My initial contact was with Sylvester and I was extremely pleased with his interaction. His shift was over when I had additional questions about my completed 4 wheel alignment. After the 4 wheel alignment in a satisfactory amount of time, it was obvious that the rear wheels were & still are out of camber (vertical axis of tire) when I called to discuss the issue the person indicated that the tires were within specification according printout which was true and that some "Sports cars" (BTW it's a VW Passat) were supposed to have the rear tires out of alignment in spite of the fact that the tires are showing wear on the inside tread. Having worked as a mechanic and verifying via VW sites that this is simply not true I realized I was being fed a line of hogwash. Stay with the professionals folks for wheel alignments...do not let Belle Tire perform a 4 wheel alignment on your vehicle. You can't trust the results! Called ahead to see if they would be able to patch a tire while I was on my lunch break. Was told that would be no problem, and they could have me out the door in 45-60 minutes. Show up, give them my keys, then head next door for lunch. Come back 55 minutes later, and my car is still in the same parking spot with the nail sticking out of the tire. I understand they were busy, and if they had been upfront about that I would have understood, but they weren't. read more

Stay away from this place! After new struts and an alignment, I have a tire that travels 1/4" front to back when the car is sitting on the ground. I was billed for an alignment when i fact the alignment was not performed or performed so incompetently that the technician didn't have the knowledge to verify that the vehicle could hold an alignment. It's always a pleasure to get my car serviced at this Belle Tire store. The guys are nice and accommodating. I went in for some air in my tires as the light was on and to make an appointment for an oil change. They were able to do it then! Also rotated the tires (a free service). They told me about a couple things I needed but no pressure to do them right away. Thanks again for great service. read more

Belle Tire will tell you front end parts need to be replaced when they don't. Management gets bonuses for high sales. So they will tell you that you need parts that you really don't. Very dishonest. read more

Super disappointed in this place. I came here with my wife because she had a screw in the tread of her tire and was loosing air. I literally witnessed the sales man recognize that she had no idea or knowledge in this area and try to take advantage of that. He would have sold her an entire set of special order and I'm sure very expensive tires. I understand that it is a business and that the commissions that this guy was trying to earn is part of his income but should that be at the expense of exploiting someone who is trusting you to help them? We were lucky to recognize this and ultimately took it to a smaller, locally owned place who repaired the tire for $20 dollars and sadly enough said this is a very regular experience for them. I had a last minute issue happen while filing my tires up at the back of Belle Tire and he and another belle tire employee pushed my car into a parking spot for me since my car died and then efficiently helped me get my car back to its working order all in the same day. I came to Belle Tire today hoping to get the quality service the Belle Tire brand promises. Instead I was met with a rude service man with no sense of humor. After I initially attempted to get him to crack a smile which failed I explained my situation. The situation I believe was one that was an issue of safety. I had my breaks done yesterday and today there's this terrible grinding noise coming from my front end and a wobble that shook me right up through the steering column. He asked if it was something I could leave with him for the whole day!! I looked around and there was no one there but me and no cars in the garage. He couldn't at least look at it to see if it would be a quick fix? I explained that I'm a 3rd shift nurse and I live 1 hour and 15 minutes away and that I needed to get home to get some sleep. "Can't help you," he said. So rude!! I DO NOT recommend you come here!! Jerry's Tire is just 1.3 miles away and they met me with kindness and courtesy. They were able to get my vehicle in right away and I received impeccable service! After all this Jerry's just tightened up my tires for me and sent me on my way safely!! I so appreciate their care. I needed two new tires and a wheel! My tire popped from an accident, needed a replacement ASAP! I called and was able to get in the same day. There was a mix up with my lugs so I ended up having to come back the next day, no biggie. I came in the next day for my appt. they got me in and out within an hour. Very bad customer service with the intention to sell and not holding their service oriented promises. I had my tires replaced and got Michelin Defender with a warranty of 90000 miles. Now I am at 34000 miles after the service was provided and my tires are worn out. I stopped by and asked for warranty replacement. They denied and told me I should have rotated the tires every 6000-8000 miles which they never mentioned before. In between I have been there with a replacement of my brakes. Even though they offer a free tire rotation they obviously never mentioned anything about my tires nor did a tire rotation while my car was there. That is very unsatisfying and intentional. read more

