You could make an appointment online or call, but given I had a couple questions, I decided to call and make it here! I added a shampoo to the front row of my car ($59) and cleaning my trunk for $10. Totaling $128. There's a small waiting room and I was in and out within an hour. My seats were a little wet (they warned me) but this allowed me to get home in a timely manner. I think next time, I'd consider getting a full interior detail for $199 (I think) instead of adding things a la carte (especially since my car is 2 rows and it would be $59 each).
