    Not happy. I scheduled for November 29, 2021, he came early in the morning. I went to bed since I worked 18 hours the night before. I prepaid him the full amount 422.37. We let it sit that day to make sure the glue was good. I drove November 30, 2021, I couldn't see out of the window it fogged up. I could hear the air flowing through it and I have videos. I had the defrost on and no matter what I did I couldn't see out of the front window. I called Safelite and it sent to to customer service then back to the main repetitive automated system. Over and over for 3 hours. I called again December 1, 2021 and couldn't get a hold of anyone for 3 hours 17 minutes. Finally I got a lady named Lisa who couldn't do anything for me. They claim this is a warranty repair when it wasn't done right the first time. I used safelite in Arizona and had no issues like this. All my windows are fogging up but since I already paid I am not important to have it fixed. I asked the owner to call me and no response. I asked Katie the manager to call me no response. When speaking to Lisa she could only offer me an appointment two weeks and a day out. That is not going to help me drive the car to work now is it? You can't see out of the window the window fogs up from the inside. This has never happened EVER. That means the seal on the front window is not right and where is your guarantee. Don't worry I canceled my check so now you have no choice but to speak to me and deal with this issue. I should not hear cracking on my window and the air flowing through the front windshield. I almost got an a accident from not seeing out of the window but again that is not an emergency to fix your mistakes. I can't even get a call back so let's see what happens. I can't get service and the three numbers to call are always busy, even Lisa couldn't get through. I will be sending you a bill for missing work because of your lack of guarantees. Also you will get a bill from another window replacement place and you can pick up your windshield from there. Your customer service is terrible. I have videos and videos of what happened and still happening. You don't care unless I use insurance to pay for it and I paid 422.37 for what exactly? No service, can't drive my vehicle and now I have to find another place to fix this. You should be embarrassed. You can tell by looking at the glass rubber seals never looked like that. I have videos of the fog and the whistling of the air coming through the windshield. Follow up, that's a joke and I tried that and I have to wait 2 weeks one day for a follow up? I paid you 422.37 for a windshield not the grief. You need to take this as a loss and I will take my business to Henderson glass, vision glass. Obviously your reviews are terrible meaning you don't know what you are doing. Why isn't your manager or owner reaching out? EXACTLY

    Scheduling went quickly, they came on a Saturday (and gave notice prior to arrival) and did a great job. Highly recommend!

    Terrible communication at this place. Estimate was misleading by stating that "Total Customer…read moreResponsibility" was a negative number......I relied on this estimate and was lead to believe that this number was being deducted from what I would owe out-of-pocket upon pick-up. On top of this, we were talked into purchasing 3 additional tires so that a proper alignment could be completed. We were quoted a price by Brandon which he stated included tax and mounting....That price suddenly went up $30 upon pick-up and of course, Brandon wasn't around that day to speak with about the price difference. We ended up paying an additional $80 unexpectedly because of their poor communication, badly written estimates, and shady tactics. Even after discussing the issues we had they refused to honor the prices we were given. I will avoid this place in the future and will definitely not be recommending. We were given an amount by Brandon that was to be our responsibility which we accepted and were totally prepared to pay. We were then given a higher amount when we came to pick up our vehicle and of course Brandon wasn't around. These are the facts. Typical scam.....give the customer an amount over the phone $$ then charge more when its time for them to pick up $$$$ blame customer for not understanding, imply the customer is lying, have the tech disappear that day, use all the above if necessary.
