Nick, the owner of this business, was spectacular to work with! We bought an Acadia that had a bit of smoke smell left in it. We wanted to have the seats and carpet steam cleaned to extract the smell and gunk hoping it would help....and it did! Nick was willing to work with us and fit us into his busy schedule, which we appreciated very much! Talk about a caring business owner who provides great customer service! To top it off, it was snowing and cold outside when he came to detail our vehicle, and he still was willing to work in the cold even though we offered our garage space to work in! Great to work with! I knew the car my kids had been driving was so yucky on the inside that I did not want to clean it myself. We made the appointment for it to be done at our house. However, when Jesse got there, he called me and said he was concerned he could not do a good job at our home. We made an appointment for the following week to do it at their facility. Not only did all the carpet and upholstery get cleaned, the truck carpet was done also. We were told to pay (call them) after we took a good look at their workmanship. Mobile Auto Detailing is the best! I've had my mini-van for 10 years and my 5 kids have all but destroyed the interior with food, drinks, crayon, etc. Jesse worked for 4 hours and the van looks like it just came off the lot! He explained to me his process and showed me any spots he could not get out. He was even thoughtful enough to ask if it was okay that he took a smoke break. Jesse came out to the house with all his own equipment on time as promised to perform exterior detailing/waxing on both my cars. It is clear he is very experienced doing this given the knowledge he showed and materials he used.
