Amazing service! A few months ago I cracked my windshield by punching a spider that was inside(stupid, I know, but I hate spiders). That left a crack on my windshield that ended up increasing in size over time. After calling various business around Grand Rapids for repair quotes, I decided on Orion since it was the cheapest. I had an appointment the next morning and they got to work on my car straight away. It was a 2 hour wait, one hour to install and another to let the adhesive dry. I had to leave the black tape on for 3 days. I paid $230 flat to replace my entire my entire windshield for a new one. I definitely will be returning if more spiders show up in my car! read more

Took a piece of gravel or something in my windshield, a couple days later it became a giant crack across my whole windshield. I call Orion, spoke with a very nice women who walked me through the whole process, waived my insurance deductible, set up an appointment for 2 days later, came to my house and finished the whole thing in less than an hour. It cost me nothing. The tech was SUPER nice, explained everything he was going to do, and was a true professional. This is the first time I've ever needed to replace auto glass but if it happens again, I know exactly where I'm going. read more

My son's car was broken into; the passenger side, front window was smashed it. I called Orion Glass. They were SO friendly and easy to work with. They sent someone to my son's work to replace the glass/ window. For about $200, the window was fixed and has worked great since then. Made my appointment to have someone come to me to replace my windshield. Was told a 2 hour window of time, and that they would call as they were headed to me. NO CALL. Luckily I was in the parking lot in my car before I headed up to my apt. I saw the guy in the parking lot!!! So I talk to him, he tells me how long it will be. I confirm my phone number since he didn't call me, which mentioned to him. I say, okay I'm leaving and will be back before the time you said you'd be done. If you are fine before I get back, call me. I will be close by. So I leave, come back. No guy - windshield not done. Call the office and someone's lying. Oh, he tried to call you. He couldn't do the work without the money UP FRONT! Noooo ... He never called me - ever. Explained all this and they didn't give a crud. Acted like I was in the wrong somehow. NO accountability! They didn't care. No one to help me that day. It was going to rain next day... I would never give them my business if that's how they run it, and don't care about a lying useless employee. Not the way to keep any customer! read more

My insurance company recommended Orion Auto Glass and it was a terrific choice. They were very easy to work with. Kept me informed with emails about my upcoming appt. and when I arrived got to work on my car immediately. Since it was going to take about 4 hours or so to be completed they even drove us to nearby shops so my wife and I could get an early start on our Christmas shopping. They even offered to have an Uber come and get us when we were finished. I wish more businesses would perfect customer service like these folks. read more

Very rude would not reset appointment cause of rain that day. still had a appointment window between 9 and noon. Losers came at 9 when it was raining and they knew it was raining. Could have come at 11 when rain was over, but was too rude to listen. I don't recommend doing business with this company at all. read more
