Being full-service means you drive your car up to the car wash, then disembark, and the staff takes it from there. You can follow your car through the wash, looking at it through windows from a comfortable walkway. At the end you'll end up in a small auto shop with the cashier. There you can buy air fresheners and other auto maintenance products. Meanwhile, your car's wash ends with a towel dry by the staff and your car is waiting for you at the exit. Overall, it's an interesting experience and generally gets your car much cleaner than a common coin-operated automated carwash. Pricing is a bit high, but for the service you get, it's reasonable.

One of our vehicles runs hot and tends to burn through oil quicker than it should and they're always happy to top it off for us. With every oil change there's always a coupon for a free car wash but even without that it's still our first choice to wash and vacuum the van because the suction is always the best out of the local car washes (even the chain ones aren't as good). long story short, we are happy to support this locally AND family owned business!
