Offered a couple solutions as damage was not very major just a couple minor cosmetics. Offered a potential rebate to my card/ or a new one shipped out with a return label, as why should I have to wait even longer for their messup (tried to blame UPS when the damaged part of the bumper was in a section of the box that was 100% perfect) I was then belittled, harassed, and stalked on facebook by Josh Smith. Who told me he has my address as if he was gonna travel to it, as well as saying I was extorting them/ taking money from his and his coworkers family and kids cause I said I'd keep the bumper for a refund of some of the money, he then proceeded to tried to take jabs at my financial status due to shoes I had on in a photo from 2014, and then told me I was not a decent human. Why? Because you shipped damaged goods and can't provide decent customer service? I would never recommend this company to anybody.

It took him 4 and a half hours to do a job he originally quoted me a couple hours. I got there a little before my 9:00 appointment and he didn't even take my car to the back until 10:00. At noon I asked him how much longer it would take and he told me another half hour. I finally got my car back at 1:30. Now he may have actually done a couple hours of work, but that's because every time the phone rang, he would stop what he was doing and talk to whoever was on the phone. One of his buddies showed up and he stopped what he was doing to talk to him. Other customers came in to have their breathalyzers calibrated on their vehicle and he stopped what he was doing to help them out. He actually installed the wrong wiring originally because he had the year of the vehicle wrong, so he had to start over. It really makes me wonder how experienced he really is. I highly recommend taking your car somewhere else for remote installation.
