clean a vehicle, and get it done in one visit, without breaking anything. read more

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used Crystal Clean when we fly out of the Ford Airport in Grand Rapids. You park in short term parking & they pick up your car and take it to their facility. You'll get a text and photos after they inspect your vehicle. You select the services you want done. If the inspection show things that need attention you can choose to have things done or not.I usually text them when we start our return trip home, you give them your travel time ahead of time as well. You will get a text giving you the location of your vehicle, data to open a lock box at the short term parking entrance. Grab your keys and enjoy a sparkling clean car and head home. The detailing they do is excellent. The cost othe whole package is around what it may cost to park in long term parking at the airport. All my experiences with Crystal Clean have been excellent! read more

My Lincoln dealership suggested Crystal Clean as the place to have the exterior of my car detailed. The exterior of my car seemed to have a dull finish but otherwise was in good condition. I was uncertain whether having this done would actually make a big difference. Boy was I surprised! The job they did on my car was awesome! There was much attention to detail. The staff was courteous and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend them. You will be amazed with the results. read more

Have used them numerous times and they do an incredible job. Coming back from a 10 day trip to not have to pay for parking and having a sparkling clear car....there's nothing like it!!!!! read more

Incredible car detailing service! It was the day I was going to propose to my girlfriend of 5 years, so everything had to be perfect. I dropped her and her mom off at a spa and only had a couple hours to get her moms car detailed. I was in such a rush planning this day that I forgot to make an appointment at Crystal Clean. I rushed in their door with only an hour before i had to go back to pick them up from the spa, I explained the situation and everyone here was so helpful and friendly! They somehow made it go right to get the interior and exterior of the car cleaned at a reasonable price! Did a great job too! I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you everyone at Crystal Clean auto detailing!!! read more

I wish I had taken before and after pictures. They did an amazing job - I was amazed at how clean the interior of the car was after they finished. The car looks brand new. They even did an exterior wash even though we only paid for the interior service. Was very easy to schedule via email. They have an overnight service that costs the same as the day time service. Just have the car in by 6pm and you can pick up as early as 8am. It truly doesn't get any easier than that. Would very highly recommend! read more

Crystal Clean did an amazing job restoring my car back to new. They were able to get years of Lacrosse equipment smell out of the car and were extremely welcoming with great customer service. My seat adjuster was plastic cover has been missing forever. Without me asking, Crystal Clean went above and beyond and replaced it free of charge. Little details like that go a long way. A great find for auto detailing. read more

I have used this company for 2 vehicles this year. The service is amazing and their detail is second to no one! Both of the vehicles I had done were to sell and within 24 hours of listing them they both sold. The pictures were the best and everyone that looked at them commented how great they looked even for an older vehicle. Definitely will use again! read more

I love this place! I'm an extremely picky car owner, with the worst of luck when it comes to dings, dents, and esthetics of a vehicle. Crystal Clean has always offered the best value when it comes to things like that. And also the most professionalism to any car make and model. They've repaired many dents on my vehicle. They go through a vendor, but he's amazing at what he does. I highly recommend this place for paintless dent repair and also for car detailing. They're even open until 6pm M-F. Which never happens with any other local business that does the same thing. Amazing business, great value, highest of professional care and detail to vehicles. read more

Have used Crystal Clean twice when flying out of GRR. Extremely happy both times. First time was a full inside and outside detail of an extremely dirty pickup truck. It looked brand new when they were finished. Second time was a Mini Cooper interior detail and it looked brand new as well. Great customer service and you just drop the car off and pick it up in short term parking at the airport. read more

Hands down mind blowing job cleaning our jeep! It is 10 years old and looks brand new, like literally brand new!!! The most amazing part is they got every single dog hair out of the jeep, something I literally thought would be impossible. They also got literally every nook and cranny. Expensive service, but you certainly get what you paid for. Just wish i had done it sooner! read more

I called Emily and informed her that my navigation was glitching after the detail and she told me it was too late to report to them and they would not take care of it. Not to mention a few years ago I had them detail my dads car and they sprayed too much solvent in the gearbox area and had to be towed to Betten Imports *never wrote a bad review about it cause they took care of the issue ($1000+ fix) and now they tell me its been too long? PLACE IS A JOKE! read more

