Some dude ran the light at 68th and Lake Michigan Drive and hit us. Insurance didn't total it but the frame was bent. They actually replaced the frame on our truck. They devoted two bays to our truck and they carefully assembled it and did an incredible job. The truck was very clean even after two full cups of coffee were spilled all over it. They even did a check up on it two weeks later. It did take two months to get it back but they were completely assembling and reassembling a truck. It ran great and we would go back in a heart beat! You couldn't be the service!

I submitted everything through my insurance and then someone came to my house at the beginning of the stated time window. It did take an hour to replace, which I wasn't expecting, so be sure to ask if you have a time commitment. Once he was done, the guy working on my car told me to wait about 15 minutes to drive. It ended up being over half an hour before I drove it, and I noticed some weird rattling from the windshield that kind of freaked me out. However it went away quickly and so far so good! No leaks! *knock on wood* I would definitely use them again in the future or recommend them to anyone needing a crack repair or windshield replacement.

They offer remote repairs if you have an enclosed warm space. I had to go to the shop, but they had me in and out in a little under an hour.
