I brought my Tesla Model Y to Extreme Audio to upgrade the stereo system, and the experience…read moreexceeded my expectations from start to finish. The sound upgrade alone was worth it. The system sounds incredible, clean, powerful, and perfectly tuned. It completely transformed the driving experience. While working on the car, they also recommended some wiring improvements for my radar detector and phone charger setup. I agreed to move forward with it, and I am so glad I did. It eliminated the wires that had been draped along the floor and gave everything a clean, professional look. It made a huge difference in both appearance and functionality. I also had them refresh the ceramic coating, and the car honestly looks like the day I bought it. The finish is deep, glossy, and flawless. Customer service was top notch. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and communicated clearly. When I ran into an issue with a rear outlet, they didn't brush it off. They took ownership of getting the issue fixed and helped me navigate getting it fixed through a Tesla Service Center. That kind of support after the work is done really stands out. They have a great selection of products and upgrades, and my daughter is already looking forward to getting some add-ons for her Jeep there. I highly recommend Extreme Audio for their quality of work, professionalism, and customer service. They truly care about doing things the right way.