Horrible experience and will NEVER go back! They did not inflate the tires to the vehicles specifications (7+ pounds low on all tires & tire pressure light was still on) and the tire weight was almost falling off after driving 10 miles down the road. When we called Troy (assistant manager) about the tire weight he told us we had to high of expectations of a prompt repair and would have to wait a hour or so for the 5 minute repair. We called customer service they assured us they would get it in to be repaired that day-within the hour-so we went back to the store. When we arrived at the store we were told it would be 3-4 days for the repair. That was unacceptable to us after we were told by 1-888-Go-Belle customer service that they would call the store and have them get it in a quick as possible. No one in the store knew we had talked to customer service or that customer service had called the store. We started to get agitated and were forcefully told to leave the store! Upon leaving the store we called customer service for the second time and we were informed that he had called the store and talked to them but would call them again. Customer service asked us to stay in the parking lot and that they would call us back with a resolution. 10 min later Troy came out and told us if we left the vehicle there they would get to it in the next 3 hours. With a toddler and no ability to leave the store due to not having another vehicle there we declined this. I ask Troy to just give us back the 20 dollars for the mounting and balancing on that tire and we would go to are tire shop that knew how to properly inflate and balance tires. It's sad that a store that's main business is installing tires can't properly inflate and balance tires! read more

Upon arrival things went ok, the wait seemed typical for the amount of people there. The tech pulled my can in and I walked out to remind him to use the spacers before lifting it so as to prevent any damage to the plastic spoilers under the doors. Last time I was there they didn't use spacers and it nearly broke them as the whole weight of the car rested on them. Anyway, this time I was followed by the guy at the front counter who started giving me all sorts of $&^@ about not having safety glasses on. There is nothing stated on the entry door requiring any sort of glasses or anything else for that matter. I took a look around and all but 1 person who works there had theirs on, the guy (Justin D.) yelling at me didn't have any on either for any of the times he went out in the work area which was often! Ok, I get it's a safety thing but if you're going to yell at a customer you and your guys dang well better have them on too! I am torn between being ticked at the way I was approached or more ticked at the lack of safety concerns for all your employees! read more

Went to this Belle Tire in January this year because I had to pump my brakes once before I could stop. This store is close to where I work. I left my car in the morning and when I returned after work, my car was on the lift with all the wheels off and not repaired. The excuse was my warranty service hadn't called them back. They had allegedly found $1400 of problems. The master cylinder is what they diagnosed for the brakes but I felt like the rest was just up-sell. I live an hour away so had to drive home again with bad brakes. Took it back again the next morning and it was repaired with all of the recommended parts. The next week i came back from a business trip and almost blew the 1st stoplight l came to. Back to Belle. This time they bled a "whole bunch of air" from the brake lines. Since then my "brake" light on my dash comes on intermittently almost every day,primarily in the morning. I've taken the car back probably 3 times and was told to bring it in when the light is on. It's never on when l leave work. I believe the problem is the float in the new master cylinder or the butt splices used to connect to the harness(not a good practice). The good news is the brakes stop me now, but the light makes me mad evey time it comes on. Oh and so does the creaking the front end does after the up sell parts were out on. Frankly I don't want to even go back. I don't have the time. read more

My experience was awful. I called the store and talked to Casey. He gave me two choices and I told him I was leaning toward the cheaper one and asked him what the name of the tire was. I called back and told him that I would like to bring in my vehicle and I repeated the name of the tire and the price. When I got there someone else was helping us. When my husband asked how much it was going to be, the price was nearly doubled. I explained that I had called and told him what I was told over the phone when he laughed and told me that nobody would give me that quote. He was very rude to me and made me feel like I was making it up. He actually said that he didn't believe that I was given that price for those tires. He called over Casey and he told me that he misspoke and that the price was for a different tire. We decided to go with the cheaper tires from the quote he gave me. The he said that they don't have it. I feel like I was lied to over the phone to get me to come in because he told me that the tires where in stock when I spoke to him on the phone; I was given the wrong information about the brand and then I was laughed and and called a liar. I understand that people make mistakes but there is no reason to treat a person the way I was treated. I think they are lacking attention to detail and respect and that is not a place that I want my car to be serviced. read more
