My dad recommended this place, and it's probably the best deal in the area. I had two new tires already purchased when I called to make an appointment. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They got my two tires on in less than 20 minutes for just $30 total. Belle Tire charges twice that and is too busy to schedule anyone an appointment for over a week out, despite advertising walk in availability. Highly recommend RHD instead. read more

With the harsh winters in West Michigan, it's pretty normal for drivers to have a set of snow tires, especially if you drive a sedan with front wheel drive, but it can be a hassle to own an extra set of tires. However, RHD Tires make it easy. How? Not only do they provide good service in helping you identify the right tires for your vehicle, but they'll also store your tires for as long as you need them. I purchased my snow tires through RHD. So every time I return to RHD to swap tires, all I pay is $40 for the service to swap and for them to store the tires until I return to swap them back (you'll pay $40 this time too). It's so convenient and it saves you the hassle of trying to find storage space and transporting the tires to a shop to get them changed. Each time your tires are changed at RHD, they also give you a sheet to tell you the condition of the tires and they also fill your tires with air. read more

The guys at RHD are the best! I brought my Jeep in to have my tires rotated and balanced after purchasing about a few years ago from them. With this, the balance and rotation is completely FREE! On top of this, they also just took a quick peek at some other things for me. All within such a short time too. I want to say I was in and out within 30 minutes! I called the day prior and they were able to see me the NEXT DAY! 10/10 would recommend as they staff is super friendly, gave me a quick service, and peace of mind on driving my Jeep before my road trip! read more

WOW! RHD was recommended in by several people in a FB neighborhood group. Called on a Thursday to schedule for 4 new tires, in for an appt on Monday morning (they did have next day appts available as well). Quoted price is exactly what we paid. Quick like a pit stop at the Indy 500, seriously less than 30 minutes! Great service and absolutely recommend! read more

These guys are great. They had the best price on a brand new tire for me, held it for us until we could get there, said it was no problem that we would be there right before closing, and got the tire all installed for us in a hurry! I got a flat in my Subaru but because of the symmetrical AWD, the dealership recommended replacing all four of my tires even though the tires were still quite new. Around 9-8/32" when the tires started at 9/32". Subaru of America suggested a shaved tire, and I called 2 Subaru dealerships and half a dozen tire shops to find that very few shops offer shaved tires. Finally I came across RHD and they offered to order me a shaved tire and install 1 day later for 3x cheaper than my quote from the dealership. Installation only took 30 minutes, very friendly staff. Definitely will go back and send my friends here! read more

I had a great experience here. I called only 20 minutes before to see if they could put 2 new tires on my van, thinking I needed an appointment. They said they were able to get me in right away. Sure enough, once I arrived, I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. Very friendly and helpful and very reasonably priced as well! I highly recommend!! read more

I had a nail in my tire that needed quick attention. I called Rhd Tire and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Their staff was very friendly on the phone and in person. Because the nail was on the edge of the tire, it was unrepairable. I had to buy two new tires, and the staff walked me through my options. I was in and out of the shop in 30 minutes with my car all good to go. I recommend this business to anyone who has tire needs. read more

I checked everywhere for pricing on tires for my Honda Element. RHD not only gave me the best price, but when I asked around, it was almost crazy how everyone said "Go to Kevin at RHD". So that's what I did. Got a great deal on tires, got great service, was in and out, and...a month after I got the new wheels, I ran over a nail and they replaced the tire, with a smile, free of charge. Super nice guys, quick and easy service, and a great price. They are awesome. read more

Not in a nice part of town if that bothers you O well. However service was fantastic installers were fast. I mean. Within 35 minutes fast and people were ahead of us. no garage smell just smell of some so much needed coffee, and just to let you know was there because a certain son of mine ran over a curb and blew the tire out prices are very reasonable and a little flexible will be going back hopefully not for a while but the way my son drives sooner than I hope lol read more

We were in Grand Rapids last week and our tire kept going low so we stopped in RDH to see if they could take a look at it. They immediately took it to the service department and within 15 minutes came out and told us that it had a small screw in it. They plugged the hole and did not charge for it--told us it was free. I have bought tires from RHD for over 20 years. Best prices in town with a large selection of tires. I have also purchased two sets of after market rims from them. They will store winter snows for very little cost. Why keep extra tires in your own garage, when you can use their warehouse? read more

I've dealt with these people on a number of occasions and EVERY time they have been fast, courteous, knowledgeable and the prices are very competitive. They stand by their work and will make it right. The new location on 36th St. is clean, bright and comfortable. On one occasion I had a slow leak in one of my tires and they cleaned the rim up and stopped the leak at no charge. That's real customer service. read more

My husband ran over a screw on one of our tires previously purchased from RHD. I called ahead and Kevin told me to come in anytime, which was obviously very convenient. Within 15 minutes, they had the tire patched, swapped with the spare, and my tires rotated free of charge. The waiting room had been recently renovated and my kids loved watching the Olympics while we briefly waited on the television. The guys are always friendly and courteous. Overall, the customer service here was not bad however, their quality of service has dropped while prices go up! Fall of 2023 while switching to snow tires, they informed me I would need 20! lug-nuts replaced (keep in mind, Amy and Chuck's is the only place I had been in 2 years working on my tires). I politely declined. Today, I went in to get my snow tires off and my old tires put back on. The price went up $20! I politely asked if they could put new bags on the tires when they put them back in my car because I store them myself. Once again, I was told I need 20 lug-nuts replaced, and declined. Upon leaving, I noticed the tires appeared to be just tossed in the back of my Jeep with the same ripped up bags. I also noticed there was black scuff marks on the inside roof of my car from the tires. So I spent 30 mins when I got home scrubbing this off. I heard good things and that's why I returned for 2 years to Amy and Chuck's but after today, I unfortunately will being taking my business elsewhere if they are going to continue to raise prices and quality of service is going down/careless.

After the 4 wheel alignment in a satisfactory amount of time, it was obvious that the rear wheels were & still are out of camber (vertical axis of tire) when I called to discuss the issue the person indicated that the tires were within specification according printout which was true and that some "Sports cars" (BTW it's a VW Passat) were supposed to have the rear tires out of alignment in spite of the fact that the tires are showing wear on the inside tread. Having worked as a mechanic and verifying via VW sites that this is simply not true I realized I was being fed a line of hogwash. Stay with the professionals folks for wheel alignments...do not let Belle Tire perform a 4 wheel alignment on your vehicle. You can't trust the results! To be fair, my previous experiences with Belle Tire in GR & Big Rapids have been very professional and customer oriented.

When I questioned the price, the supervisor told me "my 12-year-old could install Windows on this computer," which really shows how overpriced the service was. When I picked up the laptop, the technician (Davis) said to me "I hope you don't feel swindled." That says everything. The work is finally done, but I feel significantly overcharged for what should have been a simple job. Would not recommend.