ASK FOR HEATHER!! She is the absolute best at providing what most companies lack in today's business climate, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an urgent situation that needed prompt service - Heather took ownership of my issue by personally cleaning/detailing my vehicle and resolved it in a timely, professional manner. Even after I noticed an unforeseen issue that was out of her control, she dropped what she was doing and took an additional 30 minutes out of her busy day to make sure everything was taken care of inside the car. I will refer all vehicle cleaning/detailing services to her and Crystal Clean Auto Detailing. I get ecstatic when I receive AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do yourself a favor and allow Crystal Clean to take care of all your needs! read more

This place is amazing!!! They did awesome job on my husbands 2018 Dodge Ram!!! I called them literally not even 12 hours before he was heading out to Pennsylvania for a 4 hour meeting only to return later that night. They finished the truck the same day he dropped it off. Waiting for him warmed up after his flight!!! It was a nice surprise for him. I appreciate that they got me so fast!! The clean job was amazing!!! We will be using this company every time we fly!!! read more

Did a great job on the complete exterior and interior detail. I just bought this car used, and the interior had LOTS of dirt and other stains on the seats, floor, and ceiling even. 99% came out and what is left is hardly noticeable. Exterior detail quality was great. Much better than discount wax jobs I've had done before. Can tell just by the look and feel of the finish. Every nook and cranny was clean inside and out - can't find anything they missed. My car is super shiny and clean, looks great and feels much more like a "new" car now. The customer service manager was easy to work with, answered my questions regarding their service honestly, and did not overstate the results. I'd definitely recommend and come back. read more

These guys do a great job! I had some overspray from a rust touch up paint job and they got it all off. I also got an exterior detail and engine detail. Crystal Clean has GREAT employees and will make sure you are more than satisfied. The staff is very polite and outgoing. They also have great communication and get back to you in a timely manner. I brought my three year old car in to have Crystal Clean perform a complete interior and exterior detail, and they did a fantastic job. I take pretty good care of my car and am pretty particular about it. However, after a tough winter, my vehicle had many areas where brake dust had adhered to the finish creating tiny rust particles (very readily visible on a silver car!). These contaminants can be removed with a clay bar but it is a very time consuming (and exhausting) endeavor. I can tell you that the folks at Crystal Clean were able to remove all the contaminants and made the car look showroom new inside and out. The interior was very well done as well with the carpets and mats looking like new and everything else cleaned and polished. I can't say enough about the superior job they did other than to say I am bringing my wife's vehicle to them next. They are well worth the price and highly recommended! read more

I came in for a complete outside detail and they told me that THEY COULD GET RID OF THE SCATCHES and they would BUFF THE WHOLE CAR...Well when I got there the scratches were still there and they said that they WEREN'T ABLE TO DO IT. But still tried to charged me 250.00 and all they did was hand wash it. Because I went to another detail shop after a week and they told me there weren't any BUFF MARKES on the car ANYWHERE. WHAT A WASTES OF MONEY...BE CAREFUL THERE'S A LOT OF YOUNG KIDS WORKING THERE.. read more

A friend of mine recommended Crystal Clean Auto Detailing and I had a very good experience, from making the appointment, all the way to making my car like new. For $20 extra, they even picked up and dropped off my vehicle at home. Talk about ease of service! They have exceptional attention to detail and the car looked brand new. They even called and offered additional services to complete while the vehicle was there at affordable prices. I would certainly recommend this auto detailer for all your car care needs! read more

Took my F150 in for an exterior detail and dropped it off the night before. Picked it up the next day only to find bugs, tar and road debris still present on the front of my rear view mirrors and bumpers, something they supposedly clean. Also found NONE of the door jams had been cleaned, again something they were supposed to do per the exterior detail. Next find was a nice thick black coating of some type of undercarriage tar was caked not only in all four wheel wells including suspension but over sprayed on my tires and exhaust! There is no me mention of this in their exterior detail package and I certainly did not want it. Add to all of this wax still left on my truck and a nice greasy/dirty smear inside my truck. Lastly, they tore the vinyl decal I had just put on my truck. This is how they treated my $45K truck! After reporting my disgust with the service and problem with the decal (with next to no apology offered) I received a full refund (took about a week) and while they agreed to replace my decal it is now OVER one month since the service and I have yet to receive my replacement decal. Stay away! read more
